Sabe worked with me on collapsed plumbing under my slab foundation. I was a mess, he was reassuring. He did quality work, quickly, with an incredibly supportive attitude. He's honest, fair, and very hard working. He reviewed everything with me to ensure I understood what was happening, and approved of any changes or surprises. He is a dream to work with. Sabedin was quick, friendly and professional. He treated our home like his own. He went above and beyond what he needed to do to make sure our home was fixed correctly. We needed a new main and he added a shut off valve in the home for our convenience as well as cleaning up and stabilizing the remaining pipes under the house. We would definitely hire him again.

Sabedin was very helpful over the phone assisting my husband with fixing our shower faucet cartridge. He advised he didn't have time to come out today but he could tomorrow afternoon which would have been fine since it wasn't an emergency. Sab replaced my old gas water heater with an electric one and replaced outdoor spigot. He does quality work, and is very attentive and responsive. He's not into upselling unnecessarily. On one occasion he went the extra mile to squeeze me in to repair a leak during the busy holiday time when I was recovering from a surgery. He will look at and try to attend to any other issues you might have while he's out there, saving another trip and fee.

I had a great experience with Solutions Plumbing. Sabe was quick to respond and came by the day after I called for a free quote for natural gas plumbing for my generator. He actually finished the work the same day he quoted it! I especially appreciated the 'pro tips' he shared regarding other areas of my home that might need work down the road. Truly a helpful and efficient professional.

I had a water leakage today which was an emergency. I went on Yelp and Google to request for a quote. I came across Solutions Plumbing and noticed all 5 stars ⭐️

I texted and called the business line. Sab called me back within 15 minutes. He apologized that he was unable to answer as he was still with a client. I explained the situation. He stated that he would come by today after his client to inspect what was happening. He communicated when he was en route and apologized for running late. I advised him not to worry as we were not part of his schedule today. He arrived approximately 2.5 hours from my initial call (not complaining).

Sab normally does not work overtime, however, he expressed how he loves to take care of his community and did not want to leave us hanging without water and have other companies charge us astronomically for repair/replacement. Sab was transparent and honest. He explained how his part is plumbing and preferred to work with contractors (to be safe) when it comes to the house structure and all. Good thing that our issue was not major. He was able to replace the part that broke due to normal wear and tear. Sab was humble and connected well with us. He’s a natural. The job overall took less than 40 minutes.

Tracey did an excellent job. He was very professional and courteous, as was the employee he was training. We will definitely use FloHawks again.

The tech that was sent out was punctual, pleasant, and technically very knowledgeable. The repair took him less than 45 minutes and our septic system was back up and running. 100% will do business with them again.

Septic system pump. Did a good job coordinating the appointment. Tech was thourough and professional. Answered questions and advice about risers. Overall would hire again.

Marco did a great job explaining what he was doing and what he expected we would see in each tank. He was professional, personable and didn’t leave a mess.
Bob, the electrician, came out a diagnosed the problem quickly and showed us our as builts so we knew where our drainage field was located. He had our septic pump up and running in no time.

Great quick service from Flohawks, they came the same day as I called for service. Tom Bronson, the technician that was sent to my home, was polite and found the problem quickly.

Carl was great to work with! We haven’t made a final call on the route we want to take with solving the plumbing issue in question but Carl was great to work with at exploring our options.
