Constraction reviews in Redmond, Washington

The kitchen/family room remodel turned out even better than expected. The quality of the work was exceptional and the crew and management kept me updated on the timeline, what decisions I needed to make and what activities to expect each day. The professionalism of the skilled workers and communication with the crew and management made for a smooth process. I would definitely hire Higgason Construction for future projects.

The Higgason home remodeling team was outstanding! From the initial estimate to starting on time to paying attention to every detail throughout the top to bottom remodel, the Higgason team are experts in high-quality home remodeling. They were professional craftsman and communicated with me every step of the way. I highly recommend Shannon and his team!

Shannon and his guys did a master bathroom remodel for us this summer. Our remodel also involved an insurance claim which required a lot of extra paperwork. Shannon was able to help provided the needed paperwork for our insurance claim. More importantly, they did an amazing job on our bathroom. We had a lot of tile work done which turned out outstanding. We were very pleased with the outcome and have received a lot of compliments on how everything came out. I would recommend Higgason construction to anyone looking for quality work.

The Kirkland kitchen is fantastic, Jen did an incredible job designing it, there is so much storage. We really love it. The family room and the laundry room were add-on’s and both came out better than I could have imagined. The fireplace and the rock are a masterpiece - a statement to the great skills of Alex. He really worked hard and did a fantastic job! The new laundry room is probably my favorite. Everything else is great but we really needed a laundry room. And Jason’s placement of the lights in all the rooms, to me, makes the house a home. It is really nice to be able to see everything so much better. And Aaron’s rough design/layout of the laundry room/ family room enabled this dream to come true. Of course Pat‘s choice of cabinets and shelving really made the laundry room. And I can’t not mention the skill set for fine carpentry that Russ adds.

We could not be more thrilled with our new home! Shannon and his crew rebuilt our main floor from the ground up! We had been living with our 1979 split level home for 12 years before deciding to take on a major kitchen and great room renovation. The project eventually extended into six separate areas of our home, including our kitchen, dining & living room spaces as well as the adjacent entry, office and two bathrooms. Shannon worked through each step of this mammoth project with us, helping us find ways to reduce costs and stay within our budget without sacrificing our vision for the space. Shannon's skill and expertise with everything from framing and support to finish work were incredible. With a project of that scope and scale, hiccups & setbacks inevitably will occur. Shannon was a great problem solver and worked collaboratively with us to see each issue through to resolution. We felt fortunate to build a relationship with him along the way filled with trust and respect.

Our home looks more beautiful than we could have imagined. We highly recommend Higgason Construction for your next project!

Shannon at Higgason Construction laid tile flooring in my guest and master bathrooms. I will be recommending him highly to my family and friends! I will be using Higgason construction again when I remodel the rest of my kitchen. My tile floors look incredible, the work was done quickly and he was a pleasure to communicate with along the way. The results are fantastic, my girlfriend and I are so pleased. Shannon also kept a very clean work space within my home, which I greatly appreciated!

We used Higgason for a small bathroom remodel several years ago and they did an outstanding job that exceeded our expectations. Recently we contracted with them again to do a major bathroom remodel. Shannon gave us a competitive bid. He and his team followed through on all commitments made, were polite and professional during construction (Aaron is a master at project management), and produced a bathroom that we are proud of and that enhances the value of our home. We highly recommend Higgason Construction!

Shannon and his team are absolutely amazing. We were looking to put in a new deck in our backyard and we had brought in a few contractors to review and quote the project for us. While Shannon was not the cheapest quote, he was reasonable, seemed to fully understand the scope of our vision for the deck, and most importantly, was an honest and kind person. We hired him on and I was blown away at his attention to detail, how quickly he returned my emails and calls, and his open communication with us throughout the entirety of the project. He didn't cut corners; we watched him work closely with his team to ensure a solid job. This was a very expensive project for our family to do, but one that might be fairly small in comparison to some of the larger projects that Higgason Construction works on, however, Shannon knew that it was important to us and he treated us with so much respect (and not as if it was a "side-job"). That kind of respect meant so much to us and it was wonderful for my own children to see and look up to (not to mention, his team here was always so kind to them and always waved and smiled as they looked on at their "cool trucks and tools" through the window). The deck itself turned out beautifully, and I am confident that it was built with the best integrity and quality that's out there. Shannon worked hand-in-hand with us to help us pick out details and on the overall design, and I couldn't be more thrilled with how it all turned out. I would recommend Shannon and Higgason Construction to everyone and would absolutely use them again! Hiring someone for projects can feel overwhelming (at least it was for us) as you want to make sure the contractor sees the vision that you do, but also doesn't bury you in bills, but Shannon's openness and professionalism set my heart at ease, and I can now use my deck each year knowing that this whole process went incredibly smoothly and I know if I ever had a concern or issue, Shannon will address it as he is also confident in his work. We honestly couldn't have picked a better person (and team!) for the job! Thank you to Higgason for everything, and we can't wait to use you again for our next project!

We hired Higgason Construction to do a major remodel of the main floor of our Kirkland home and we absolutely recommend them to anyone that needs work done. Shannon had amazing ideas and suggestions that elevated what we thought our home could be all while being conscious of our budget. We could not be happier with the quality of the results of the remodel and our experience as a whole. We are in awe of our "new" home and it wouldn't be this amazing without Shannon's recommendations, highly skilled team and community connections.

Shannon has a team of fantastic people- EVERYONE that came into our home was amazing to work with. HUGE shout outs to Saul, his attention to detail is something that can't be replicated. Tristan, a total workhorse, we are amazed by how much this guy could accomplish in a day and he was always available when we had questions. Aaron, so responsive and thorough with all final touches of the project. And lastly, Jason for his quick and quality work on all plumbing, faucet and appliance installations.

It was also clear that Shannon is a valued member in his industry, shown by the countless amazing vendors that he works with and connected us to. We are so happy with all the electrical and lighting, the floors and tile and of course all cabinetry and paneling work. Another huge shout out to Terry Walker and Christian of Walker Design Build, we are in love with our cabinets and we owe the connection to Shannon of course!

We will without question be hiring Higgason Homes for all future home projects and you should too!

Thank you Shannon!

We found Shannon to be extremely knowledgeable in his craft, professional with an eye for detail and design. His crew was fabulous. We love our new composite deck! On a side note when it was discovered that we had some house siding rot, Shannon and crew did an excellent job of repairing and making those repairs better than new.
We highly recommend Higgason Construction.

We could not be more pleased with the results and experience of working with Shannon and team on our kitchen renovation.

The creativity, collaboration, and craftsmanship exceeded our expectations. Communication from bid to completion was excellent. His entire team is very professional, amiable, and accommodating.

The kitchen turned out amazing. Despite not changing the footprint of the kitchen, we have much more functional surfaces and storage. The cabinets and tile work really stand out.

We highly recommend working with Higgason Construction for any remodeling needs.

Shannon and his crew installed a new porch for us and did an amazing job! We couldn't be happier with the whole process and would highly recommend this company to anyone. Our house looks SO MUCH better because of them, thank you!

Shannon's team built this amazing outdoor covered patio space for us and totally exceeded our expectations for quality and attention to details. A+ professionalism and a pleasure to work with them.

It was pleasure working with Shanon on our home renovation. His estimates were on spot before renovation started. Shanon got great employees very easy to work with and delivers more than promised

We recently had our closet upgraded, and we couldn’t be more impressed with the workmanship and overall experience. The quality of the materials and attention to detail truly exceeded our expectations. Every element was thoughtfully designed and flawlessly executed. We highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a high-quality, stress-free closet upgrade!

Shannon undertook a complete remodel of our HOA Building and he and his crew did a fantastic job. Through managing all the personalities, to the quirks of a mid 90's building, they navigated through everything. We had them do the following work: Replace all flooring with tiles, replace all crown molding and trims, repaint all floors and install a high end entryway. Everything came out perfectly and we could not be happier with the results. This is the 2nd time I've used Shannon and it certainly won't be the last.

Had a great experience with Shannon and would thoroughly recommend.

He removed a supporting wall from our ground floor to open up the space; replacing all the walls, flooring and windows in the new room. His attention to detail really sets him apart from other people I've used for past projects. There were a number of custom finishing touches that we added to the space that really helped step it up to the next level.

The crew were all polite, considerate trustworthy and friendly. They ensured the build site was kept clean throughout.

We'll definitely be looking to work with Shannon again after our experience.

The team did an amazing job skim coating and adding decorative moulding and chair rail in my living area and stairwell! They were professional, courteous, and I was thrilled with the quality of their work. I'd absolutely recommend using Higgason Construction!

We are absolutely thrilled with our recent home renovation, expertly handled by Higgason Construction! From the initial design consultation to the final walkthrough, the entire process was seamless, professional, and genuinely enjoyable.

The team, at Higgason was incredibly detail-oriented. They listened carefully to our vision and exceeded our expectations at every turn. Their craftsmanship is top-notch; we constantly receive compliments on our new outdoor space.

What really set them apart was their communication. We were always kept in the loop regarding timelines, budget, and next steps, which made a potentially stressful renovation project feel stress-free. The crew was always punctual, respectful of our home, and left the site spotless every single day.

If you're looking for a reliable, skilled, and passionate team to bring your renovation dreams to life, look no further than Higgason Construction. They are worth every penny and we recommend them without hesitation! We will definitely be using them for all future projects.

I had a great experience with Bogo Construction. They were very professional and did a great job on my kitchen remodel. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a contractor in the Bellevue area.

After having talked to many contractors for our kitchen remodel, we chose Bogo Construction. The difference compared to others was that the owner, Alex, really listened to what we wanted and was discussing alternatives and options open minded and with great patience.

He provided us with a 3D model, a cost estimate, and helped us in choosing materials, appliances and anything during the process. It was really a great end to end service.

Everything went really well and he and his team were always friendly and professional.

Bogo Construction does really high quality work and take pride in excellent customer service. We ended up having them also do a garage remodel / construction project after the kitchen remodel. We are very happy and thankful with end results of both projects.
