I just wanted to thank Rainier View Plumbing & Rooter, LLC for taking care of us today. Our tankless water heater went out, and they were able to accommodate us the same day. I was very pleased with DJ, our technician, he was really nice, respectful, and clearly communicated the pricing and what he would be doing. He also informed me about the importance of yearly maintenance to keep our unit running at peak performance. I highly recommend this business to anyone dealing with plumbing issues, especially with tankless water heaters.

Our technician Brandon Rosales was awesome and professional. From explaining the damage and work needed, to fixing the leak.

Excellent Service. I chose to call Rainier View because they were locally owned and have won Best of South Sound in the past. I figured if they have been recognized they must be doing something right. They answered quickly, no message needed, had an appointment confirmed and went over what to expect with in a few minutes. The licensed plumber that came out to cap a leaky old pipe was on time, friendly and explained what our options were in a way that even my mother could understand. Bid was to clear on costs and not as high as I was expecting. I will be calling them for any future work we need.

Tim and Anthony came out to descale our tankless water heater today. Every thing was great. Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. Definitely will be using their service for all my plumbing needs.

I had a really great experience with this company. The receptionist were very helpful when I called and were able to get me a same-day appointment. When the technician arrived, they did a great job of explaining what they were gonna do and what I should do to properly maintain my water heater. I will definitely use this company again.

As for my house warranty requests, Ed from Rainier View Plumbing was professional, knowledgeable and efficient at what he was doing! He was patiently explaining everything from the water pressure, kitchen faucet to the toilet tank! He is a valuable plumber! 👍🏻

Rainier view, plumbing and router did a very good job for me. They were the installers on the plumbing on the Honda that I bought and it was past warranty, but they came out. Repaired the leak and put it under warranty. Their service is very prompt. They came when They told me my appointment was. I highly recommend them to do your plumbing work.

Brandon was great. He was personable and engaging with my son who wanted to watch him. He was thorough and very professional. I enjoyed having him work on my hot water heater.

Tim came out first day and gave me estimates for two diferent setups. We decided to go tankless and two weeks later I have a brand new tankless system. Unlimited hot water, imagine the potential!

Rainier View Plumbing is an awesome company to work with. Extremely professional office employees and pleasant to deal with. They sent Josh S. out to give me an estimate (with the best price of the four estimates I got from other companies/contractors). The others; did not get back to me (with a revised estimate); when I asked them to make alterations to my project. It was not a simple, easy repair; crawling under manufactured home crawl space etc.; but Josh tackled the job and provided excellent workmanship. These folks at Rainier View Plumbing will definitely be my "go-to" plumbing company from now on. I'm very, very, satisfied!
