I hired Platinum Plumbing to remove and replace my old galvanized pipes. They worked quickly and respected my property. I would hire them again.

Colton and his crew cane out and saved me when my old (cracked) fiberglass tub finally gave way! My small tub project turned into a full bathroom remodel that makes much better use of the space. It made sense to do the whole job since we had to replace all the old galvanized pipes and moves some lines around anyway. I mean, why not, right?

Highly recommend this plumbing contractor, as a general contractor we always look for reliable companies to use on our projects. We were doing a remodel and they did a full replumb, they came in perfectly to wear budget, and all the guys who came and worked were very friendly and professional.

Called yesterday at 6:30 because I had an outdoor facet that wouldn't turn off. Spoke to someone who said the scheduler would call me soon to work it out.

Well, 22 hours later an my water is still running. I ended up calling another company, and then let Platinum know why. They do get a bonus star for being polite and offering to make it right, but I didn't get the service I needed, and wasted a day waiting for them.

Joe and Slav were great. We needed some different piping that we had to save for, but they did a great job. The issue started with having several different plumbers analyze our leak a few months ago. One person was scared to touch our piping and said he'd have to remodel the whole house to get rid of our leak. Another said he wouldn't give estimates, but instead he'd show up and work until he's done and we'd be charged whatever that comes to. Joe came and told us the work wouldn't be a whole house repiping and was able to give a temporary fix while we saved for the replacement piping. They came today and did great. Our bad piping is gone, and they answered all the questions I had.
