Jake came out and had a leak repaired just past the water main in under a few hours same day. He clearly explained what he believed the repair should be and then went over everything again when he was done. Very professional and competent. I will use American Mains and Drains again if needed.

Jake and Matt came and fixed a fixed leaking pipe on our water heater right away and did a great job. Fast, professional and knowledgeable.

Immediate response and scheduled same day. Called and asked if They could come early. He was very open, honest and transparent. Unfortunately My home is complete with PVC pipe which they don't do anymore, Of course , so all he could do was a band-aid if I wasn't going to re-pipe the whole thing. So while I'm looking forward to an inevitable leak somewhere else, It's very assuring to know that I can count on somebody to be here right away with competitive price and professionalism.

American Mains and Drains just finished up replacing a leaking main waterline at my house. They have been very professional and reliable. After gathering several quotes, they were reasonably priced and seem very honest and trustworthy. The owner, Matt, came out to provide an assessment and estimate. He was super personable and responsive. Jake has done a fantastic job, really appreciate the quality and swift workmanship. At the end of the job, the city sent out the inspector to review the work. The city inspector made a comment about how impressed he was with their work and told us that, from his perspective, they did a fantastic job. I was grateful to hear that because it confirmed that we made the right decision to choose American Mains and Drains. Highly recommend and will be using them for future plumbing projects.

Glad I called American Mains and Drains. Matt and Jake was able to come out same day and fix our issues. Sat down, went over options, and gave pricing for everything upfront. Matt and Jake were super nice and great! Highly recommend and I will not hesitate to call them for my plumbing needs.

I have known Matthew for many years now ! I met him when he was an employee for another plumbing company. He has always been very cool, friendly, and helpful. We both now run our home service businesses and I have referred many clients to him and he always takes care of them very well! Thank you Matthew and team for always doing a great job!

Matt called me maybe an hour after I put in my request. I was surprised to get such a quick response, especially on a Saturday. We got service scheduled for the next day after he heard my concerns. When service day came, Krishan was the one who came to do the job. He was very professional, commutative, and the job was done in a timely manner. I will definitely be doing future business with this company. The cherry on top is that pricing is very competitive and fair!

Kris was great. He came in very professional very friendly and got to work immediately. I called the company and they were able to also get someone out quickly without any type of emergency charge so that was nice. The prices are fair and if you bundle things together there is a savings that will incur so it's nice that they offer that as well. I definitely recommend them. If this changes I'll rewrite the post.

Matt and Kris were great. I had a tough remodel project, and they were able to work within the constraints of the project while meeting a few unique requests I had. Kris displayed great work ethic, putting in a couple long days to finish when he could have left earlier. Matt was able to pitch multiple solutions to the challenges of my build and we were able to come up with something that worked with the vision I had for the space. Both were easy to work with, and had a high level of customer service generally lacking in many of the trades.

Punctual, confidence inspiring, and reasonably priced, I would (and already have) recommend American Mains & Drains for anyone looking for a remodel or new construction plumber.

Jake called me and updated me first thing in the morning and came out earlier than expected which was GREAT! Inspection. He walked me through the whole system and answered all of my questions.

Sterling Septic and Pluming, LLC did it again! Their services always have been good and they are always willing to share knowledge to their customers. Both Damien and Jason were very helpful and professional!

Talked me into pumping the grey water chamber too I found out afterwards from others that is not needed. So instead of $599.00 for septic they got me for (2) $599.00 charges to pump septic. Tech said it was needed to not over saturate the drain field which made sense at the time but other firms said that is not a concern. Bummer on the upsell. My bad for not googling beforehand.

Sterling is an excellent Company to do business with. Jason and Skyler are outstanding employees. They did an excellent job taking care of my septic tanks, advised me on recommendations on the conditions of my tanks. Cleaned up the area and put everything away. I appreciate their professionalism. I chose Sterling after receiving gracious and personable service from Eric and Cameron over the phone. This is a company that takes pride in their work and enjoys serving their customers in the best way. Jason and Skyler were our technicians and, again, were very helpful, clear and gracious. Technician was kind, friendly, and professional. Work got done quickly with no corners cut. I'm very happy with the service and will be calling Sterling Septic & Plumbing again for any of my septic needs.

I had a backed up septic system and called them at 8am, they had a pump truck here in 2 hrs, had a technician here in 3 hrs and I’m now up and running. Very Happy!!!
