Constraction reviews in Redmond, Washington

They are great. On time, take a few hrs to clean the roof and all the dirt around the house. Will use them again

We have a very large and complicated tile roof, and Van did a great job cleaning off all the moss and cleaning the gutters. His cleanup of the dirt and debris from the house, windows and surrounding areas was WAY above what I expected. The initial bid process was also very efficient and competitive. I will definitely be calling them again in the future!

The 5 years certification process was thorough and gave me confidence in my roof's condition.

Would recommend them to all my neighbors after their excellent cedar shake cleaning work yesterday.

Shaun took his time doing a fantastic job on our roof moss removal at the lowest price.

They provided a fast (no site visit needed) and competitive quote, got the work done quickly, and made a fix within days after getting notified. Would recommend!

I've used First Choice Roof Service twice now, and both times have been excellent! They responded to my quote request within minutes, and the quote was clear and easy to understand, making them great to work with. Both jobs were done professionally and with great attention to detail. I'll definitely continue using them and recommend them to others!

Shaun was excellent during our roof leak repair and made sure the problem was solved completely!

Shaun and the crew were prompt and professional while doing our cedar shake roof replacement perfectly!

This is my second time using First choice, they did a great job cleaning my roof. They were responsive to my request, arrived on time, and completed the work with good quality and reasonable price!

I’m so thankful for this company! They were professional, fast and did a fantastic job on my roof replacement! Highly recommend!

First Choice did a fantastic job of cleaning my metal roof and gutters. It's a big, complex roof and it looks like new now! It was covered with fir needles and branches from recent wind storms and also coated with pollen from the last couple years. They did a great job of cleaning up all the debris that came off the roof.

The folks did an exceptional job removing moss from the roof and concrete slabs in the yards, and cleaning gutters. The property was left in pristine condition, with all dirt and debris appropriately removed. The attention to detail and thoroughness were impressive, exceeding expectations.

Shaun did an excellent job with my cedar shake treatment being both friendly and prompt!

Their TPO flat roof installation for our business was done professionally at a very fair price.

First Choice was awesome to work with! The roof replacement they did for me exceeded my expectations. They showed up on time and were extremely professional. I highly recommend! 👌

Called for a quote customer service rep was incredibly rude, i help my daughters daycare find contractors for things i don’t do(like cleaning roofs) i don’t like being accused of doing anything malicious. When i ask how they charge and am accused of fishing for information just shows how unprofessional this company is. Only info i asked is if you charge by the square foot or do bids. Because I can provide square footage for a quote don’t see how thats fishing for information, just wanted to know how they price it out company and owner are a joke and terrible customer service

This was my second time using First Choice for a roof replacement project. I was happy with their workmanship, on-time completion, cleaning of the surroundings and being competitive. Highly recommend them.

I have used Shaun's service 3 times in the last 10 years for my rentals and every time he has done a great job. He is the best roofing contractor I've seen.

The team at First Choice Roof is amazing! They are professional, on time, and their workmanship is top-notch. The crew works efficiently and leaves everything clean. I highly recommend them to anyone needing a reliable roofing company!
