Kyle and Brayden did a great job, had shower and shut off valve problem and they took care of both and cleaned up after. Very pleased.

Kyle did a great job fixing our spigot. He was on time, professional, and very thorough. He let us know if potential future issues to watch out for, but wasn't pushy with sales. Would recommend to anyone needing a plumber.

Kyle came out same day and worked well into the evening to replace a broken shower valve so that we could turn on water to our house again. Outstanding work, exceptional service, extremely fair price.

Kyle helped us locate a pesky clog that was slowing down our kitchen drain. Clog was removed and he corrected a sharp curve in plumbing to prevent further issues. He was on time, offered options and provided advice on the best fix. Very helpful.

Best customer service! They actually care about people first. We thought we had a garbage disposal issue. Ended up being a breaker tripping and they did not charge us at all. Highly recommend if you are having any plumbing issues. I will definitely be calling them again for any of our future plumbing problems.

Kyle Dukes is our hero! We were trying to have an oven installed by a hardware store. Their installers said they couldn't install a 3/4 inch oven on a 1/2 in pipe. We called the first plumber who quoted us thousands. So we contacted Pristine Plumbing for a second opinion. Kyle was the only one smart enough to open the box and look at the oven to see that the oven was 1/2." He said he would install it for us but it would save us money to just have the installers come back. We talked with our builder and our county permitting and they agreed that 1/2" pipe was fine. So we had the installers come back. They refused again saying that the 1/2" pipes are out of their scope of work allowed. We called Kyle and he so kindly stopped on his way home! It's so hard to find honest people who just want to do good by people. Five stars for Kyle!

Next, Joseph and Cedar show up on time and ready to take on the plumbing issues I had. They answered all of my questions and were so professional within my home. Outstanding experience!! I had what I thought was a backed up sewer line. Called Morgan for an appointment, she had Jerry on site with in 90 minutes. After assessing the situation he called in the "A Team" Colton, Jerry, Ryan and Auturo were organizing the biggest project I've ever had done at my property.

My main line from my house was completely replaced; interior lines had also collapsed (house was built in the 1940) and unfortunately those were under my concrete floor. The crew had to cut through the concrete, divert lines and installed a pump system to save me thousands.
They also gave me a dedicated drain for my washing machine; new drain pipes for my service sink and improved the aesthetic of the basement.

Special shout out to Auturo for wiping down my appliances and even running a vacuum!!

Amazing service. After going through 3 different plumbers, Jerry and his crew did were able to fix our hot water issue with ease. Kaden was very flexible with unforeseen issues that arose, and handled them with professionalism. They work fast and efficient, and are very responsive. The communication with the office is great, Morgan gets you set up for exactly what you need, and has great communication. I will use them for ANY issues in the future.
