I bought an early 1900's home and hired Sab to replumb the entire thing (kitchen + 2 bathrooms) and he did an amazing job. Unbelievable customer service even when not technically a customer! Had an issue requiring immediate attention to shut off water to my home. I called looking for an available appointment but they were kind enough to walk me through troubleshooting procedures over the phone, while pulled over on the side of the road. They could have easily charged me to come out to my home for something simple but chose to walk me through steps to avoid a service call. It’s obvious that they are not interested in gouging customers which is RARE in today’s world. They have earned my business with any future plumbing services.

Sabedin was quick, friendly and professional. He treated our home like his own. He went above and beyond what he needed to do to make sure our home was fixed correctly. We needed a new main and he added a shut off valve in the home for our convenience as well as cleaning up and stabilizing the remaining pipes under the house. We would definitely hire him again.

Sab replaced my old gas water heater with an electric one and replaced outdoor spigot. He does quality work, and is very attentive and responsive. He's not into upselling unnecessarily. On one occasion he went the extra mile to squeeze me in to repair a leak during the busy holiday time when I was recovering from a surgery. I texted and called the business line. Sab called me back within 15 minutes. He apologized that he was unable to answer as he was still with a client. I explained the situation. He stated that he would come by today after his client to inspect what was happening. He communicated when he was en route and apologized for running late. I advised him not to worry as we were not part of his schedule today. He arrived approximately 2.5 hours from my initial call (not complaining).

Sab normally does not work overtime, however, he expressed how he loves to take care of his community and did not want to leave us hanging without water and have other companies charge us astronomically for repair/replacement. Sab was transparent and honest. He explained how his part is plumbing and preferred to work with contractors (to be safe) when it comes to the house structure and all. Good thing that our issue was not major. He was able to replace the part that broke due to normal wear and tear. Sab was humble and connected well with us. He’s a natural. The job overall took less than 40 minutes.
