I needed to replace a 50-year-old leaky bathtub faucet. I happen to have known the owner for many years so I asked him to send someone out. I am very happy I did! Josh was a skilled professional and the work he did was outstanding. I couldn't be happier.

we called them 3 weeks ago to do a estimate on my bath tub leaking though fthe ceiling. they will charge you 250 just to do the investigation. I have already pointed out the water that leaked was from the cleaning supply. They still try to say it was something else. after they opened the hole, I was promised to give an estimate the following Monday. They never send me any email or phone call. I called them 3 times and the operator keep saying they are behind. Don't use this service.

First time calling Rocket Rooter! Their customer service was above and beyond. They were able to come out the same day. Technician was very nice and understanding. Very professional and completed the job same day. Highly recommended!!

I called for emergency service for a water leak in my house. The team came out the same day, walked us through the process of repairing the leaking pipe in the wall, and fixed it the same day. Wow...plumbing can be an adventure sometimes. Thankfully there are good people out there that are simply really great at what they do. I awoke one morning to find my water heater functioning more like a water feature (thankfully the catch pan installed when I purchased the home did it's job) and called the good folks at Rocket Rooter/Compass and they didn't just send anyone to help, they sent Gordon. Gordon, is an experienced journeyman plumber, having installed thousands of water heaters (self-professed metric) over the course of his career. Needless to say, he sized up my issues rapidly and we were well on our way to getting the situation under control. I think the most impressive part about the visit was not the fact that he got it working, but the fact that he took the time to really assess the whole picture. In the course of getting things put back together, he listened to the water heater and decided it didn't sound quite right. Sure enough one of the thermostats were shot. Additionally, Gordon took the time to teach me as he went. I'm a curious guy and like to learn and he was a real pleasure to talk with and learn about/from. One of the nicest guys I've ever met, genuine, caring and focused on taking care of the customer. And to boot, he didn't charge me nearly enough for his efforts. I was left standing in my driveway as he drove away, simply amazed at what I had just experienced. I simply could not say enough good about Gordon, his experience, the job he did, his service to me and my family, and mostly, the priveledge that it was to get to know him over the course of my plumbing adventure. The main line out of our house was blocked and Rocket Rooter was able to come out within a few hours--Jeff was super friendly, and explained everything he was doing as he was doing it. It was really cool to feel like I was in the loop and knew what was happening, and the price was totally fair. I will definitely call them again in the future if we need help!

Had backed up kitchen sink and leaking pipe below. I called them around noon and they scheduled an appointment for 2:30pm. Junior was our serviceman and was awesome. The service bill was really fair. I highly recommend Rocket Rooter for plumbing needs.

Great service! We're new homeowners in our first house (circa 1972). We had a backup that we couldn't fix ourselves. Within hours of our first call, Jeff arrived and fixed our issue, installed an outdoor cleanout, and gave us some great advice on maintaining our pipes and water heater. He even caught some issues our home inspector missed that we can fix early and avoid big headaches later. We're making some updates next year that will require a plumber and we will definitely be calling Rocket Rooter and requesting Jeff's help. Thanks!

Jeff, the technician, was awesome to work with. Very professional as well. We have a few kiddos and our 6 year old son always wants to “help” (Talk the ear off) of anyone who works in our house. He was fantastic with our kids and kept the work areas safe and clean. Highly recommend them!

We had a great experience with Rocket Rooter - professional workmanship and reasonable price! Jeff and Logan arrived on time to unclog our kitchen sink drain pipe. Jeff was an experienced and thorough plumber and asked a series of questions to ascertain what may have caused the problem. After the drain was unclogged, he tested repeatedly to make sure the job is completed. He was patient and spent time explaining how to prevent the problem in the future, as well as offered to check other parts of the house. Logan caulked the sink basin to prevent leaks into the cabinet below and cleaned up the area of repair nicely after the job. Thank you Jeff and Logan!

Once I discovered there was a leak under my home I called the plumbing company I usually use. They weren’t able to come out for a few days even though their website listed “emergency services”. Waiting a few days with an active water leak under my home was not an option. I found Rocket Rooter after a quick internet search. They had someone out in under two hours to do an emergency repair. Junior called to let me know he would arrive 30 minutes earlier than expected. He walked me through the problem and the solution. He gave me a timeframe, showed me pictures and video of the problem and gave me an estimate. He also took the time to show me how to turn the main water off. I can’t say if the price is competitive or as my situation was an emergency and those tend to cost more but the job was complete in 2.5 hours and I’m a happy lady. I would recommend Rocket Rooter

The worker was early which was great! Of course they called ahead of time to make sure that was okay. Very knowledgeable was a godsend! Our water is back on as I speak it has been off for the last week! I will definitely recommend this business to anybody who needs Plumbing work or has any kind of water problems including well problems he was even knowledgeable about that had a great experience thank you so much

Eric was outstanding he saved me from paying all kinds of money by repairing a leak on the shower faucet. The whole time there putting up with my dogs barking and kids running around he handled it like a pro I would recommend and use him and his company again. We had a dripping bathtub faucet and called Rocket Rooter to come take a look. Mark showed up within a few hours! He was able to locate the problem, explained what was going on, fixed what he could and then helped us find the correct parts that we needed (we needed to find a new cover to put on the faucet handle). We would highly recommend Mark and Rocket Rooter!

The tech, Junior, came out to the house and assessed the leaky old valves to the washer. He put in a new laundry box and faucets and brought it all up to code. He tested the lines and everything is working just fine now. He did a very good job and was easy to work with.

Man where do we start!!! Let me just start by saying i rarely leave a review but hopefully this helps someone. Calling a plumber like anyone else you let into your home can be overwhelming never really knowing if they’re going to rip you off or not! This was the complete opposite of what i was expecting. It started with a couple leaky pipes and other issues with the way the pipes were ran when we purchased the home. This company was highly recommended from a family member in the Puyallup area so i gave them a call, it was a sunday so i didn’t expect to get an answer let alone get scheduled but she answered the phone and had someone out to us the very next day. The man who showed up right on time of not early was Jeff. I can’t say enough positive things about Jeff in character and work ethic. He’s a great plumber, very knowledgeable and quick. Jeff knocked it out of the park and gave us some very insightful family orientated information which my girlfriend and I both REALLY appreciated hearing from someone else, on top of all that i believe he was very fair with pricing. After Jeff left we both knew that if we ever had any plumbing issues again we’d be calling Jeff. The next morning we were very surprised when a different pipe was leaking(a very small amount, more of a slow trickle) so we called them back and they dropped everything and came back that same day and got it resolved and didn’t charge us at all for their time. We’re beyond happy with the service and the conversation we received from Jeff and without a doubt will be calling him again with any plumbing needs that come up! We have a newborn baby at home and a couple older kids and they all call him grandpa Jeff and safe to say he’s welcome here anytime!

We had an emergency clog leak with our piping and this company was the first to respond and come out early morning. George was amazing! Hi had a water heater that was leaking and called them right away. Their plumber Junior, came out and was real professional and easy to talk to. He explained everything to me and got everything taken care of in the time frame he said. The whole process was simple. I definitely would recommend them.

After spending a lot of time reading reviews and searching for someone to tackle both backed up mainline and 60 year old shower plumbing, made a great choice. Junior took the time to thoroughly explain necessary work and costs. A big job that was done with quality and integrity. Will need some more work done and will not hesitate to have Junior back out again.
