I had my second experience with Rocket Rooter this week and both times were amazing! The best way to describe their service is high quality at a reasonable price with friendly and experienced staff. Also, the response times for both of my requests was phenomenal.

Our first experience was with an urgent plumbing repair we needed expedited. We called multiple plumbers and Rocket Rooter had the quickest response time. George from Rocket Rooter came out and discussed all repair options and did an amazing job. He took the time he needed to do the job right, but boy he was quick!

Most recently Jeff from Rocket Rooter came out to install shower plumbing and a shower pan. He provided excellent customer service, was extremely responsive, very thorough, gave updates along the way, educated me on a few useful items that were tremendously helpful, and provided top quality plumbing services. I am very happy with the end product. I think the plumbing service he provided will be the easiest part of my bathroom remodel project. Thanks Jeff!!

We had the best experience with this company. Our Plumber, Junior was a nicest guy, he called ahead to let us know his arrival time. He was friendly and very polite. He stayed until he was sure the problem was solved, running tests. He evaluated the situations and solved our clogged kitchen/dishwasher drain! I would defiantly call them if necessary for any future issues. Ask for Junior!

Job was an unexpected surprise of bad building and inspecting practices: condensate drain pipe not insulated and froze last winter. We spent few freezing days without heat. PVC pipe bursted. Mark did a fantastic job in finding the problem and repairing it. Now still needs drywall repair. Overall a $2,000 expense I had to pay due to the neglect of the builder. Will find out who they were.

We had an issue with our garbage disposal. Junior and Ben gave us various options for repair and did the work a lot of other plumbers haven’t been willing to do. They moved the drain in our pipes to a better place and installed a new disposal. The work was quick and well done.

I called to set up an appointment. They were very upfront with their process and travel fee which I appreciated.
Junior came out and diagnosed our leak to be a very simple fix. He took care of it and because of the simplicity only charged for the travel fee!
I was prepared to get a quote of $1k+ for what I thought the issue would be. While I feel silly for not catching such a simple fix myself, I'm grateful that I don't feel taken advantage of!
I was also given a complementary water heater and water pressure inspection.

We recently had a boiler leak at our property and Mark Spence came out to do repairs. He quickly identified the problem and knew what repairs needed to be done. Quick response and extremely professional work. Since it was the day after Christmas I was grateful they could do the job and complete it the same day. The price quoted was I believe fair due to the difficulty in repairing the main water line into the house. Mark was very courteous and worked hard to get it done the same day.
