Mark, the technician was fantastic. The work got done later than it was supposed to but those things come up. Mark was knowledgeable, kind, and pleasant to deal with. I would recommend him to anyone. After waiting so long, he made it Where it was worth the Wait. I cannot say enough good things about him.

Nice but what service did he do but look under and tell us what we need to do and buy? And tell us how pricing they charge by an hour. He drained somewhat water? Didn’t clean out the pipes etc never will I ever recommend anyone to them. Again, they didn’t fix anything.

I will call FloHawks for everything! Antonio (Tony) was a saint! He was the kindest, most patient & very knowledgeable technician! He is honest, ethical and an asset to FloHawks. Truly this was the best experience I have ever had with a major home repair & it’s all due to Tony. He went above & beyond & during a conversion he stated he liked working for this company, which says a lot coming from such a professional. I’m also grateful that technicians like Tony still exist & make me feel like I made the right choice in choosing FloHawks. The rates are very reasonable and the peace of mind is priceless! I had an amazing experience with Flohawks! They came out to jet my sewer line and went above and beyond. The technician was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain everything in a way I could actually understand. He gave me several options without trying to oversell or pressure me — just honest advice and great service.

I got another estimate from a different company, and it was three times the price for the same job. I’m so glad I went with Flohawks. Highly recommend them if you want someone who actually cares about doing the job right and treats you with respect and isn’t doing so just to price gauge you.

There are a lot of choices out there and it takes time to research and read reviews. Sometimes you just don’t have time for all of that.

My parent’s house comes with a lot of new challenges and experiences for me and the septic system is one of them. I understand a lot of construction but septic systems is not one of them. There’s been a bad smell on and off for a while now but it decided to pop up a few days ago and it was bad enough it bothered the neighbors.

I called thinking they may set up for the next day but they came the same day! 👏🏻

He said we could wait to have it pumped.
Not knowing, to me it looked full and anyone could have told me it’s full and needed to be pumped.
I really appreciated his honesty. I know it has been years since my Dad had it pumped out, so I decided to have it done.
The price was also very fair for the going market price.

Have had Rainier View on a handful of projects, both residential/commercial, and they have been exceptional each time. Their front office and scheduling/estimating desks are very thorough and easy to get in touch with, as well as being flexible, which is a necessary skill to have in the construction industry. On time, fairly priced, and consistent work.

DJ was very nice and I’m glad the refrigerator connection worked.

We hired Rainier View Plumbing to do the rough-in for our new build back in 2022. Unfortunately, the initial plumber they sent out was not ready for primetime -- he was rude and directly insulted us in front of other contractors. More importantly, his water lines leaked at 4 locations and other contractors derided his work through the rest of the build. He directly lied to me about code while trying to get out of installing a hose spigot on the far side of my garage -- despite my already having paid a surcharge for it. He branched off one hose line BEFORE the whole home shut-off valve and branched the other off AFTER the water filtration loop. Further, he dropped the waste lines too low into our crawl space, coming in LOWER than the drain line to our septic and failed inspection -- because sewage doesn't flow uphill. After complaining, the owner of the company came onsite -- and let me be clear that he was quite apologetic, professional, and spent the better part of a day correcting the plumbing errors (though it was too late to fix the aforementioned hose line issues). Had he been the last encounter, this would be 4 stars. Unfortunately, the finishing crews walked off with our kitchen faucet (they did eventually return it), installed standard toilets instead of the upgraded versions we had paid for on 3 of 4 baths, and though they offered a refund on the upgrade charges for those 3, they then turned around and billed us a near-equal amount for rough-in work they had done 11 months earlier which involved routing 5' of PEX line for a second showerhead (a total of 5 minutes of work and 50 cents of material somehow produced a $600 bill 11 months later to directly offset the refund for the incorrect toilets). Four months after moving in, water spots showed on our kitchen ceiling below the upstairs shower -- when we pulled the wallboard off the hallway opposite the shower valve, we found that one of the connections had a slow leak. Easily fixed by us, but annoying. Based on the above, we would recommend homeowners go with Bowers -- we used them back when we lived in Puyallup and the experiences were far better. In short, just hire Bowers.

We recently hired Rainier View Plumbing to make modifications to our new construction home, and we couldn't be happier with the results. Anthony, the technician assigned to our project, exceeded our expectations in every way.

He installed a water outlet for our espresso bar, allowing us to connect both our espresso machine and cup washer. Despite the challenge of only having a water inlet and no outlet, Anthony crawled under the house to add the necessary pipes, linking them to our kitchen's existing plumbing.

But Anthony didn't stop there. He also connected our espresso machine and cup washer, carefully managing all the hoses to ensure everything looked clean and organized under the cabinet. Each hose was properly secured, resulting in a tidy installation.

Additionally, Anthony applied silicone and sealant around our cup washer to ensure it remains securely in place. His attention to detail and commitment to providing an excellent experience truly set him apart.

We highly recommend Rainier View Plumbing for any plumbing needs and will definitely call them again in the future!

It always costs less to call a pro! Joey came to help us with our sewer clog. He had all the right equipment and was well trained. I don’t have the easiest house to get under but he went in fast. The camera found the clog and he fixed it. He was very upfront about the costs and we were very pleased with the results and happy that the problem wasn’t major. thanks joey!

Our plumber Joey from Rainer View gave us an excellent experience even though the plumbing issue was an unexpected bump in the road. Joey was professional, he gave us clear explanations of each issue and he even allowed our great grandson to participate in the repair (to his 6 year old amazement 😃😃😃) we give Joey 10 out of 5 stars!!!

Joey and Ryan did an amazing job with my new tub installation on 5/22/25. Some problems arose with the size of the tub and the area of the old tub but they came up with a solution and were able to get the new tub in. Both Joey and Ryan were friendly and approachable, I appreciate their hard work and problem solving needed to get the job done. Highly recommend them for any plumbing needs.

Today we had technician Anthony and manager clay came to the house along with the water pump rep and home builder Lennar warranty team to look at my 3rd water pump that leaked in less than 5 years. Everyone was so helpful
and knowledgeable, they were able to pin point the issue from the start. I also had a crash course on how it works. Anthony is patient and explained every steps of the way and manager clay went out to get a pump
To complete the project. It was such a seamless experience and I definitely would recommend rained view plumbing to my friends. They are simply one of the best in the industry.
