This is the fifth time we’ve had Bowers come out to repair different old house problems. We love Mark! He’s always prompt, knowledgeable, skilled, and efficient. We trust him with all our plumbing needs. You can’t go wrong with Bowers! This time Mark and Grant re-piped our entire house. Last time they installed an entirely new sewer line from the house to the street. Now we hopefully don’t have to worry about anything for the next few decades! With an old house, very little makes sense with how it’s put together, and they took care of so many issues with the least amount of damage to walls, shower tiles, etc. They saved our favorite wallpapered and plastered walls by finding different routes for pipes to go. Mark is the best and biggest reason we keep coming back to Bowers. You guys are professional, thorough, and cleaned up so well at the end of the job. We are really grateful for you.

I have a manufactured home and I had a water line that I believed to have burst, as well as suspicion that my water heater was failing. Seth came out promptly on a Sunday morning, and was able to assess my situation, and fix my broken waterline very quickly!

I am so grateful for his willingness to work me into his weekend schedule, his professionalism and the speed at which he had my water running again.

From a company standpoint, when there’s an emergency plumbing issue, you need it fixed yesterday and Bowers Plumbing & Remodel delivers every time. Unfortunately, we’ve gotten to know them in those after-hours emergencies, and the entire team has been absolutely fantastic, from their office staff and phone operators to the technicians in the field.

We’ve had Cameron and Seth come out on a couple of occasions, and both times they showed up promptly, worked efficiently, and kept cleanliness a top priority. We couldn’t appreciate them more.

Bowers is truly a great tool to have in your arsenal.

Aaron researched our issue (water softener system not working) contacted the manufacturer of our water softener and fixed it as part of a no-cost inspection. He was professional, courteous and although this isn’t an area of his personal expertise, he found us the answers we needed, and our system is now working again. I’ll definitely be contacting Bowers Plumbing & Remodel for future needs.

Bowers is one of the most professional companies I've ever dealt with. They sent a plumber out right away when our laundry room water line broke. They kept us notified throughout the whole process and were such a dream team of wonderful and courteous technicians. Hands down recommend for plumbing and remodel needs.

Aerin was great to work with. Made the whole process of getting a new water heater and shower repaired as painless as possible. He was very informative of all my options and which would be the best and why.

My shower wouldn’t drain, Bowers got someone out in a timely manner and resolved the issue same day (it was an old pipe and a severe blockage that required a pipe replacement). I also had other plumbing issues around the house and questions, which Patrick took care of in the same visit. He did a free plumbing inspection for my whole house and made the necessary recommendations. It was such a positive experience; I will absolutely use Bowers again!

I chose Bowers despite them not having the lowest bid on my project, because I thought I could expect professional and timely work. It turned into a two day project rather than one and they charged me extra, I was understanding and went along with it. I was later told by a bowers plumber that the plumber who did the work was not yet licensed and is no longer with the company. I have been told by other professionals the work was not done correctly and have been told by the city that they installed the wrong size grease trap. When Bowers tried to push the work through city permitting it has been denied—now after waiting two years my project is still not finished and Bowers has all but abandoned it. Two years of paying on a commercial lease for a space I couldn’t use because of their failure to follow through. I was far too patient throughout the whole process, perhaps the squeaky wheel does get the grease? At this point my experience will have to be a cautionary tale for other small businesses.

We have had previous interactions with Bowers employees- they were helpful, honest and solved small issues without charge. We were so impressed that we called Bowers when we encountered a larger plumbing issue. Seth came out, inspected the area in question, identified the issue and the solution. He then asked if he might inspect other areas of the home. We agreed; and mentioned two other areas of concern. He did a very thorough inspection of bathrooms, laundry room and the water heater. He showed us his concerns and what he ought to do to deal with those. We readily agreed, and the work was performed the same day. We were grateful for the sense of urgency and concern displayed. We would highly recommend Bowers and Seth to anyone looking for professional skill and courtesy.

Patrick personable. My shower was leaking. So he changed the cartridge in the handle. i appreciate that he wasnt bothered by me standing with him, & giving me pointers just in case i would like to try doing it myself next time. He got the shower head to stop dripping, & fixed it back up looking nice when he was done. Patrick provided a good service.

Contacted Bowers plumbing to replace outdoor faucets that leaked from original installation during remodel. Patrick was very personable and professional. Listened to are concerns. He recommended a different style of faucet. He was out two days later and completed the job. My wife and I were pleased with the results. Thank you Patrick and Bowers plumbing. Five star service.

We had water damage from a leak during Thanksgiving. We originally went through our insurance company and their recommendations. However, it was a big mistake. Before the insurance would commence the repair we had to fix the plumbing. Bowers came out and asked who was doing the drying as it was shotty. They were honest and said they didn't feel comfortable doing the repairs because we would have problems later. They recommended another company to do the drying. It was like night and day. We knew we would probably pay out of pocket but it was worth it. I asked who they recommended for remodel, to our surprise they did it all. They said they were backed up but we were in no rush as long as it was done right. They communicated with us through the entire process, had us pick out supplies ahead of time so when they started there was no delay. And they did it all. I am so pleased with our kitchen that we had them do our floors and bathroom too.
