Constraction reviews in Redmond, Washington

They painted my house inside out. Awesome! Very professional and friendly. Would recommend for any paint-related works!

Maxim and his team helped us replace some of our siding. The quality of work was excellent. We are planning to do more projects with them in the near future. Thank You!!!

Maksim came to check out our place, gave us a quote and we booked quickly, we really appreciate how helpful Maksim ,very responsive owner, his crew did amazing job, polite, always was on time , . I highly recommend MKZ Construction LLC

MKZ Construction could not have been more professional, the quality of their work is top notch. Max from MKZ is great to work with, was very attentive and provided excellent customer service from the start to finish. Highly recommend using them! Thank you for a great job!

Maskim and his team helped me on two separate projects. The first was drywall finishing and interior painting, which he and his crew did a great job - very courteous, communicative and professional. It was for a client of mine, and I was very happy with the work.

The second project included construction work and exterior painting of my personal home.

The construction work included rebuilding my front steps and replacing a large support beam as well as as rotted or missing siding/facia etc.

I would normally do a project like this myself as I am very handy. But our home is very large, and at three stories high, would have been extremely difficult and dangerous to do the work myself.

The job turned out beautiful!! They are efficient, and hard working etc. I highly recommend them and will use their services again in the near future.

Very professional, fast, and easy to communicate. The crew did an outstanding job of prepping the house: power washing the outside and priming. They kept me in the loop daily, as they worked around some unco-operative weather. The finished result looks amazing.

Awesome crew! We got a house exterior painting and deck refinishing quote back in June and booked them for a first available appointment in September. Max, the owner called me couple of weeks before start date, asked to finalize the colors and suggested quality paint from Sherwin Williams. They showed up on time, power washed, caulked the house in 2 days. As I suspected, trellis base was rotten after 21 years and they also found rotten exterior trim at the base of a balcony post. They replaced and repaired the trellis, exterior trim board, even took down three unused satellite dish antennas from the roof.

Painted the house, trim, gutters, exterior door, deck, railings, even installed the new lock and replaced broken exterior outlet cover and added missing shingle pieces on top of the boards at each edge of the roof.

The job quality is excellent and just charged actual cost of extra materials and hourly rate for unplanned repairs.

Great communication! I always knew what stage they are on and when they estimate completion.

Highly recommending them for painting and minor repairs work.

The crew is coming back in November and will fix ceiling water damage after washer leaked upstairs.

This company repainted the house, repaired/stained the deck and sealed the brick. They did a very meticulous job with excellent clean up. Great job at a reasonable price.

It’s my pleasure to recommend
MKZ CONSTRUCTION LLC.
I had a great experience with this team. They were kind, professional, on time and within budget. Our house looks so beautiful! Definitely recommend.

We hired MKZ Construction to paint our house and never regret about our choice.
Few things that stood Max aside from all other contractors we've worked so far:
- Max always delivered on his commitment. But what is even more important , whenever project ran into unforeseen (like rainy weather etc.), he proactively communicated changes in his plans, so I always had enough time to adjust and resolve any dependency...
- Max and his folks never compromised quality. Even though, in his interest might be to complete project sooner, he would advocate for taking extra time but deliver what is right for his customer (I witnessed how he waited extra day to make sure that fresh paint on gutters got hardened before being moved outside) ...
- MKZ's folks not just painted my house, but went above and beyond to fix all the defects discovered along the way.
However, where MKZ really set he bar - was in caulking every single hole and crack in my house. I was really impressed by amount of efforts MKZ folks invested to make sure that the value of my house is protected.
I greatly appreciate all the work Max and his folks done!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Maksim and his MKZ crew who exceeded all my expectations. From start to finish, their performance was nothing short of remarkable. Here are the key highlights that make them stand
This contractor operates like a well-oiled machine. Their engineering background shines through in every aspect of their work. They approach projects with a systematic mindset, ensuring that tasks are completed swiftly without compromising quality.

What truly impressed me was their ability to make informed decisions based on trade-offs. Instead of settling for the easiest solution, they carefully weighed pros and cons, considering long-term implications. Their commitment to excellence is evident in the thoughtful choices they make.

Clear communication is the backbone of any successful project. Maxim excels in this area. They kept me informed at every stage, explaining technical details in a way that I could easily grasp. Their responsiveness and transparency fostered trust throughout the. If you appreciate meticulous work, look no further. Their attention to detail borders on perfectionism. Whether it's aligning tiles, ensuring seamless joints, or finishing edges flawlessly, they leave no room for error.

In summary, I cannot recommend them enough. Their blend of efficiency, engineering acumen, communication skills, and unwavering commitment to quality sets them apart. If you're seeking a professional who delivers beyond expectations, hire them without hesitation.

Did a few projects with them - exterior painting, interior painting, bathroom remodel and garage repair. All done timely and with quality; they know their craft

MKZ painted the interior of a townhouse for me. Work was done on schedule, with meticulous attention to details. The team had to remove and then hang back wooden blinds and pull-down shades - they did that without damage and kept the shades protected from dust while working. They also expertly protected fine wooden floors.
I particularly value Maxim's advice on the color selection- the house now looks way more attractive than with the previous colors. Maxim always clearly articulated what the team was going to do and asked relevant questions. This is the first time in my life I had no trouble with construction works :)

Maksim and his crew did an excellent job power washing our house and painting a section of new siding. While working they identified, replaced, primed and painted other damaged siding boards. They also repainted trim and replaced old damaged sections of trim as they worked. Once the job was begun it was completed in timely fashion. We were traveling as Maksim's crew worked, but he kept us updated with photos of the areas needing repair. The house looks great!

Our HOA was seeking bidders for a project and Maxim provided the highest quality bid by far. Super professional, lots of attention to detail, stopped by our property multiple times, provided very detailed estimate and the price was very reasonable, too. Highly recommend him to others!

My wife and I are extremely pleased with the quality and value of the work done by Maxim and his professional team. Every step of the process, from the initial quote for the job to the final finished job, Maxim and his team exceeded our expectations. We decided to hire MKZ construction to paint the exterior of our home based on a recommendation from a good friend who happens to run a successful general contracting business herself. There is no better recommendation than one that comes from a general contractor that has used MKZ Construction to complete work on her OWN home as her workload for her business required she contract out to complete remodeling work needed done on her own home. We initially contracted with MKZ to only paint the exterior of our home. After being impressed with his team's work ethic and attention to detail we decided to contract additional work having our fence gates on both sides of our home rebuilt. One example, out of many, that I will share that illustrates the level of quality form MKZ is the follow through and attention to detail on the painting of our double front door. The quote and contract detailed our front door would be painted to the color we specified. Once the project was under way, Maxim and team repaired additional damage to the door discovered and painted, but was not happy with the final result until they had done three more coats and additional damage repair until they were satisfied with the end result. This additional work was unprompted by myself and an example of the pride this team puts in their work. I highly recommend MKZ construction and am planning on contracting them again for our next project, remodeling our kitchen.

P.S. One last example that illustrates the integrity and quality of the services provided, Maxim informed me on on the last day of the project that he had additional fencing materials that were not needed that I had purchased. He returned the materials on my behalf crediting my card $30. Seriously, on a Friday afternoon after the completion of a two week project Maxim, returned to the hardware store to return product that I didn't end up needing for $30. Honestly, most contractors would have left that product behind or simply taken it with them.

Maksim and his team helped us with doors installation and did an amazing job, great communication and quality of service. I highly recommend MKZ Construction team if you are looking for reliable remodeling, painting and construction professionals.

MKZ Construction did an excellent job painting the exterior of our house. It was a challenging job because we are very close to our neighbors and our house is very tall. My neighbors were concerned that the spray paint would get on their houses and cars. But the crew was very careful and used fine tipped sprayers that controlled the spray. Maxim was on-site everyday and answered all of our questions. We are very pleased with the results and the price was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend MKZ Construction for painting projects.

July 2024
MKZ Construction just finished painting our interior walls, crown molding and ceilings. They also replaced our kitchen flooring with plank vinyl. A few years ago MKZ painted the exterior of our house and they did such a great job, I contacted them this summer to work on the interior. They stuck to their original estimate and finished quicker than we expected. The quality of their work was excellent. Next, we will hire them to sheet rock our basement.

I had a very small paint and patch job, and sometimes companies won’t bother coming out for a small task. But Igor was very gracious and they do small jobs and big jobs. The communication was very responsive and they are punctual. Igor did a terrific job for very reasonable rates. They are very professional. I feel very comfortable to recommend them to any of my friends and family and will look to use more of their services in the future.

We had an excellent experience with MKZ CONSTRUCTION LLC for our exterior house painting. The team was professional, punctual, and detail-oriented. They communicated clearly, protected our landscaping, and left our home looking brand new. We’ve received many compliments on their high-quality work. Highly recommend!

We hired this company for a siding job on our house. Maksim was straightforward, punctual, and extremely reliable. He pays close attention to detail and was always right on time. The price was competitive, and the final result is outstanding. Highly recommended!
