We had our roof replaced as it was past its prime. We were given a reasonable quote for the roof and knew there would be additional costs for any underlying materials which needed to be replaced. We have a large house so it took several days to complete. The crew worked hard from sun up to sun down. When areas were found that to be replaced they took pictures, provided a cost for materials and labor and proceeded upon our approval. At the end of each day they cleaned up everything and the area around the house was spotless. We were very impressed with the whole process from bid to completion. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to repair or replace a roof.

They did a fantastic job! Dmitri was very kind, helpful, and very communicative throughout the process. The work only took two days and our roof looks amazing.

After getting several quotes for re-roofing, which was a must-done project due to finding leaks, I was almost deciding to work with other company using different materials. Then I found the information about Malarkey and Near Me Roofing. Elijah and team came to estimate. Quote was reasonable for the quality of materials.
Remarkable thing is their quick decision making and prompt actions - I was flexible to have the project completed before rainy season, however they could find a space to start in the week we contracted.
The roofer team was polite and on-time, great teamwork. Original plan was to be done in 3 days or so, but it was nearly completed after two full days of their intense work (because the 3rd day weather forecast was full day rain).
While we still have some areas needed to be finished in the next couple of weeks (which was communicated clearly and agreed), I believe I made right decision to go with them.

I had the pleasure of working with Elijah on my roof replacement project. I particularly liked the upfront, transparent and direct communication style of his. Elijah recommended Malarkey shingles for my roof replacement. He is opinionated about the different brands and I have to say that I agree with his preference for Malarkey. At one point I was inclined to go with the Legacy line but Elijah convinced me that the Vista line is good enough. Once I signed the contract and picked the color of the roof, the rest is all his. Everything is done smoothly according to plan. I like my new roof and have peace of mind.

Our composition roofing was just replaced by Near Me Roofing and their team did a great job. Elijah came out to give us a quote, showing up when he said he would, then promptly emailed us a quote and contract the following day. He took into account our need to keep the cost down and was the most competitive.
The construction crew also showed up on time as promised. They worked incredibly hard, and were able to remove the old roofing, lay down the new underlayment sheeting on the first day, and install all the new composition shingles, flashings and ridge vents the following day. The crew of five, including the one lead, worked 10 hour days to accomplish the complete project in only two days.

Based upon my monitoring/inspection of the work as it progressed, quality of the installation seems very good.
Clean up was also incredibly good, each day, for both ‘demo’ and installation. Our house is on a narrow lot, so access was tight, yet there was minimal impact on the landscaping, (which can’t be helped). They were also forward thinking and mindful of protecting the neighbor’s windows with plywood panels.
All in all, Near Me Roofing was a great company to work with.

NearMe roofing did such an excellent job on replacing our daughter's roof. They were able to work through the weekend very quickly after a leak was discovered and completed a huge job within 2 days. Could not recommend them enough!

Near Me Roofing did a great job replacing our roof recently. From the initial inspection and estimate, it was a flawless experience. They used excellent materials, cleaned up and had the dumpster removed in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend them.

As a project manager in a chimney company in the Seattle area I worked with many contractors in the past and it was hard and frustrating but this time it was it was great. Working with Near Me Roofing Company was a great experience, the guys were very professional and great at their work. Came on time to the job site and didn’t wait to start, and after few hours the job was done and it looks amazing. They replaced the gutters around the whole house and they made the gutters at the house custom made. I could not ask a better crew to work with.

I want to say thank you and it was a refreshing experience knowing that there are contractors that are easy to work with and do a great job, prices are fair for their hard work.

I will continue using their services in the future and will recommend their services to my next clients and neighbors that need a roof work or new gutters.

I have different experience than most of the reviews here. I had a free scheduled roof inspection on Friday evening as I am close to replacing my roof.
2 guys came in for inspection who were friendly, did all their job of inspecting roof and windows.
Took time to explain everything that GAF offers and also shared info on the 50 year workmanship warranty and manufacturer warranty details and transferable option everything went well.
When they started sharing price, their 1st question is how much I can afford instead of what price they offer for the work at hand. I understand they can’t share all details of their pricing but they can be genuine in how they price. I said I can afford 500-600 per month and their estimate was $80k for a 2400 sft single family home. Nobody in the past gave such huge number for roof replacement and they started pushing to sign contract. I wasn’t really comfortable as the price was outrageous which later they reduced to $40k. As I grew more and more concerned they as I compared it with other vendor I recently received estimate from they started blaming them saying such people will charge 40% extra over contract, which thy don’t have to. Finally since I couldn’t sign contract on the same day before conforming with other folks for reviews on their work they were mad and left unhappy. Could have been better experience.

I recently had my entire roof replaced by Near Me Roofing company, and they did an excellent job. What I liked is that they used high quality materials, Malarkey Vista shingles that are (based on my independent research) better than most products on the market. The entire process and scheduling has been smooth, they were pretty flexible when it comes to install dates, especially since I had to work around getting two very large trees removed near the house (wanted to take care of the trees first). They showed up on time, early in the morning, delivered a dumpster and shingles and got to work quickly and efficiently. I’m impressed with the attention to detail, using metal flashing in all areas that are needed, and protecting critical areas of the roof. They also installed ridge vents along the entire roof ridge on both upper and lower sections, that improved attic ventilation. After the job was done, they cleaned everything well, there were no nails or materials left behind. Overall, I would highly recommend Near Me Roofing company for full roof replacement and repairs
