We called due to having a few leaks. We called close to their closing time. They came out the very next day early morning. Took 2 days from start to finish all new pipes and new water tank. Everything was very quick and clean. After a couple days 1 of the pipes broke at the fitting. We called them at 830 at night they came early the next morning fixed everything. Even double checked the other fittings. Very friendly and cool people. Joe and foe were awesome and very helpful.

The nicest dudes ever , offered to help with my tire when they saw i was struggling . Christian and Anthony were incredible i cant recommend them enough .

Went out to an after hours flood at 11:00 pm to about 1:30 am on 5/15/25 and platinum plumbing was there to fix the leak.
The plumber “ Colton “ was extremely nice and knowledgeable, very very good attitude even on an after hours job in the middle of the night and I have to say I was impressed.
We also have frequent floods at night that we go out to and it is not always easy so thank you to Colton for a job well done and a great attitude. 🙏

I’m not sure if I left a review after my last service call, so I’ll mention both experiences here. A little over a year ago, Brandon from Platinum Plumbing replaced my water heater. I had a few other plumbers come out first, but it felt like they were upselling me on unnecessary work that would’ve doubled the cost. Brandon, on the other hand, made thoughtful recommendations to upgrade my 20+ year-old setup, and his reasoning—and pricing—made sense. He did a great job!

When I needed plumbing help again this week, I didn’t hesitate to call Platinum. This time, Joseph came out and quickly diagnosed and resolved the issue. Another great experience. Both Brandon and Joseph were professional, courteous, and efficient.

Hired this company to work on a full plumbing job for a small build. Excellent communication, fast and show up when they were expected to show up. The guys are nice and super respectful of the space. Cleaned up after themselves. Would recommend and use again and again!

These guys are the best . They got to my house on time as scheduled even with all the flooding area the Kent auburn sumner area. And they were honest and that’s what counts the most when I have workers come into my home . I will definitely be using them again. Thanks again guys.

Came on extremely short notice when my water heater started leaking, quoted a price lower than any other offers I got and still did better work than I would have gotten elsewhere. Even when I called to confirm a bit late the day after he took a look at it they were able to get everything in and installed within hours after my call.

Colton and his team worked with us to figure out how to fix our water service line under our driveway. They were patient while we got bids to make sure we were making the best choice, and took care with our home and even helped us identify that we needed to replace the hot water heater and did that on the same day to save us money. I feel like Platinum worked hard not just to get this job done for me, but to win my trust and loyalty, which they did with their service and integrity. I will be recommending them to everyone I know, and also all of the people reading this review. This is the old school, little guy business that cares about you and your home and doing a great job so you'll have someone you can count on every time you need a plumber. I hope my experience makes the choice easier for someone else going through what I just did.

Our mini-split HVAC unit stopped working Monday morning. Mercurio's set up an appointment for Wednesday AM. Zach arrived on time and took care of the issue in short order. He was efficient and thorough and friendly. I have given Mercurio's high scores before and will continue to do so.

We work with Platinum Plumbing often, and they are always a pleasure to deal with. Their team is fast, reliable, and professional, and they consistently deliver excellent work every time. They’re quick to respond, show up when they say they will, and handle every job efficiently.

Water was spraying everywhere after I broke a PVC pipe connected to the toilet shutoff valve. Despite my Sunday calls to several plumbers going unanswered, Platinum Plumbers promptly responded and sent Colton to my home in a timely manner. Despite the urgent nature of the situation, Colton quoted a somewhat fair price (I wasn't really in a position to negotiate). Colton even took the extra step of putting my toilet back together, which I appreciated. I found Colton to be a kind person and a real professional, and am now thinking of using Platinum Plumbing to re-pipe our entire house (We are done with PVC).

By random chance Sab was able to fit us in on the same day I contacted him about needing a water heater. He came out and quickly identified what we needed. Rounded up the parts and had the job completed with attention to detail and professionalism in a timely manner. I would recommend him to my family and friends and I
plan on using him again.

I have used Solutions Plumbing previously for repair and had a great experience, so recently hired them to install plumbing for a new shower, adding one to an existing half bath. Excellent and knowledgeable service, very prompt and great communication about the work. Reasonable prices. We had three different repairs that we needed when we called Sabe. He came out when he said he would and did the work quickly and for a fair price. On two of the repairs, he had the expertise to figure out a more durable and less expensive way of fixing the problem. We highly recommend Solutions Plumbing!

I'm updating this review following a phone call I received from Sabedin at 8:30 AM on June 9, from the number listed on the company's website. He was calling about the 2-star review I had left the day before (which is now a 1-star review after that conversation).

Rather than addressing the issue in good faith, Sabedin used several approaches in an effort to persuade me to remove the review:

First, he appealed to emotion, explaining how damaging negative reviews are to his business. I explained that his last-minute cancellation caused real financial harm to me, as I had taken time off work for the appointment, and that I had every right to document the experience.

He then offered to "make it right" by doing the job for free. I told him the work had already been completed by another company after his late cancellation.

Next, he claimed I didn’t have the right to leave a review because no service was performed. That’s false. Reviews aren’t only for completed jobs. They’re for any interaction with a business, especially when things go wrong.

Finally, he threatened legal action. For the record, under the Consumer Review Fairness Act of 2016, I have the legal right to post a factual, accurate review of my experience. Attempting to silence criticism through intimidation is not only inappropriate, it’s legally questionable.

At the time of my original review, the company had 138 five-star reviews and no negative ratings, which I found unusual. Based on this call, I suspect that less-than-perfect reviews are met with direct pressure to remove them.

I will not be intimidated. The review stays, and it's now 1 star due to this unprofessional follow-up. It remains accurate, legal, and honest. If you're unsure of that, consult your attorney. They’ll confirm it, though unlike me, they won’t tell you for free.

I had a frustrating experience with this company. After confirming a 10 AM appointment the night before to replace an outdoor spigot, and arranging time off work accordingly, I received an email the next morning around 7:54 AM rescheduling for a different day.

While this technically came before the appointment window, I had already committed to the day off and made preparations to be available. The cancellation felt abrupt and careless, especially after such a firm confirmation the night before.

The plumber did apologize later and offered a discount, which I appreciate, but the experience still cost me time, income, and trust. I ultimately hired a different company who showed up as scheduled and completed the job without issue.

I’m not leaving this review out of malice—I just wish I’d had this kind of context when I was comparing providers.
