I needed a inspection and tank pumping for home sale, and I waited to long, my fault. Called Matt he came out next day and started job, found some minor things that needed repair, got it done in a timely manner. We really can't recommend these guys enough! We had an issue with our septic drain field and are first time home owners. We had no idea what we were doing and honestly what we were even looking at. They took the time to explain the issue to us really clearly and helped us weigh our options on what to do next. Not to mention they didn't leave us hanging and stayed until the job was completely finished even given some of the unforeseen challenges (like an enormous stump). We called numerous septic companies in the area and this one was the only one that actually came out to talk to us and try to resolve our issue. Super transparent on pricing and what to expect.

Bumblebee Services did an amazing job repairing our root-damaged drainfield. The owner personally worked on the project and was very transparent up-front about pricing and options. He and his employee put hours of careful time and effort into a very difficult project with amazing results. Additionally,

So we bought our house thinking that because it was a new build it wouldn't have the usual problems. When our new-ish septic started having issues Matt was willing to come out and take a look. He helped us not only fix the existing problem but also helped us with upcoming septic problems we had no clue to watch for. Apparently our leach field was clogged and while the house passed inspection the time that it stood vacant the pump tank lid had been off for a significant amount of time capturing leaves branches etc. We had no clue! Also whom ever wired the septic pump and alarm did a faulty job. Again, things we wouldn't have known until tragedy struck. We felt like we paid a fair price for all the work that was done and it was accomplished on time and professionally done. I would recommend him to anyone who has septic issues.

We had a completely blocked drain field at rental house on Memorial Day weekend called Matt at Bumbleebee. he was out within hours gave great estimate and started work immediately. Once we got dug up was worse than ever! Took Matt a couple days but got it done! Even his wife jumped into Help. I would highly recommend!

Can’t speak to their quality of work, however, I called them with a clear electrical problem with my pump and ended up paying $400 for him to come onsite and offer me $4-8k of work to bring my system up to “code”. To top it all off he filed a deficient septic report to King County with many more deficiencies than a report filed just a couple months prior. My frustration comes from the fact they took the job (I clearly explained it was an electrical issue) when they are NOT electricians. I essentially paid him to FaceTime with an electrician and offer me up no new information than I already knew, and charge me more than I was quoted for a site visit (I may have misunderstood what he quoted me over the phone, but I believe this information should be readily accessible and well communicated).

I ended up calling an actual electrician who fixed my issue and had the work inspected, while allowing me to keep my current pump and alarm (which bumblebee said needed to be replaced). This work cost me only $1500.

We had Matt come out to troubleshoot a commercial sewer lift station where the controller had been “altered” by previous company, after a mis-diagnosis. The building was in a flooded state, after previous company left the system inoperable. Matt was able to quickly diagnose the problem, make the corrections to the control panel to get it functioning, and get us back in service quickly. He also gave us recommendations on a new panel replacement that would meet the criteria needed for the sewer lift station, and gave us a thorough assessment of the lift station overall.

Very professional, knowledgeable and prompt service, at a very reasonable price!!

Highly recommend! I had an issue with sewage backing up through my shower and tub drains. They were able to squeeze me in same day, the technician was very friendly and helpful and he was able to get the issue resolved quickly! I can't thank them enough and will definitely be calling again the next time I need any work done on my septic.

I was warned by multiple people (many of them real estate agents) not to use this company and that they're alarmists, but like a dummy I went ahead and used them anyway and boy am regretting it. Not only did I end up paying $800 more than what I was quoted but the guys came out and, acted like the sky was falling the entire time. They called out every little thing from a missing cover to one of the drainfield ends with blackberry bushes covering the last few feet of one of the drainfield pipes. All while trying to upsell me on everything the whole time saying they can fix it all for additional fees. He couldn’t walk the last few feet of my drain field and marked it as a deficiency and then tried to upsell his company to come back out and clear the bush so he could "walk" the entire system. All of it got fixed and repaired, and the system was fully functional afterwards yet they still ended up sending a report to the health department, noting that it was deficient. This is after everything was repaired. If you’re just trying to get your septic tank pumped, that’s a simple job and they can do that. But if you’re going to be selling your house and need your septic system inspected for the sale do not use this company.
I'm speaking from experience being a home inspector myself, and my wife a real estate agent so all of this info will be getting back to our offices and as far as I'm concerned blacklisted.

We had to throw your report out because it caused too many issues with the sale due to your lack of willingness to properly communicate with your client. After paying Bumble Bee to come out and inaccurately read septic drawings (turns out there was no line under blackberry bushes) and noting deficiencies when there was none we had to go with a different septic company to come out and properly conduct the septic inspection. No issues were noted on that report and all paperwork was submitted to the health department with no hiccups resulting in the sale of the home no thanks to Bumble Bee. No repairs had to be made and the system was functioning as intended.
Selling a home is very stressful and using Bumble Bee added to that stress. At the end of the day Bubble Bee charged me $1,900 dollars to pump my tank.. That's it.

Incredibly fast. Not a single up-sell attempt . . . I especially appreciate that. No extra "single use" material fees - was charged once by another company for them using MY WATER to hose down the risers!?
3 year inspection and 1 new lid - maybe 45 minutes. Passing a recommendation to my HOA.

If I could give zero stars, I would. We initially called to get services done by Bumblebee so they scheduled the service for the following week. On the day they were supposed to come, they didn't show up. They called and said their truck broke down and it needs servicing. They moved the service to the following week. One delay could happen, so we agreed.

On the day they were supposed to come the following week (now over 2 weeks out from the original day of scheduling), they didn't show up. They called saying their truck is still in service (couldn't they call earlier, before the appointment time?). They asked to move the service yet another week, making it a total of a 3-week delay from the original inquiry. We ended up cancelling and moved on to a company that will actually provide the service they advertise.

Dylan "Chad" came out on Thanksgiving eve to help with the issue that my septic was backing up into my home. I had out of state family staying with us for the holiday and a septic block was a HUGE issue. Dylan worked too remove the block even when it became dark out. He continued working until the issue was resolved. This company has my loyalty and appreciation! As a real estate broker, I work with a lot of septic companies and Bumblebee will always be my first option from this point forward... Thank you Chad you are the best
