My septic pump malfunctioned, and it was during the heavy rains we experienced in our area. Flo Hawks dispatched Kevin Elbert. He responded to the challenge and was able to pump the tanks clear before further problems presented themselves. He was efficient, courteous and professional. This while working through adverse conditions. Jason Wenstad was the electrician assigned to replacing my septic pump. He accomplished the task with professionalism and attention to detail and all with a positive attitude. Both men were pleasure to deal with exhibiting exemplary customer service.

We had an issue with our Septic system which was setting off the alarm. FloHawks sent out a service rep (Chris Harris) the same day we called for help. He diagnosed the issue, provided an estimate and did the repair in a very timely manner. Also explained what we should watch for... very professional and personable. Thank you.

Be very careful if you need a time-sensitive septic inspection for a real estate closing.

I was told timing would not be an issue, even after FloHawks rescheduled my appointment. The inspection was completed on 12/20/25, but the report was not submitted to the county until 12/30/25 — a 10-day delay entirely within their control.

After problems arose, FloHawks shifted blame to county timelines and refused accountability, dismissing my concerns as “unreasonable.”

If timing matters, get everything in writing or consider another company.

Mark Davis didn't do an accurate report on our septic inspection. He noted the septic pump didn't work.But in fact, it did, he did not test it. He did note that the emergency box light didn't work. Then, they sent on another guy to check why does septic pump and the emergency box didn't work. Mark Davis didn't take enough pictures or note enough things at the job site. Therefore, in the second guy that came out didnt finish the job because he didn't have the parts. Because he didn't have the right information

Flohawks was so easy to work with. From calling to setting up the appointment meeting the technician. He was professional and pleasant to work with. We will definitely be requesting him next time we use Flohawks.

I've had Flohawks come out a few times on behalf of my employer. Every time I've had them come out they have been very communicative, professional, kind, and fast. Jason is AMAZING!!! I have been having electrical issues in my kitchen for over 10 years. Had 2 other electricians come out and finally Jason took the time to check everything and was able to fix our issue not just bandaid it and tell me to call them if the problem continues. Our service man for a pump replacement was friendly and fast! AND my appointment was the next day! He did a wonderful job! The pump truck arrived just after he was finished... so the pumping and replacement pump jobs were all done in about an hour! He even gave my dogs a treat!
The best part?...I couldn't remember who had done work for me before, and I called another company. FloHawks were almost $600 cheaper than my 1st estimate! Commercial companies don't always have the best results, but FloHawks had GREAT results for me! Don't pay for your estimate unless it can be put towards the final bill! But FloHawks just beat the others out for service and price!!

Todd from flow Hawks came out and did a great job.... he diagnosed our issue checked our equipment and got our issue solved in a timely manner and explained everything that he was doing and why. Very happy with what he did.

This has been a good experience so far. From the scheduler, to the estimator, and the plumber, Travis, all were exceptional. Great communication, efficiency and followed through on everything they said. Travis was was really good at communicating along the way, informed us quickly when unexpected issues arose. The price was 60% less than the last plumber, who didn't fix it. I highly remember FloHawks!!!!
