Bumblebee Services did an awesome job of solving the complex issues of my 52 year old septic system failure. Matt and his crew were outstanding and hardworking. It was impressive how they formulated a plan to revive my outdated system. From installing a new electric panel, to a new pump and hydro jetting my clogged drain field, they were professional and explained everything at every step. Thank you Matt for being so kind. I would never ever recommend Matt or his company. He was used for a septic inspection and scammed us out of money, plus filed a report with the county that was inaccurate. We then had to pay for multiple other septic companies to come out, in order to prove our septic was fine to the buyers. Matt tried to falsify documents, in order to make money off of us.

Matt was referred to me by one of my friends. His crew did a great job replacing my septic tank lids and raising them up. They were on time and got the job done quickly. This is a great locally owned small business.

This company provided amazing customer service during a very stressful situation. Our toilets started bubbling and our shower backed up. We are on a septic system, but are fairly new owners and we had no idea where the septic tank was even located. We call Bumblebee and immediately connected with a real person instead of having to leave a voicemail and hope that someone returned the call. Sarah was kind and very efficient in setting up service for that day. Repairman arrived on time and worked in the pouring rain to find our tank and identify the problem. The next day 2 repair guys arrived on time and made the repair…..again in the rain. They thoroughly explained everything that needed to be done and were very upfront about estimated costs. Highly recommend Bumblebee for their top notch customer service and knowledgeable repair folks.

Professional & excellent service. I did not have an appointment, but when the driver/worker had completed the neighbors property, he came over and serviced my residence as well. Good/Fair Pricing - discount for military as well.

Excellent service! Matt and crew went the extra steps to take care of our septic system needs, in a very knowledgeable, timely and professional manner. This was also at a time when I was unavailable to be directly involved and had to place trust in them to independently get the job done on our behalf. Alright Matt, I'm sorry that I'm so late with this review. On December 19, 2023 after calling several other companies for a clogged drain. I called Bumblebee around 3pm to come out and see why my drains were backing up. They were on their way to another job and said that they could come out at 6pm. While they were at that job something went haywire at that job, and they called to tell me that they wouldn't be out until about 8:30pm. I appreciated the heads up phone call and waited. They showed up at 8:30pm and went right to work. They inspected the septic and found no problems at the septic and then inspected the plumbing and found some issues with the plumbing. They were very quick and very professional and very informative. I appreciated the communication to tell me that they were going to be late(because stuff does happen) and that they found the problem quickly. I would recommend Bumblebee to anyone and if I have any more problems I'm calling these guys. Good work guys. Bret

I met Mattew at a septic inspection at the beginning of November. Right from the start Matt seemed like a very knowledgeable, respectful, and friendly guy even though at the time Matt had been hired by the seller. As we got farther along into the inspection several things started to come up in the inspection that started to worry me. Matt in the meantime was explaining the whole process very thoroughly and even was very helpful with any questions we had. After we were more than half way into the inspection I asked Matt a question that would ultimately determine my decision on the house given what we had seen already. When asked the question Matt completely answered me with an unbiased, honest, and sincere answer and from that Moment I knew Matt was the kind of guy I would hire a in the future. Fast forwarding to the end of November on the week of thanksgiving I had family over for thanksgiving. My septic system alarm was going off and once again I reached out to Matt on a Sunday morning. Matt not only answered my phone call but he made time on a Sunday to come out and help me out with my septic problem. Matt fixed my septic system and made sure everything was working properly before he left. I was very impressed with his customer service and how he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care. I was very happy with his pricing, and services and how he not only cares but actually shows he cares of everyone of his clients. Service was provided within an hour from my call. It was well appreciated since my septic system was backing up in both of my bathrooms causing me significant problems. Service provided was stellar and much more informative than previous septic services. They let me know about my other tanks ( not informed before) and pumped these out as well. Would recommend. Called several different companies to compare prices and Sarah was very friendly and helpful. She knew exactly what I was talking about in regard to the financial assistance program and voucher with the county. They called ahead on the day of service and their inspector Dillian was professional and very straightforward with any questions I had. I will definitely be using their services in the future!

I want to write about the most honest company I've hired for work. I'm moving and require septic cleaning and pumping as required, this is where the honestly comes in, I was quoted at $1,100 - $1,300, however, actual services rendered and bill was $695. You see, I would not have known either way what work was done or not, but what I do know is that I was not overcharged just because I didn't know any better and could not prove or not prove work completed. Bumblebee Services Inc.... I would recommend it to anyone any day, anytime.

Bumblebee plumbing is one of the nicest plumbing companies I have dealt with, and trust me over the years I have had my fair share of plumbing issues since we have a 1969 gravity septic system.

I called to have a full inspection done on our septic tank since we are rebuilding our garage that burnt down. To rebuild the county requires a septic inspection to get a builders permit. They came out just a few days after calling with their truck and inspected and let me know the tank was very full, which I kept telling my husband it needed to be pumped lol. So they asked if I would like it pumped while they were here and I said yes so they pumped it as well. The owner was the one who came and pumped and did inspection with his employee and he was so nice and professional. I also found out it was his wife who I spoke to on the phone to schedule and she was so nice every time I needed to call and ask a question.

This is a hard working and kind family owned business who I definitely recommend. Thank you guys for the excellent service, I will definitely be writing your name down in my homeowners book so I can refer back to you all.

We had an incredible experience with Bumblebee! Not only were they prompt and thorough, but they helped us understand the potential issues as well as a path forward for each. They cleaned and reworked the plumbing of our failing drainfield. About 2 weeks later, they also replaced our failed pump. We appreciate their friendliness and quick response.

Wow!! 4th of July 2025. Emergency septic work needed. Family coming over at 5pm. Sarah answered the phone at10am(so surprised to get someone on a holiday) Matt and Sarah showed up by 3:30 and were able to get us up and running by 4:55!! Unbelievable so grateful for the excellent service provided. Hell of a job BUMBLEBEE!

I was in a bind with my house scheduled to close and needed to find a service company to do an RSS Inspection Immediately or risk a delay of who knows how long? Matty the owner of Bumble Bee Septic Services was referred by my realtor. I called him directly at 9am and he was able to fit me into his really busy schedule the same day. That was an unexpected and appreciated "Gift form the Gods". The Bumble Bee team recommended pumping my tank again and cleaning the pump and filters, which wasn't done the first time. They Inspected my GeoFlow System and documented everything. This was not inexpensive, but was very thorough and totally worth it. With an Advanced and complicated system like the one I have a competent and responsive service company is a necessity. I give them my highest recommendation. Hire this company when you want the job done right!!!!
