Mark was here today to replace my water heater. He was quick to get the hot water heater replacement. He did an oütstanding job.He made sure to clean up after He was done.He was knowlegabl about his job and was able to answer all our questions.

Mark was great, he communicated about what issues were present, and when there was more than one option for a fix he made sure I understood the cost/benefit before just proceeding. He was very thorough with checking the pipes and making sure every cracked pipe was taken care of, even though we kept finding new breaks and he had been out all day. Would definitely recommend.

After dinner I noticed a wet spot in our ceiling in our family room. It looked like it could be from the upstairs bathroom toilet. I googled plumbers in Puyallup to find a plumber that could come and check it out. I called and left a message about my situation. Got a call back in just a few minutes. Receptionist said she could have a tech out at 8:00am. When the tech, Mark, arrived he was so warm, friendly and concerned about our issue. He inspected the ceiling and found out it was leaking where the toilet was connected to the drain. He took the time to explain everything that needed to be done and at a price we could afford. He started to fix the issue right away and took the time to kinda visit with us to put us at ease. I can't thank Mark enough for his professionalism, concern and great job he did. My husband and I will never call any other company for our plumbing needs. I also want to thank the office gal and the whole company for being a company about the people and their needs not just how much money they can make. Thanks again to Mark!! We called Rocket Rooter for same day service on a leak coming through our garage- Mark arrived at early with a smile. He was friendly, informative, and efficient. He took the time to explain what was happening, dipped out for a part& was back in a flash, repaired the issue and cleaned up thoroughly after himself. The repairs were much more affordable than I anticipated. I highly recommend Mark S. and Rocket Rooter!

Our plumber Mark was great. He unclogged three drains, and replaced cracked equipment. Very knowledgeable and patient with our questions. Would definitely use them again.

We ended up using a different company due to scheduling but we had a great experience with Matt who was very thorough in his estimate and giving us information about the problem, our options, and various things to consider.

We needed an unexpected water line replacement prior to a previously schrduled crawl space duct project. AMD worked us in to their schedule with Jake and Matt finishing the job in one day , preventing any delay in the ducting work. They did a great job, clearly communicating work schedule & when the water would be off, as well as cleaning up after the project

Excellent service! They came in and finished a replacement of our main bathroom stack, fixed the lines to our water heater and added an expansion tank in a single day. They were professional, friendly and all around wonderful!

I had a significant leak in the supply line from the meter to the house.
Matt came out long after business hours that evening and took a look at it.
We discussed options and Matt initiated the plan the next day.
Not a simple job but Matt kept me updated every day and completed the job exactly how we discussed.
On top of that Matt coordinated with the renters which made for one less issue for me to deal with.
I will be using his company again.

We had our full plumbing stack replaced asnwell us updates to our water heater, and toilets that needed to be re-seated. Quoting was easly and honest, and the work was completed ahead of schedule. The team that came to our house was super tidy and respectful of our space. Overall it was one of the smoothest home repairs we've ever had done and they will be our go to plumber from here on out!

American mains and drains came to my house because there was a clog in the line and the toilet had backed up. They were on time, got right to work and all at an affordable rate. 5/5 WILL HIRE AGAIN

Matthew was very detailed in explaining everything and quick at diagnosing the issue. Very professional company. Would highly recommend!

Very high labor rates on estimate and misleading comments from Jake (I think it was): when I said I had cheaper bids, he said "Maybe we'll see if we can meet in the middle" or something like that. Then he didn't follow through with any offer. That seemed dishonest.

AMD did fantastic work, and were great To work with. Great communication and helped me understand what was needed to be done. Absolutely recommend them

Jacob came out for a quote this morning and after having 2 other quotes already, decided to go with American. Jacob said he could do the job today, right now, which impressed me, not the reason I picked them, their bid was very similar to the other 2 bids I had, so I chose them. Jacob was very friendly, courteous and walked me through everything he found wrong and explained exactly what he would need to do to repair it. Only took him a couple hours. I would recommend them to anyone requiring plumbing repairs.

Never thought I would trust another plumber again, but Mat from American Main and Drains has my family's complete trust. Very professional, knowledgeable and patient. Our previous sink, we couldn't even get clean without Barkeeper's Friend, and it was very hard to wash pans because they didn't fit.

Also, we kept losing pressure with the hot water and our garbage disposal was poorly installed and about to rust through.

We found American Mains and Drains on Thumbtack. Matt did a beautiful job reworking the plumbing (giving us more workable space under the sink), replaced our garbage disposal unit with a quieter one that has more power, and as you can see, replaced our sink. He even hunted down a faucet with the feature we really liked about our old faucet. Oh, and he even got the soap dispenser working and showed us how it's supposed to be filled!

Matt is friendly and professional and has an excellent work ethic.

We'll definitely go to American Mains and Drains for our future plumbing work.
