Very rude people ignorant and unfriendly. I do not recommend this company to anyone

All contractors are booked big time this year due to a huge uptick in construction. Trying to get any contractor to call or give a bid is almost fruitless. Richardson Well Drilling was a bit difficult but not any where near as bad as most of the contractors. Once the work started they were on it like white on rice! Did a great job and got it done fast, all while checking with me to make sure I agreed with what they were doing. I would recommend! Very fair pricing on a comparative basis.

Update: Months later getting Richardson to reply to a concern/concern is almost futile. Very hit and miss. Not sure I would recommend at this point.

Our experience was a mixture of what you read here. Yes, it can be difficult to get through to someone and no, I don't recommend leaving a voice mail. Just be persistent - call back. Some days they are just incredibly busy.

Our well pump failed Wednesday night. Thursday I called and after finally getting through I was told MAYBE we could be fit in later in the afternoon but Friday was booked. They would know more after 1 pm. At 2 I called back and was told yes, someone would be there between 3:30 and 4. At 4 Rick and the crew showed up and within 15 minutes had replaced the failed control box.

So the work is fast and professional - it's just getting yourself into the queue that can be tricky. If you have any time to wait, it's worth it.

Today we woke up with no water so I contacted our 40 year “go to” well company for repair. From Ron in the office to Aaron who did our repairs, we could not be more pleased or appreciative. Ron let me know someone would be out by 2:00 pm and Aaron arrived before 1:30. He immediately and professionally diagnosed our problem and began repair, which included pulling our submersible pump. He made the necessary repairs, replaced some parts and made adjustments to the pressure. We are happy to once again have a working well. The repair costs and service call were very reasonable. We highly recommend Richardson’s!

Knights in shining armor!!! After a horrendous (and expensive) experience with another company (Coolwater) we finally got our call answered and they were WONDERFUL!!! They looked out for our bottom line and ways to save us money. They did a tremendous job and took care of the horrible work their competitor did (which included breaking a pipe and sub-standard parts, and left with no water!). We feel we got the very best available to help us in our situation. We have WATER....20 Gallons Per Minute!!!

Just keep calling!!! We almost gave up but we're so glad we persisted! They have so much demand for their services sometimes they get backed up on calls.....but let me tell you from experience...these are the guys you want doing the job. They really know their stuff! The alternatives, at least some of them, should never be in business.

This is the best repair experience I’ve had in years. Having paid a company $10,000 to replace a bath tub (and they used bad caulk), a plumber $1,000 to fix a primer trap. It was great to have someone show up on time, figure out the problem and fix it for a fair price. They’ve got my business.

This year the excellent Richardson company staff assisted us with planning for a total redo of our pump house, well and replacement of 30 year old equipment. They installed an entirely new system, anchored by a 1500 gallon storage tank. During this process, every Richardson employee we worked with provided invaluable advice and knowledge as we planned for this significant change and upgrade. From the set-up of the new pump house, electrical panel and mechanicals, they were available with professional advice and suggestions. We could not be more pleased and grateful. We highly recommend Richardson Well Drilling.

We have used Richardson Well Drilling several times over the past 15 years and the service hasn't changed - its always excellent. About a month ago we had no water. They kindly did some rescheduling to get our well serviced as quickly as possible. We got a quote over the phone. Patrick and Brandon arrived right on time and didn't waste any time getting to work. Everyone we dealt with at Richardson has been professional, efficient, and considerate of our "no water" situation. And last, but certainly not least important, their charges are reasonable.

Stellar company! Patrick did an awesome job of identifying my water pressure issues and while here, did a thorough check of my well system. I HIGHLY recommend them!!

You can't get a better Well Service they are on it like flies on you know what. One phone call bam here they are. Aaron and the guys respond quickly and take care of your business at an affordable rate. I would not call anybody else to trust your water service with

UPDATE: Turns out sometime did answer the call and said we'd get a callback to have someone out. That didn't happen.

Richardson Well Drilling serviced our community well about 15 years ago. Recently, when our well needed major service done we called their office and never received a callback. We explained there were multiple homes without running water in our message, but Richardson must have not felt it was important enough to reply.

Went with West Coast Plumbing and Pumps instead. They answered right away and got an emergency technician on-site same day. The service we received from them was on par with the service we received from Richardson 15 years ago. They have changed since then I guess. Be warned!

You know those companies that feel old school and really take care of their customers? Go above and beyond? This is them. Our absolute favorite Contractor to work with.

Be careful with this company. If you don't have an email or anything written contract, don't go by word of mouth with them. They told me it would be $190 because they're really close to my place and in the end they charge me $430 plus and I feel it's a little pricey for water test. I couldn't imagine what they would do on everything else. Be careful them

They did a great job on our brush and bale, new submersible pump, holding tank, booster pump, and new filtration. Every step of the way my invoices were very close (even less) than the initial estimates. Everyone who came out to work on the house were great. Aaron took a ton of time, on multiple occasions, to speak with me about my system and upcoming steps.
