Constraction reviews in Redmond, Washington

I recently hired NearMe Roofing to replace old roof. We had a good experience from start to finish.
They did a deep-dive inspection, including check crawl space for leakage, to provide accurate quote. Their pricing was fair and competitive for the high quality of work provided. And they patiently answer every questions about materials and process. The installation was flawless with great attention to details. They also fixed some gutter problem during roof installation. They cleanup the job site every evening before leaving.
If you need a reliable roofer, look no further than NearMe roofing.

We recently had our roof replaced after an unexpected leak through our living room light fixture (very scary!) and called NearMe roofing in a panic. They did such a good and fast job, could not recommend them enough.

Couldn't be happier with the service and quality we received from NearMe Roofing. The communication with the project manager, Elijah, was exceptional from start to finish. He was wonderful to work with and was available throughout the entire project. The cost of the project was extremely competitive, the actual work was completed in just a few days and the final product looks fantastic! I highly recommend this company.

From start to finish NearMe roofing company did an exceptional job. We had some roof leaks in a home we just purchased and decided to replace the roof as a whole. The initial inspection was thorough, all of our questions answered and they worked with our timeline. The crew that performed the work were AWESOME, efficient and knocked it out in 2 days. Not only did they knock it out quickly but went above and beyond during clean-up and ensured nothing was left behind. I highly recommend this company for any roof work!

I just had my roof entirely done by NearMe Roofing Company and it was a lovely experience all around. They had come recommended by friends who were very satisfied with the work done on their roof and NearMe assigned the same Project Manager Dmitri to work with us. Dmitri walked me through the entire process and gave me very reasonable options for our roof. Our situation was an interesting one because we have a shared duplex/townhouse with 3 floors and Dmitri handled the contract and communications for splitting the roof costs with our neighbors. There was very little wait time and the whole job from start to finish was about a day and half with the team handling all of the clean up.

I’m very happy with the work done and will be recommending NearMe Roofing to anyone needing roofing work in Washington

I hired them last week to clean our roof and it is now clear of all moss and debris. I had a small complaint and their customer service team resolved it.

The roofer came right on time and worked very efficiently. He was polite and didn't cause any disruption to us. After completing the job, He cleaned up thoroughly and took the time to discuss the condition of the roof with me. Overall, the work was excellent.

Team was quick to respond, assess and mitigate the skylight leak. Happy to have new skylights with a clear skyview

This team is amazing! You’ll regret not getting your roofs done by them. A+ all the way.

I used to use a company by the name APEX. They have become the worst company I have ever delt with after it was sold to a some young Kid. Once I found First Choice and reached out to Shaun, I knew i was in good hands. Very communitive, sent me a quote via email and regular mail as a follow up. Shaun and his guys did an awesome job cleaning my roof and cleaning up all debris they even did my shed. I WILL be using First Choice in the future.

First Choice gave me a great price to have my roof replaced in Tacoma. I am very pleased with the work they did.

Great service at a great price. My realtor recommended First Choice. Just had my entire roof replaced and the guys did a great job. They also replaced several pieces of rotten roof panels at no extra charge beyond parts. The new shingles and vents look great. They also did a great job cleaning up after the work was complete. 100% recommend!!
