Constraction reviews in Redmond, Washington

Alex and his crew did a great job on our deck. Alex is easy to work with, very responsive, and I appreciate that he is always very conscious about cost. We will definitely use Bogo for future projects.

Alex at BOGO Construction was great to work with. He was incredibly professional and had an engineer review all of the plans before getting started on our deck. The inspectors in our area were very frustrating to work with but Alex was kind and understanding and handled everything. We are so happy with the deck his crew built- the craftsmanship is very nice and it is an amazing improvement. Alex provided helpful advice along the way. We ended up hiring them to paint the house as well. We will definitely choose BOGO Construction again. Thank you!

We have worked with Alex Bogo and his team on multiple projects over the past year. What I can say is that in the Construction Industry, communication, execution and attention to detail is everything. Alex reflects this and makes it a standard of practice for his company. This makes working with his team seamless. Thank you Alex for the refreshing experience! Five Stars all the way!

Bogo Construction was a joy to work with. They demoed and built from scratch new metal railings for us and painted a new layer of Gaco for our rooftop deck. A++ for quality, price and service. Fantastic problem solving skills whenever issues arrose and never worked with a contractor whose communication skills were so proactive. Would highly recommend and will definitely be using them for our bathroom and kitchen renovations as well.

Alex and crew were amazing to work with, meticulous with the details of our project, and professional at every turn. We wanted a 30x10 composite deck to cover an unusable slope in our backyard. The design was great and the final product is even better. Alex also had to navigate a local government permitting nightmare because we back up to a protected area, keeping us informed at every stage of the process. Pricing was competitive. Would recommend BOGO to anyone and will be using them for any future projects.

You can stop your search for a GC for your next home remodel project contractor, right here. Alex, owner and GC for Bogo Construction, was the clear choice for us, after interviewing and receiving bids from several other contractors. Not only was Alex extremely professional and knowledgeable, but he was hands on and present during all phases of construction. Any questions or concerns we had along the way were met with timely and thorough responses that truly helped with our decision making throughout the project. He was willing to listen and understand our needs and our tastes, effectively guiding us to a final product that was even better than our original vision. If we could give more than 5 stars, we would.

Alex was our GC running end-to-end on an ADU build. This was a very large undertaking filled with many complexities that he helped us navigate through. More than anything, we appreciated his thoroughness and attention to detail. Everything was done with care and the level of meticulousness you could only hope for as a home owner investing in something of this scale. Another helpful element of working with Alex is that he’s connected with a team of architects, designers, engineers, and subs he’s all worked with before who execute at a high level of quality, service, and craftsmanship. As the homeowner, this is one less thing you have to worry about. We also used Alex to rebuild the deck on our main house and we plan to use him for additional remodels in the near future.

Great team, very neat work, attention to detail, I highly recommend!

Max worked on the flooring renovation in my new home. I was very picky when choosing the right contractor, but from our first conversations I really appreciated his positive attitude, responsiveness, and knowledge.

I’m very glad I chose him — Max and his team did a great job. Everything was completed on time with no delays.

I highly recommend his company to anyone looking for quality renovation work.

We collaborate regularly. He's proven himself as a professional event planner in our joint projects. He knows his stuff. You can trust him—he won't let you down.

We hired Maxim for a big set of projects — installing flooring across our entire first floor, restaining our deck, and handling a whole list of indoor renovations — and he absolutely knocked it out of the park! From day one, he was refreshingly honest and transparent, always keeping us in the loop about timelines, costs, and what to expect. No hidden surprises, no runaround — just straight talk and exceptional work.

What really impressed us was how smoothly everything went. Maxim stayed on schedule the entire time and delivered exactly what he promised, down to every last detail. The flooring looks stunning, the deck is beautiful, and every renovation he touched looks like it was done by a true craftsman.

If you’re looking for a contractor who combines top-notch skill with real integrity, Maxim is your guy. We will absolutely be calling him again for future projects and recommend him without any hesitation — 5 stars all the way!

Very professional and timely. Did beautiful work.

Thanks for your services

Maxim and his client verbally abused both myself and my staff. Very rude and impatient. I cant imagine he would be good to do buisness with.

Worked with them on several projects. Really love the quality and great attitude. Will definitely hire them again in the future.

Great job painting interior of my house! Excellent quality and attention to the details!

I hired the MKZ team to paint my house on QA, and I am thrilled with the result. Our house never looked as good as it is now! Maksim and his crew did an outstanding job. Besides standard preparation steps like pressure washing, removing the peeling paint, and caulking, Maksim's team replaced damaged siding, trim and even rebuilt the main entry staircase for an additional cost.
I highly recommend MKZ Construction as a very professional and super detail-oriented crew that does high-quality paint and construction work.
