Sterling septic and plumbing were able to come out the same day we had an issue. Danny and Skyler were so nice, professional, and knowledgeable. We really appreciated them and I felt like it was a great value for what they did! We will definitely use them again in the future!

We had an urgent septic issue after having a plumber out to look at an air bubble issue we were having. We had a septic pump completed and one call and they were here and completed the job within 2 hours. I usually don't leave any kind of review on any company, but this was the quickest service from any maintenance company that we have ever dealt with.

Thank you Jason and Russell for repairing our broken septic tank pieces and pumping it out. You explained everything to us and we appreciated that.

We used Sterling because of the job done before the neighbors moved. I dug out the top of the tank and the distribution box. Jason and Damion did the pumping and inspection and recommended a fix to the outlet of the tank and replacement of the distribution box. The fix on the tank was done that day and the distribution box was scheduled for a week later. Ahkeem and Skyler came out for the box and had all the supplies needed on the truck. All four gentlemen were easy to talk to and did a great job of explaining what they were doing and why it was needed. Ahkeem did a great job finishing the project and fixing the lawn. Both trucks showed up on time, the crews did what they said they were going to do and it cost what they said it would cost. I highly recommend this company.

Jason and Skyler did an awesome job, as if they were never here. They even helped me finish roofing my house and cut my grass. Lol. All kidding aside they were absolute professionals, very knowledgeable and would highly recommend this company. It’s a win win using Sterling septic. Thanks guys!

Last week, they came out to assess and pumped out the backup. I cannot express how awesome they both are!! Very knowledgeable, engaging, simply wonderful guys! I'm so sorry you had to come out in the rain today...

In addition, the reason why I absolutely chose to hire them (Sterling) was the initial call when I talked to Eric on the phone the first time. I know he didn't have to, but he took time out of his time to even direct me via phone and satellite to troubleshoot where to even find the tanks!! Also, the quick communication is so very much appreciated!

Jason provided five star customer service when he came to pump and perform maintenance on our septic system. Great communication, showed up on time and explained everything well.

Ahkeem was extremely professional, respectful and kind. He walked me through the process and waited to hear my response of acknowledgement. He helped me set up the next service and walked me through pricing. He also explained additional costs when he was unaware of change in fees due to extended travel from Puyallup. He arranged next service and confirmed everything with me. Wonderful service!

Called and was able to make a same day appointment which was great. We were trying to determine if the tank which hadn’t been pumped in 4 years was the cause. Russel showed up and very informative and thorough. Will definitely be calling them back when the time comes again to pump it out.

Great customer support. Aaron and his coworker were very informative, and did very great job pumping& inspecting my septic. Also office staff are really good at explaining over the phone about any questions. Spent around 1 hour with me on the phone answering my random questions, and the office was closed already. Eric also does fantastic job explaining things on the phone, and over the email. Now I understand why they have such a great rating reviews here. Would use them again in the future without doubt, even if they would be more expensive than any companies in the area!
