I suspected I had an issue with my sump pump so I called Pristine Plumbing. I spoke to a kind woman on the phone that set up my appointment for later in the day. I was impressed with the fact that the initial visit is at no cost to me and was told I would receive a no obligation quote for repair/replace. When my technician, Scott Cross, arrived, he spent several minutes inspectiving everything with me and discovered that everything was in fact working correctly. I immediately felt bad about wasting someone's time, however, Scott assured me that it was not an issue and that he was happy to educate me on my sump pump. I would highly recommend Pristine Plumbing for their honest and ethical practices!

Our water heater rusted out and all I have to say is thank goodness for Pristine Plumbing. We had amazing service from Nicholas Kea and Tioram; who were not only extremely helpful and knowledgeable, but they were extremely personable. They went above and beyond - and made what had been a stressful situation into a great experience. We will be using them for all and any repairs in the future!

Over the top prices. Save your money and call someone else. I suspected a gas leak and called Pristine because they were local and had great reviews. A technician arrived in a fancy van with an iPad in his hands. “I suspect I have a gas leak” I say. He grabs a spay bottle, sprays on the gas fixture and confirms “You indeed have a gas leak!” 15 min and $355 out of my pocket for no added value

Then, they quoted fixing it at an additional $955.

I paid my atrocious $355 “diagnostics” bill and saw the person out. I got to sign on an iPad, so may be it was worth it /sarcasm. I then called a sensible plumber from another local firm who came in and took care of the problem. It was about an hour of work and $495 all in. Calling Pristine for a small job was a costly mistake.

Since Pristine engaged with me, I want to respond to what they said below. First, I was not informed ahead of the visit that fixing a trivial gas leak would cost me $1,500, all in. You’re right, if you were truthful and upfront about the costs I would never have hired you in the first place - but you were not. The “diagnostic + upsell” tactics you employ is no good. And then this response in itself where you resort to blaming the customer for choosing to use your services… I’ll just say it’s an interesting choice.

Everybody reading this interaction can draw their own conclusions for what to expect of you as a business, so I guess the review is doing its job. Thanks for the response. As before, I would not recommend your services.

I would highly recommend Pristine Plumbing. Not only was Travis a great guy, but did an awesome job fixing our toilet flanges and setting our toilets. Very efficient, knowledgeable, and answered any questions I had. He even offered to take the cardboard box the new toilet came in that I bought from the big orange store. Olivia in customer service was great too!

Probably the best plumbing company in town. Olivia has great customer service. Nick, T, and Zach are fast, friendly, and professional. They told me what the problem was, how they were going to fix it, and gladly answered all of my questions. These guys are awesome! I highly recommend Prestine Plumbing for any plumbing needs you have.

We had a plugged up septic line 2 days after moving into our new home. I called Nick and he came out within a few hours and assesed our issue and within 24 hours had everything completed. He was proffessional, kind and knowledgeable. I would use them again in a heartbeat. Great service, great pricing and he went over and above to make sure the job was done right.

I 10000% recommend Pristine Plumbing. We had an emergency leak in our bathroom sink. Pristine was one of the few plumbers who answered and were able to set up an appointment the next day. Not only did they diagnose the problem and coordinated with the city to shut off our water; they brought us a new faucet and cleaned the pipes out free of charge. All of this within 36 hours of the initial call. Shout out to Raven and his crew for fixing our sink ,being so responsive and explaining everything so clearly.

I've had the pleasure of working with Pristine Plumbing several times over the past few years on everything from a full bathroom remodel to a clogged drain. Every time I have been impressed with the professionalism and level of communication from the owners (Nick and Olivia) and their technicians alike (most recently Jesse). I would highly recommend their services.

First, Olivia was great at rescheduling the appointment due to a last minute conflict. Nick and Zack were able to come, find the problem and quickly give me the honest diagnosis which resulted in a timely and not too costly repair - all with great professional customer service including explaining the problem, what they were going to do to fix and asking if I had any additional questions. I would highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

We called out Pristine Plumbing to take a look at our water heater and fix a leaky spigot in our backyard. Josh was professional, walked us through what he found, and presented options for us to consider. Extremely happy with the service and would definitely call them in the future for additional work!

Nicholas and Virack were great! Diagnosed and fixed our water hammering very quickly. They were courteous and professional!

Nick and Jesse have been extremely helpful. I contacted quite a few plumbing companies to install a water filtration system. I immediately could tell Nick and Jesse knew exactly what needed to be done. We had some complicated things come up with the plumbing of the house and they handled it beautifully. Today I had a small repair and they came over and, not only fixed it, but gave me a solid tutorial on how to fix it in the future.

I highly recommend Nick and Jesse and will use them again for any plumbing issue I come across.

I called them yesterday to see if I could get a plumber out for a water heater that's leaking. Olivia in the office was super nice and pleasant. Pristine plumbing sent out a tech named ray and boy ray was a great plumber. Got it swapped out and gave us hot water again with no leak. For sure will surely use them forever!

We sprang a leak in our water heater in the early hours of the morning and Pristine picked up immediately when I called. They were able to walk me through how to temporarily stop the leak over the phone. Jesse came out the same day to make the repair. He was prompt, polite, and extremely competent. We had our hot water back the same day. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone with plumbing issues and will be using their services again in the future.

Totally recommend! Kyle and Braden righted many wrongs that were originally done by someone else, under my house. They were very pleasant and easy to deal with.

We just bought our first home in Kent Easthill and of course a pipe is leaking. Jesse Allen came through for us at Pristine Plumbing, he recognized what pipe needed to be fixed and went out of his way to purchase parts and do a replacement the same day!! It was 6pm, it was cold, and he made sure repairs were finished. We appreciated him so much, 8 months pregnant and needing hot water was a must. Truly appreciate his time and professional manner thanks again Jesse! Highly recommend this company.
