Tracey did an excellent job. He was very professional and courteous, as was the employee he was training. We will definitely use FloHawks again.

The tech that was sent out was punctual, pleasant, and technically very knowledgeable. The repair took him less than 45 minutes and our septic system was back up and running. 100% will do business with them again.

Septic system pump. Did a good job coordinating the appointment. Tech was thourough and professional. Answered questions and advice about risers. Overall would hire again.

Marco did a great job explaining what he was doing and what he expected we would see in each tank. He was professional, personable and didn’t leave a mess.
Bob, the electrician, came out a diagnosed the problem quickly and showed us our as builts so we knew where our drainage field was located. He had our septic pump up and running in no time.

Great quick service from Flohawks, they came the same day as I called for service. Tom Bronson, the technician that was sent to my home, was polite and found the problem quickly.

Carl was great to work with! We haven’t made a final call on the route we want to take with solving the plumbing issue in question but Carl was great to work with at exploring our options.

We really like the technician he was very efficient and was able to unclog our problem. But the person that I talk to you on the phone and made the appointment with said that it was a 35% discount on it and he said no there isn’t that there’s a 5% And so I’m a little frustrated that your Customer Service people are not trained enough to tell the right information to the customer. But in saying that your Customer Service people are wonderful there was just incorrect news given to us.

We had a problem on a weekend and Flowhawk was great. Technician Todd was great. Informed us what was going on but better yet how to prevent a problem in the future. Very good customer service including phone support. Professional from first call to finish.

The technician who came out on time was very efficient, friendly and informative! He diagnosed the problem and fixed it carefully . Meanwhile , discussing the process and reasons for the repair and ways to minimize issues that stress the septic system. I would highly recommend Flohawks Plumbing for any issues you may have.

Fliwhawks is by far, the worst plumbing company we have seen used in 20 years of property ownership.
I am a property investor and have used close to 40 plumbing companies in Washington, Oregon and Idaho.
Flowhawks has zero talent, will gauge you every chance they get and worst of all, will not stand by their work. If they make mistakes or have respect issues with the same repair…forget it! They will ll charge you as if they never met you or have done work for you, even if it is within 2 weeks of redoing the SAME EXACT JOB!!!!!

Jimmy was great. He was very personable, knowledgeable and honest, explaining that my septic tank didn’t actually require pumping and that the problem we were having was potentially a dirty filter, which he cleaned.

After two previous technicians, Tom came to the house and was easily able to identify a problem that was missed before. He got our septic system up and running in no time.

Great customer service! Unsure of what to be inspected on my vintage 1967 septic tank without being able to see what lies beneath the sludge layer. Then say I need a baffle and failed my Pierce County Health review to build a garage 100 yards away on the opposite side of my lot! With no water, sewer or power in the shop to still be built. Gotta get a build permit for that but had to check my shitter system first! Thanks Pierce County! 3ft deep test hole? For what? Can see slab location for future garage site, septic way over there, test hole beyond that!

We have had Flowhawks out for a maintenance pump and thwre was an electrical issue. An electrician came out the next day and was able to find the problem quickly! Both people we worked with were great, friendly, and helpful! Thus is our first septic and first time pumping so it was nice to have someone take the time and talk us through things!

Todd was an amazing technician that came to my home to help clear this line. He arrived when FloHawks said he would and he stayed until my problem was fixed. He was also cool about me hanging out and watching the work get done.

Everyone was friendly and professional. Dispatch and "customer service reps" (idk their official titles) were helpful, patient, listened to my thoughts and concerns, and kept us informed of our technicians expected arrival.
Our technician, Dakota, was kind, calm, patient and professional. He took the time to explain his research findings, where he would start in his investigation, and next steps if necessary. He was respectful of property and easy to talk with.
We appreciated his professionalism in the face of our restrained panic. We are very happy with the service we received and will recommend FloHawks in the future!
