We are so glad we called Rainier View Plumbing and Rooter. DJ and Ryan spent 2 days trying to clear our clogged kitchen drain. We had tons of grease blocking and lining the drain. They spent many hours alternating between using the snake and water jet. Once clear, they made sure to check and recheck. These two are the most hard working, thorough and respectful service employees I’ve hired in a while. I’ll be sure to refer them to friends & family.

Brandon and Lane were fantastic! They quickly dug out the main water line, replaced the damaged section of pipe, and had our water back on in no time. Their pricing was very fair for the amount of work involved. Both of them were professional, friendly, and easy to work with. They kept the work area tidy and communicated clearly throughout the job. I called Rainier View Plumbing and was given an appointment the next day for a leaking faucet. Brandon and Ryan showed up within the promised time frame and quickly determined the problem with the valve. I was given an estimate and they explained everything that needed to be done. I approved the work, which they completed within hour.

Brandon R. Was the man that came through to service our water heater. He was very kind, friendly and extremely respectful. He explained to me a lot that I did not know and did so in a professional manner. He even took his shoes off when having to walk on my carpet to get to my second bathroom! Terrible experience - unprofessional, and completely lacking accountability. Avoid this company if you can.

In May 2024, I had an issue with my sewer pump’s float device. A technician replaced it for $850. Within days, the discharge pipe disconnected, spreading sewage water and damaging our trims. They sent a more experienced tech who said the first one missed a key screw. He fixed it quickly and left - I was okay at that point.

But later, we started hearing loud thudding noises, likely from the check valve. Despite multiple emails and sending them videos, they barely responded and kept asking for the video again. Eventually, they just dismissed it as unrelated to their work.

Then in June 2025, the discharge pipe leaked again, causing water damage. I called them over the weekend - no real support despite claiming to have on-call staff. On Monday, I explained the full history and asked if they could fix it free of charge, given their past mistakes. They scheduled me for Thursday but took two days to respond and just said I was out of warranty by a month. No accountability, no offer of a discount, nothing.

After I canceled the appointment and mentioned I’d leave a bad review, the manager suddenly started calling repeatedly. At that point, I’d lost all trust and chose not to proceed with them, even if the fix was free.

Quick and responsive. Mr. Brandon Rosales broke his back all day to get my shower system installed. Will be using again. Quality is 10 out of 10. They also give a military discount. Bless their hearts.

Rainier’s technician Brandon R did an outstanding job replacing our water heater and expansion tank and explaining what he found with our old water heater. He also provided a quick tutorial on how to light the pilot light and what’s needed to keep the tank in great condition. The front office staff were very responsive and clearly explained options they had for our water heater replacement. Very satisfied with their work and highly recommend them!

We called Rainier View Plumbing after noticing a leak in the downstairs bathroom wall. They were able to come out the very next day. Brandon R. took the time to thoroughly check everything and determined that our elderly hot water tank was finally giving up the ghost.

He returned two days later with his colleague (also named Brandon), and together they did a wonderful job with the installation and cleanup. Brandon kept me informed throughout the process, which I really appreciated.
