Pearce Heating is an amazing, reliable company to work with. Every single employee is kind and knowledgeable. Their work is outstanding! Highly recommended. They have installed our heat pump and continue to service our home. They offered the most competitive estimate and we have never been more pleased with a job than with them. Our furnace stopped working. One and only call to Pearce Heating &AC . Tim checked our furnace and gave us three options. Based on his clear explanation we chose to replace our furnace with their recommendation on furnace model. Btw with the furnace out we were able to keep the main part of our house warm in 40 degree weather because of the great mini-split that Pearce installed a few years back.

A day later Tim came promptly on time and James and Victor did the install. Very polite careful and conscientious people who did the install right the first time. Everything per code, clean and professional work. Great close out instructions, paperwork and very clean garage. I’ll say this about Pearce and the people from the front desk to the installers. They are a 5 star plus company with great leadership at the top. A dependable company that can be trusted. I’m a retired architect with both construction and building permitting experience.

I had a heat pump installed by Alexander's. By far, the biggest reason the project succeeded was Justin Lanier. Due to some misinformation from Bryant (the manufacturer), the system did not work as desired initially. Justin returned to my house twice to make sure the system got set up the right way and worked well. Having now had the inspections completed too, I can also mention that the inspectors were complimentary about the quality of the installation done by Alexander's.

For the first time, we hired Alexander back in February, 2017. We just bought our house and water heater died 2 months after. Our friends suggested to call Alexander as he did some work for them and they were happy. Alexander was able to be at our house the next day, it was very important for us since it was February. Second time we contacted Alexander half a year after when we wanted to replace our old furnace. I wanted to install 96% efficiency furnace and Alexander had no problems with installing it. I wanted to install A/C next spring and asked Alexander about estimate. I was really surprised that he kept his estimate when I contacted him 7 months later. His guys were able to connect A/C to our Ecobee without using additional wires. Some time after this we decided to renovate our kitchen, our old kitchen didn't support proper range hood installation so we needed someone to do a duct work for us, I immediately contacted Alexander. His guy did all work perfectly but the biggest surprise awaited me later - Alexander didn't take any money for this work! I highly recommend this company - great service and very fair prices.

Mark was very professional as well as knowledgeable! He is the first technician I have worked with to take the time to thoroughly diagnose and identify the issue with my furnace! The part was ordered and he installed a loaner until it arrives just so I would not be without heat!! Also, the price was very fair. I highly recommend this company!

Hired Alex to replace my furnace and water heater and move both into a new location. His crew did a great job and were polite. They finished the work that was scheduled for 3 days in 2.5 days. Alex gave me the cheapest quote and didn't think much about the execution plan of how he is going to move the furnace and water heater into new place. He just figure it how to do it quickly.

Mark was helpful and friendly. He explained in detail of his work. Its very helpful for someone like me to have a better understanding of what he was working on. If I ever need any help in the future, I would definitely request Mark.

I am so glad that I came across Alexander Heating. When my water heater leaked, I contacted 3 other vendors first; everyone gave me a bit of a run around, and the quote offered for upgrading to a tankless water heater was just jaw dropping and unrealistic...
Then I found and reached out to Alexander Heating... Dean was just amazing to work with! He was punctual with his appointment, knowledgeable, gave me no nonsense options, and offered an honest pricing for going tankless that I would be foolish to turn down! I essentially signed the contract on the spot! Plus, the work was done within 48 hours; the technicians updated me in great details on the works involved, options for ducting, did a quality job and left no trash behind! I am super impressed!
I am so happy with Alexander Heating that I am switching my annual HVAC service contract to them, and will be working with Dean next year in replacing the 2 aged fireplaces during my upcoming renovation project!

I worked with Dean to find just the right heat pump / AC system for our house and he did extra research to make sure we got the right equipment. The installation went well and it performs as we hoped! It took the team some extra time to program the system so that it would run on the right 'stage' but their team was courteous in listening to my concerns, and they worked hard to get it resolved. Scott Lane from Alexander’s Heating & Air Conditioning came it to troubleshoot a condensation issue. Scott was able to identify the problem and made an adjustment to the PVC drainage at the bottom of the unit and added an extra water monitoring piece for extra precaution. He was excellent to work with and very polite. We would highly recommend Alexander’s Heating and Air Conditioning.
