this company works with scammers they send checks from the rotsry club in usps priority mail mail envelopes to elderly women fit them to deposit in their accounts and then 2 weeks later pull the checks back and the elderly woman is stuck owing the money the scammer borrowed and thr 25676 i know i have the envelope and the check in my possession right now don’t trust a company that will cheat elderly woman it could be your mom next

Where to begin? The people who make up Uniplex are amazing! They help our hand through the entire process of restoring our house after a sewage flood. Their employees are so professional, knowledgeable, and above most friendly! They are fair and honest people. Their work is incredible and they work in a very timely manner! I am already trying to come up with an excuse to have them back to our house because I grew so close to these people! Look no further- it just doesn’t get any better than this group of people! They do it all and they do everything so well!

Uniplex repaired extensive damage to our home resulting from a broken ice maker supply line in our kitchen. The work quality was excellent and our home looks great again. The project management team worked tirelessly to juggle all the subcontractors and suppliers to keep the project on schedule. They coordinated with our insurance company and brought in other professionals as needed to ensure a well executed project. We will definitely be using Uniplex in the future as well as referring them to our friends and family.

My husband and I worked with Uniplex to remodel our 1935 Seattle home -- including a total gut renovation of our kitchen, bathroom, bedroom, and multiple other cosmetic changes. In addition to the scope of the project itself, we had an additional layer of complexity given we needed the work completed within no more than 3 months due to a new baby joining the family shortly thereafter.

Of the three construction firms we received bids from, Uniplex was the only company willing to commit to and stand by a firm timeline without sacrificing scope or quality. Their bid was extremely detailed -- reducing any uncertainty in what was expected and allowing the project to progress seamlessly -- and the price was on par with the other bids received.

The supervisor assigned to our project was one of the nicest people I've met in the construction industry. He went above and beyond to ensure the house was clean at the end of each work day (since we were living in it while construction was underway), brought donuts for our daughter enjoy in the morning, and texted whenever there were changes or updates worth noting.

Uniplex took what could have been an incredibly stressful home renovation and gave us the confidence that we would end up with a home perfect for our growing family -- which we did. I can't recommend them enough!

Uniplex recently completed a big home renovation project for us (kitchen remodel, primary bath remodel, new flooring, and updates to secondary bathrooms) and, now that it is all done, we are absolutely loving the end results.

Over a 9-month process from the first meeting to the completion of the project, we were extremely pleased with the quality of Uniplex's work as well as their attention to detail, hands-on problem-solving, and excellent communication and project management.

During the initial visit and proposal phase, we were very impressed with the questions they asked and how they enlisted their sub-contractors into the process to get tighter, more informed estimates. Joe Schwab, the Uniplex CEO, understood our objectives and overall design vision. He stayed involved through the project, kept us in the loop, and treated us as partners with a shared goal. If there were material delays or other impacts to the schedule, the Uniplex team found ways to stay on track. They actually ended up finishing the project ahead of schedule, so we could enjoy our 'new' home with family for the holidays.

The entire Uniplex team was talented, friendly, and courteous. It was clear they really cared about the quality of their work and had a ton of relevant experience. They also took extra effort to clean up the job site every day since we were living in the house during construction.

We feel really fortunate to have worked with Uniplex and would highly recommend them.

UPDATE MAY 2024: We put our house on the market in April and it was under contract within one week at 12% over the asking price. We attribute a lot of the price premium we received to the very high quality work that Uniplex did for us.

We had a devastating house fire on November 20, 2024. Uniplex took care of us, managed complex insurance claims, frustrating mortgage inspections and restored our house to much better condition than before. Joe, Tracy and their entire team are experienced rockstars. We have done 4 home remodels before and we could not be happier with their service, quality of workers, responsiveness, honesty and they completed the work on time and on budget! We HIGHLY recommend Uniplex.

Uniplex has completed dozens of projects for me over the years totaling millions in contract value. Their attention to detail, quality of work, team's professionalism, and ability to navigate obstacles is outstanding and they are a great partner. They most recently completed a challenging exterior paint project on a 200+ unit 5-story podium apartment building, and the ownership/operating group is extremely pleased with the outcome. The final outcome exceeded our expectations. We transformed our mid-80s golden oak kitchen into a modern, functional space that has quickly become the heart of our home - a place where we love gathering with family and friends.

Shannon and his guys did an amazing job building a 700 sf custom deck Trex deck for us, as well as a 600 sf exposed aggregate patio with a stamped concrete border. His angles on the deck were perfect (we had several 45 degree angles and wrap around stairs) and the rounded edges he put on the concrete patio really make our backyard space stand out. Aside from the great work, he and his guys were also just really great to have around. They're conversational and engaged well with our kids. We're working with him again now for a bid on some interior work. Highly recommended!!!

I called Higgason to see about a few projects we needed done. Shannon returned my call the next business day. After outlining what we needed done, it was realized what we needed done wasn't what they do (our projects are smaller-in the grand scheme- repair items whereas they focus on larger remodels/builds). Even after determining their company wouldn't be the right fit for us, he offered to phone triage the things we needed completed, explained what our likely issues were, and recommended the type of contractor we should contact for getting the work done. All without any chance of us being able to currently contract with them.
