We had our garbage disposal installed by Nick from Pristine Plumbing! It was easy, efficient and comparable in price to others. Their response was timely and personable from my first message through Yelp to yesterday's appointment.
While he was here I asked him to consider another project I have in mind. He was most willing to do so and took the time to explain my options.
I would recommend them without hesitation and look forward to working with them again.

Kyle came to fix our leaky kitchen faucet which as turned out it needed to be replaced so he promptly got to work to make that happen! I appreciate that he cares about making sure people have what they need and he also gave me some useful information.

I manage a busy healthcare facility. We found a water leak in our cleaning room upon arriving to work. We called around to all the commercial plumbers we know, none could fit us in today. I called Pristine Plumbing and they said they could get us worked in today! they around during the time promised. They were professional, curtesy, clean, easy to talk with, gave the a great quote and got the work done faster than expected. We were back in business with in hours. Its hard to find a plumber that is both commercial and residential and then available and nice to work with. I am so happy I called them! I had a puddle of water coming from the wall next to my shower. I was worried it was coming from the drain because the shower is lifted above the concrete floor. I called pristine plumbing because they have done great work for me in the past.
Kyle came out and diagnosed the problem. It turned out to be something simple. He told me how to easily fix it and told me it would be no charge. I offered him a couple premium cigars for his trouble. He declined with a smile on his face and off he went. I will definitely be calling Pristine Plumbing for any issues I may have in the future!

Our water heater decided to stop working over the weekend. We called Pristine Plumbing first thing Monday morning and in no time Nick was at our house and had it replaced. He was professional, courteous and extremely patient with all of our questions. We highly recommend them!
