Colton and his team worked with us to figure out how to fix our water service line under our driveway. They were patient while we got bids to make sure we were making the best choice, and took care with our home and even helped us identify that we needed to replace the hot water heater and did that on the same day to save us money. I feel like Platinum worked hard not just to get this job done for me, but to win my trust and loyalty, which they did with their service and integrity. I will be recommending them to everyone I know, and also all of the people reading this review. This is the old school, little guy business that cares about you and your home and doing a great job so you'll have someone you can count on every time you need a plumber. I hope my experience makes the choice easier for someone else going through what I just did.

Our mini-split HVAC unit stopped working Monday morning. Mercurio's set up an appointment for Wednesday AM. Zach arrived on time and took care of the issue in short order. He was efficient and thorough and friendly. I have given Mercurio's high scores before and will continue to do so.

We work with Platinum Plumbing often, and they are always a pleasure to deal with. Their team is fast, reliable, and professional, and they consistently deliver excellent work every time. They’re quick to respond, show up when they say they will, and handle every job efficiently.

Water was spraying everywhere after I broke a PVC pipe connected to the toilet shutoff valve. Despite my Sunday calls to several plumbers going unanswered, Platinum Plumbers promptly responded and sent Colton to my home in a timely manner. Despite the urgent nature of the situation, Colton quoted a somewhat fair price (I wasn't really in a position to negotiate). Colton even took the extra step of putting my toilet back together, which I appreciated. I found Colton to be a kind person and a real professional, and am now thinking of using Platinum Plumbing to re-pipe our entire house (We are done with PVC).

By random chance Sab was able to fit us in on the same day I contacted him about needing a water heater. He came out and quickly identified what we needed. Rounded up the parts and had the job completed with attention to detail and professionalism in a timely manner. I would recommend him to my family and friends and I
plan on using him again.

Sab and Solutions Plumbing are amazing! Sab is extremely kind, knowledgeable, and professional. He strives for quality products that last for 15+ years which I deeply appreciate. I have used Solutions Plumbing previously for repair and had a great experience, so recently hired them to install plumbing for a new shower, adding one to an existing half bath. Excellent and knowledgeable service, very prompt and great communication about the work. Reasonable prices. We had three different repairs that we needed when we called Sabe. He came out when he said he would and did the work quickly and for a fair price. On two of the repairs, he had the expertise to figure out a more durable and less expensive way of fixing the problem. We highly recommend Solutions Plumbing!

I'm updating this review following a phone call I received from Sabedin at 8:30 AM on June 9, from the number listed on the company's website. He was calling about the 2-star review I had left the day before (which is now a 1-star review after that conversation).

Rather than addressing the issue in good faith, Sabedin used several approaches in an effort to persuade me to remove the review:

First, he appealed to emotion, explaining how damaging negative reviews are to his business. I explained that his last-minute cancellation caused real financial harm to me, as I had taken time off work for the appointment, and that I had every right to document the experience.

He then offered to "make it right" by doing the job for free. I told him the work had already been completed by another company after his late cancellation.

Next, he claimed I didn’t have the right to leave a review because no service was performed. That’s false. Reviews aren’t only for completed jobs. They’re for any interaction with a business, especially when things go wrong.

Finally, he threatened legal action. For the record, under the Consumer Review Fairness Act of 2016, I have the legal right to post a factual, accurate review of my experience. Attempting to silence criticism through intimidation is not only inappropriate, it’s legally questionable.

At the time of my original review, the company had 138 five-star reviews and no negative ratings, which I found unusual. Based on this call, I suspect that less-than-perfect reviews are met with direct pressure to remove them.

I will not be intimidated. The review stays, and it's now 1 star due to this unprofessional follow-up. It remains accurate, legal, and honest. If you're unsure of that, consult your attorney. They’ll confirm it, though unlike me, they won’t tell you for free.

I had a frustrating experience with this company. After confirming a 10 AM appointment the night before to replace an outdoor spigot, and arranging time off work accordingly, I received an email the next morning around 7:54 AM rescheduling for a different day.

While this technically came before the appointment window, I had already committed to the day off and made preparations to be available. The cancellation felt abrupt and careless, especially after such a firm confirmation the night before.

The plumber did apologize later and offered a discount, which I appreciate, but the experience still cost me time, income, and trust. I ultimately hired a different company who showed up as scheduled and completed the job without issue.

I’m not leaving this review out of malice—I just wish I’d had this kind of context when I was comparing providers.

Worth every penny! Sabe made sure we understood the steps he was taking to fix our sink! Quick and efficient, super nice guy all around! Took his time to show me the issues, checked the water heater, and I couldn't be happier with the service we received! Thank you so much!!

My husband and I highly recommend using Solutions Plumbing for your plumbing issues. Just last week our water heater quit, obviously worn out after 14 years of use. My husband made multiple calls but Solutions Plumbing was the only one that actually answered his call! Sab and his team responded quickly - they were courteous, knew what they were doing, and replaced our old tank with a new efficient model in just a couple of hours. Sab is dedicated to customer satisfaction and ensures that everything is done right. Can't say enough good things about his company!

I had a water meter line break. I was stressed as most homeowners would be. I called and spoke with Saab, he had me send him some photos of the leak and reassured me that it was the city that had to repair with no cost to me. Saab was reassuring and very knowledgeable on my situation. 5 star service and many thanks to Saab. I found a plumber for future issues if needed.

Saab came and fixed our water leak under our crawl space and also outside from our main water line. He is very reasonable and gave us a discount for telling exactly what’s going on and taking pictures of the leak. Most I can tell he is genuine and wants to take care his clients by fixing your plumbing issues asap ! He guarantees his work so he doesn’t have to come back to the same issues again. Do it once the right the first time ! I’d recommend him to anyone!

Sab was very responsive with all communications and repaired our leak quickly. An absolutely comfortable and trustworthy experience. We’ve used many different plumbing vendors in the past in our old house, but no longer- only Sab from here on out.

I had a water leak that I noticed that was coming from one of my bathrooms. I needed the problem resolved fast and it was only a matter of time till water would have caused further damage to either part of the house framing and probably more of the drywall. I was going to call on one of the big company plumbing services, but one of my ARMY buddies recommended Sab at Solutions Plumbing as an alternative. Sab was be to come in to assess the issue and in less than an hour was able to locate the issue. The repairs were made almost immediately after finding the location of the leak and was repaired with the latest swedgeing equipment using similar materials as the original piping was to the house. Sab’s attention to detail and knowledge base showed his skill and enthusiasm in what he did for a living. He was willing to explain the issues with the problem he was dealing with and provided further explanation on other preventable problems later on. He was quite professional and his passion about doing his job and taking care of clients was genuine. The cost of the repair was quite affordable compared to what the big plumbing companies would have asked for (based on previous dealing in the past).
To sum up, the job was done professionally and with the least amount of destructive requirements to fix the water leak. As a plus, a Military discount was given to further reduce the bill. I would hire him again on another project and would highly recommend Solutions Plumbing to others.

12/10 would recommend this company. Great communication, honest and quality work. Sabedin went above and beyond for us. We originally called him out to replace a cartridge in our master shower but he checked everything. Very thorough and clean. He explained everything he was doing and why before he did it which I really appreciated and learned a good bit myself! I will absolutely be hiring him again and when we are ready to remodel.
