When I called they answered the phone immediately and had Bill show up in less then 2 hours. Bill found the problem which was a brain scratcher and had furnace back up and running at a reasonable price. Would definitely recommend this company.....

James and crew didn’t have an easy task, to update some ductwork on my older system to quiet it down. But they were very professional and handled it no problem. The work looks quite clean and performs much better!

Brian and his team did an outstanding job installing a mini split during our construction project. Brian's prices were very reasonable and he was willing to make 2 trips (1 to run the line set before drywall, and another to hang the head unit and install compressor after siding and drywall). Travis was the installer, who was extremely professional and overall a very knowledgeable and friendly guy. Everyone on the team was great to work with. I highly recommend Pearce and am already planning to use them for my next project.

They did a great job installing a heat pump. While they were not cheap, they were the only company that truly cared to make sure the system will work well. They were the only company (out of the three) that noticed the return ducts were not large enough. Brain, the owner himself, went to the crawlspace of the house to look at the ducts and to make sure they can do it before they gave me the complete estimate. It took them four days to tackle the difficult job as the unit had to fit inside the house in a small closet. Everyone was very professional and helpful, from the estimate to the installation. I am very happy with the heat pump and so glad I choose Pearce.

Really great experience. Been needing AC/heat pump installed and Brian was very knowledgeable and helped us every step of the way. Great prices and they took care of all rebates. The lead installer Jacob was very professional and knowledgeable. Would recommend. 5 stars.

Working with Pearce Heating to replace our heat pump was an exceptional experience. From preparing the proposal to completing the project on time and with excellent quality, their work exceeded my expectations. We requested proposals from five other companies, but Pearce's was the fastest to arrive and best reflected our requirements. They showed up on time on the scheduled day, delivered everything as promised, explained everything they did, and left everything cleaner than it was before they arrived. Pearce Heating is a professional and reliable service that I feel confident recommending to anyone.

This is an honest company. I have had others come in and recommend unneeded services. I have used Pearce for 7 years. They have made my furnace last 7 years after the previous company recommended a replacement.

Pearce did a Heat Pump installation for me. This was a hybrid heat pump install on top of an existing gas furnace, and it was NOT easy.
Regardless, they did a great job explaining what was required, gave a fair price, and made it happen. It took ~3 days and an army to get it done, but they did it!

Jake and Victor installed a new Honeywell air filtration system and Bryant High Efficiency natural gas furnace for us on 12/26/25. They were on time and worked without a break until the job was done and its performance tested and confirmed.
We are totally pleased by the service provided by Pearce.

Our recent experience with Pearce Heating & Air was exceptional and we can not recommend them enough if you need a complete evaluation, redesign and a professional HVAC installation.

Brian and Mike immediately went to work evaluating the issues. They noted the old HVAC was stuffed into a space that was against code with compromised air flow. Brian and his team sized the unit properly and changed it from a vertical to a horizonal configuration adding a new two fan heat pump outside, replacing the old condenser unit.

Next they added a new return air intake for the third floor ceiling that drastically reduced the heat buildup in the summer, as the existing wall air return was undersized. This project was not simple in any way and took some real engineering to accomplish in this large three story home.

With the HVAC project completed I had one more unrelated issue for them to solve. The lower level is a dedicated theater room that produced airflow noise when the separate HVAC unit was engaged. After careful thought and research, Brian resolved the issue by adding noise reduction technology to the system and making the airflow non detectable by ear in the theater. Perfect!

Yes, I admit I am a little obsessed and particular with how a job is performed. They were the best! Now you can see why I believe you will find no better HVAC company that is as knowledgeable, efficient, and affordable than Pearce Heating and Air.

Wish I could give them 10 stars. Their work is outstanding. Their people from the owner Brian on down, are outstanding. They have done heating, AC, venting for a cooktop ( we had to have them fix what a large Appliance store in Bellevue did incorrectly, and not to code), electrical work, & generator prep for us. All projects have been done with respect and care of our home. From laying blankets down to set their tools on, to putting booties over their shoes before coming in. Their response time to our calls is always very quick and scheduling is done promptly. Last but not least, they are all kind & thoughtful. We are so happy to have had them recommended to us 3 years ago. And so grateful they were able to come today to fix the mess the Appliance store left us with less than 48 hours ago. Thank you Pearce Heating and Electric!!!

We have used Pearce Heating & A/C ( and Electric) for over 4 years now for installing a new furnace as well as routine furnace and AC checks/maintenence, and have always been very happy with their service. We recently undertook a kitchen remodel for which Pearce did some preparatory electrical work beforehand as well as replacing a range hood ventilation duct. I can’t say enough about what a great job they did in every aspect. All of their workers we interacted with were so very nice, helpful, considerate, and the work done was absolutely top notch. We have been so impressed with the quality of their work and all their employees that we also called them in to correct the work of a Bellevue appliance company whose installation work was extremely poorly and shoddily done. Pearce had someone come out to see the needed work the same day we called them, and then had a repair crew come the next day at to fix what the Bellevue appliance company did so poorly. I can’t say enough good about our experiences with Pearce and would heartily recommend them.

2025: Heater failed in ~35 degree outside temps. House was getting cold. Pearce couldn't make it out to fix same day but their tech called me and walked me through diagnosing it. Turns out it was a flame sensor that needed to be cleaned. He said I could google it and clean it myself easily. Did so. Cost me $0. Amazing service.

2018: We wanted AC after dealing with a few hot summers in our home. Got a few quotes. Some other companies recommended expensive units. Pearce suggested for our small home size and in the PNW where you aren't using your AC for months on end, something cheap + basic probably was going to be the most cost effective and reliable. No up-selling or trying to push more expensive products. AC has worked perfectly since.

I needed a new furnace and from start to finish, Pearce did an excellent job. From Bill coming out and assessing the situation to the final day of installation, James, Victor and Ben were wonderful. They were professional, courteous and respectful, always explaining what they were doing and why. Even when there were some problems, they found a solution. When they were finished, James went through everything with me from the thermostat to the furnace to the new heat pump and was very kind in answering all my questions. They cleaned up and put everything back in order when they were done. I can’t say enough good things about this team and would recommend them to anyone who has heating, cooling or electrical needs.

Pearce saved my family's Christmas! My old furnace failed on December 18th, with four family members arriving from across the globe on the 22nd. The Pearce team arrived that morning and worked without a break until heat was successfully restored to my very full house! I could not recommend the entire Pearce team and the quality of their work more highly.

Clair inspected the furnace Tues of Thanksgiving week and determined not only was the 20 y/o furnace faulty (which we suspected) but needed to be turned off immediately because of a CO leak. We decided on a new furnace and that was installed the following day at standard pricing :-)

James and Pete did a fantastic job on the installation.

I highly recommend using Pearce Heating! I have used them for both past service and more recently, the install of a new furnace and A/C unit. During the install, they were very helpful and took time to answer any question I had. More, they took their time and made sure that every connection was done right and fixed all issues that they found. Very friendly and thorough are good ways to describe the install team of Ben and Pete. They were very careful to clean up the job site at the end of each day and set realistic expectations for timing (and met those!). Honestly a wonderful experience overall from the initial quote to the install. You owe it to yourself to have them come out to your house for a service/inspection and get their $0.02 on your system.

Outstanding. Pearce installed a new heat pump and gas furnace and did some duct revisions to ensure better health for the whole system. I got 4 quotes in total from highly respected hvac companies and Pearce was an easy choice. Brian is super knowledgeable and was patient with my laundry list of questions before accepting the quote. The install team did a great job. The system is working great. When the county permit person came said, “oh Pearce did this? This will be no problem, they are the best in the business.”

We had a house generator interlock and gas hookup installed and Brian and his team were excellent! Great communication, fair price, very efficient and thorough, and performed a detailed walkthrough of how to setup and use the generator system once they were done. They made sure the place was in better shape than when they arrived. I highly recommend them and would not take my business anywhere else.

The Pearce team was great from start to finish. They communicated well, educated me on the systems and choices and then followed through on time with excellent quality work. The install team was cheerful and professional and were very careful when inside the house, coming and going into the crawlspace. They identified a defect the builder had made and corrected it. They were very thorough. I would definitely recommend them!

I got a furnace replaced recently from Pearce Heating and am very pleased with the overall process and experience. They were referred by my neighbors and are small company. Everyone at Pearce Heating I worked with as highly professional and sincere. Clair who prepared the quote was patient as I went through my decision process. What I liked the most was that he explained the rationale behind his recommendation to make sure I was selecting the right model (which was mid=tier, not the top tier). James and Ben did the install and were amazing. They worked through the day diligently, left the place neat and clean, ensured everything was working right. When I mentioned that in the past the exit end of the condensation drain pipe (outside the home) had frozen, they add some extra insulation to prevent recurrence. A small gesture but shows they don't cut corners and want to make sure the job is done right. Highly recommended.
