They also updated the 30 year old electrical control system and installed a modern control box. As a licensed contractor, property manager, and builder for almost 20 years, if you're having septic issues, this is the company you want to work on your system. I will be recommending them for many years to come. I appreciate Sarah for being amazing with keeping in touch with updates and scheduling. Great communication is a rarity these days. All Drain came out to help us troubleshoot a complex sump pump issue in a commercial building. They identified the problem and had no problem explaining and showing me exactly what was wrong and what was causing the issue. Had a very good experience!

Mike came within 30 minutes of my call. Sadly it was after hours and getting dark. And there was root stoppage. However the crew came, did the rooter, made me a copy on USB of the problem. Then had to dig up the driveway. When done, Mike did a great job. You would never know there had been a dig out. We now have a clean out and cover. We got a military discount which was sorely needed. Our basement drain was backed up….Sean and team came through after hours and quickly cleaned the pipe and identified corrosion in the main drain (typical of drain pipes in old Seattle homes) In just a few days, they excavated, updated, permitted, and finished the job. We are very satisfied.
