I called Sterling Septic and Plumbing for a septic tank pumping and inspection for a near future property sale. Both the technicians, Jason and Skyler, were so professional and because my system is aged they went to extensive detail to explain the why’s and what’s of my particular septic needs. I have no problem recommending their professional work to other homeowners. Thank you so much.

I dug the hole to get to the main septic tank lid, and they had me send them pictures and approved that that's all they needed. They came cleaned out the septic tank check things made sure the toilets flushed. Looked inside the tank, I just did a great job. They were fast and knowledgeable, there might go to septic and plumbing company.Thanks to Jason and Skyler for the great job. Later that day they were able to come and put risers in also, they did a fabulous job on that.

Had a great first time experience using Sterling for my septic service. When I made an appointment over the phone with the office rep he was very friendly, answered all my questions, and wasn't rushing to get off the phone with me. I had my service this week performed by Jason & Skyler. Both were very friendly- laid out their plan, asked if I had any questions or concerns, and gave me their timeline of how long they would be there for. Everything was very smooth. First time getting a septic pump and so it was great to get some education on my system and hang out while they were pumping which they didn’t mind at all. Happy with my experience using Sterling and I know you will too.

Jason and Lucas came out and did a septic clean out and inspection! They did a great job and they were super friendly and had great customer service! They answered all of our questions and explained things so thoroughly! The price was reasonable too! They were so patient and they seem super honest and hard working! We will def use them again in the future! You all have to give these guys a try!

12/31/2025 Update after more projects completed

Sterling pumped my septic tank and my brother's septic tank this past summer. Very fast and informative process. Pricing was fair, everyone showed up on time. Damien came out again and another employee whom I am forgetting. Please pass on my wonderful remarks to him and include him with this interview. My brother had his tank pumped and Aaron handled that. My brother was impressed with the quick and easy scheduling process as well as Aaron's knowledge about the system.

When I had my tank pumped out, the crew noticed a lot of water was coming back into the tank. That's something no home owner wants to hear but I kind of knew the system would have issues because it is really old. I got the estimate and talked it over with the owner Eric on the phone. I said I would think about it and call him back with what I want to do. I thought about it for about 30 minutes and figured it needs to be done and it is a "buy once, cry once" purchase. I called Eric back and he got me on the schedule later that week. Ahkeem and Skyler came out. They were here from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM in the hot summer sun. They replaced a few drain field lines, installed clean outs, replaced the outlet baffle, and installed a riser. They were awesome and they suggested I not drive over the drain field with my riding lawn mower. I had a lot of work done on my septic system and I am relieved it is in working order. What reassured me the most was they said the septic tanks themselves are in healthy condition. Thank you again Sterling Septic!

Sterling Septic is amazing! It’s no wonder they have a 4.9-star rating. I spoke with Eric, who scheduled a small job to install an inlet baffle in my septic system. I provided him with information and photos of my system, and he quickly presented three options to fix the issue. He was also incredibly fast at getting a team out to address the problem.

Aaron and Damien came out today and fixed everything right away. They even found a less-invasive method to install the baffle that did not involve any cutting.
I’m so grateful to Sterling Septic for resolving a problem caused by another sewer company that had been ongoing for over a month and a half. I’ve bookmarked their webpage and saved their number in my phone in case I have any other septic issues or need a pump in the future.

5 star service. They were very prompt and thorough. I called and they were anble to come out the very next day. Jason and Russell were excellent. Explained how the septic system worked and what needed to be done for an inspection. They even went over things that weren’t installed by previous companies that should have. Will definitely be using them in the future, if needed.

I recently had some concerns about my septic pump, and Sterling Septic and Plumbing absolutely exceeded my expectations. Cris and Ethan took the time to make sure my pump was functioning properly and completed a full set of diagnostics. They were incredibly kind, professional, and impressively quick.
What really stood out to me was that, in over 20 years of having my system pumped by various companies, this was the first time anyone ever checked my drainfield using draw-down tests. Their thoroughness and attention to detail gave me real peace of mind.

Russel and Skyler showed up at 815 right on time. They were professional, very knowledgeable and showed my husband all the things about our septic system. Gave us tips on what we can do in between getting the tank pumped. Super friendly guys and I’m so happy I listened to my neighbors :) very pleased with everything and will for sure be using them from now on!!!

My septic was pumped out and Jason was our technician. He explained the issues that needed repair and was very thorough with explaining the repairs. Great and friendly service. Sterling Septic is wonderful.

Sterling was able to come out within a week for an annual inspection, and then come out the next day to pump our septic. Ethan and Ahkeem were professional and efficient. The price was comparable to other places. They filed our inspection paperwork with the county without incident. This is the 2nd year we've used them for inspections and pumping, and will continue to do so.

Jason and Russell came out today to pump my septic (maintenance). They were on time, friendly and explained the work to me. Jason changed the screws on my lids to flatter ones so my lawnmower wouldn’t hit them (nice thing to do). He explained the need to pump my second tank and went over the bill with me. He was professional. I will definitely use them again for septic/inspection/repair work. Thank you!

Our septic alarm went off and after all was said and done, our pump was broken and one of the laterals to the drain field was clogged (plus we needed the tanks pumped). We had three crews come out over the last week and they were all amazing. Cris and Ethan, Cameron and Ronnie, Jason and Skylar. I talked to all of them, great guys, and I now fully understand most there is to know about septic systems. Each crew did their work, explained what they were doing, and cleaned up after themselves. They also made everything more accessible so there's hopefully no more digging in the future. Reasonable prices and I will happily reach out to them again!

Great experience. Aaron and Damien were wonderful, identified the septic problem quickly, explained everything along with all options to repair. No pressure at all, even took the time to call my husband who was out of town and give updates and repair options. Would definitely recommend.

We use Sterling for septic inspection and any issues we may have with our Oscar III system. They are responsive, professional and explain everything in detail. We recently had Ahkeem do the inspection and he was great, even replacing a missing gasket for us free of charge. Highly recommend!

Sterling’s service and support was top notch. From the first call to the final production, they didn’t skip a beat communicating, scheduling, and completing the project on my septic system. They gave me the options of going full service to have my main line to the septic tank replaced and the exit line from tank at one price, and another price if I dug the plumbing up myself.

The option to text their service department images and concerns was super helpful. We had our tank pumped, repaired, inspected, and serviced in a week. They came highly recommended from people I know that worked for competing septic companies. Solid team. Great work.

We've been working with Sterling Septic the last several years to service and troubleshoot our aging system. Time again for the County inspection & pumping. Our technician, Akeem, was timely, professional & knowledgeable. While assessing our system he quickly identified a hidden issue that could have caused us considerable problems in the future & was good natured about the job turning a bit more dirty & time consuming than expected. I called Sterling and they were able to schedule our 15 year septic tank cleanout lol for less than a week later. Jason called on the planned day to let us know he was on the way. Once here he sized up the jobsite and communicated the plan. He was very friendly and knowledgeable and had the job done in a timely manner while still answering my questions and cleaning up afterwards. Pic 4 even shows him retrieving the chewing gum I dropped while leaning over to view the work. Glad it floated; I just hosed it off a bit and almost good as new.
I wish Sterling advertised a veteran's discount on their services but hey, no company is perfect.

I would 100% recommend this company, Sterling septic. They're easy to work with very extremely knowledgeable and very helpful. The technician, Skyler was awesome. He took the time to let me know what he was doing, he also explained the type of septic tank system we we have and how it functions, he showed me what to do in the future if there's possibly a clog and he was just so extremely knowledgeable.
