We had a great experience dealing with Elijah on our minor roof repair. He was able to come out quickly and give us a quote. When we decided to proceed with NearMe, they were able to have a crew here before the end of the week. The fix was complete before one of the other places we'd contacted even managed to get us a quote. Absolute top-notch professionalism and workmanship.

We worked with Dimitri and team, we are very about the way they communicated, and we really appreciated their transparency regarding pricing against competitors. Our roof and chimney looked impeccable after they did the work, would 10/10 recommend working with them!

We had to deal with a major windstorm in November 2024. A massive 300 pound branch fell on our roof, leaving a small hole that started to leak. Elijah came over on the scheduled time and gave us a good quote and good warranty. The workers also came on time to patch up the roof over the course of two days (first day to come do initial work, second day with new shingles). I appreciate them trying to drive around and find the right shingles to match our roof. They also did some roof cleaning of moss as well, and quoted us a much better price that I've gotten from other places before.

Overall, I'm pretty happy with the work and recommend them for great communication with Elijah, on time promptness, good pricing, and great fix up. The first picture is the hole that was left behind by the fallen branch, and the second picture is the complete patch up.

NearMe Roofing, has been really awesome to work with. This is our second time working with them over the past several years (two different houses) - once due to a leak from a downpour (single family house) and once to replace the whole roof (townhouse).
In particular, I really appreciated Elijah’s communication and coordination. He was more than just professional - he seemed like he cared personally about the success of the project and our experience as customers. In terms of the estimate - other roofing companies tried to guess at the damage that may lurk under the shingles to produce the estimate with a caveat that the total cost would depend on the actual damage found during the project. NearMe gave us 2 separate costs - one for replacing the roof and one for replacing the wooden panels underneath if they appear damaged - with the latter being prorated based on the extent of the damage. They didn’t try to guess on what they "may" find, but rather gave us the most accurate estimate that they could. In the end, the total cost (including the roofing and panel replacement) ended up being less than other bids we got for the roof.
Elijah explained the process, the timeline and what to expect in detail and kept in contact with messages and calls throughout the project.
NearMe’s crew were punctual and they finished the project earlier than anticipated. They cleaned during and after each day of the project and were quite thorough. A part of our porch was knocked loose (likely by a ladder) and they sent their handyman within a day to restore it.
Our townhouse roof is shared with our neighboring unit and we wanted to split the cost based on the square footage of each home (uneven) and they were able to accommodate this request and bill us separately; keeping track of the cost needed to repair either side of the roof so that there is no friction when splitting the cost.
All in all, if I were ever to need another roofing project done, I would definitely call on NearMe!

It simply was a superior product compared to the asphalt shingles that I was quoted from other companies. Elijah was always responsive to my texts/emails. Reached out to Near Me Roofing for some roof repairs because of all the great reviews. It was easy to make an appointment for a quote, communication was great, and Dimitri arrived on time. Then it started to get weird from there.

He looked at the small roofing section above my garage first. Pointed out the issues. And then he pulled up his 6 foot ladder and tried to get onto the second floor by putting the ladder on the section above the garage and trying to climb up from there. However, the roof section is maybe 4’ feet wide at most? And the roof above it is perpendicular to it, making it not a great place to climb up from. It was very sketchy, and I pointed it out since I didn’t want him falling off. He didn’t have a taller ladder I guess, so then came down and pulled out a drone to review the roof. He proceeded to tell me the shingles looked like they were going to fall off soon (the only roofing company to tell me this) and that I should find out my roofing warranty and emphasized repeatedly I should have them cover the repairs. When I asked about a quote if I didn’t use the warranty, he told me the work needed probably wouldn’t meet their minimum amount. I walked away puzzled as to why they came out in the first place. All in all, didn’t walk away confident in the experience between the questionable ascension attempt and hard press to get the warranty coverage for the repairs. I seem to be in the minority in my experience, but perhaps ask for Elijah, since his name seems to come up frequently in the positive reviews.
