We tried getting our gas fireplace fixed many times over 12 years by the company that installed it but it never worked right. One visit from Ballard and it is working perfectly.

Another year of great service from Ballard - furnace and water heater service. Austin was friendly, efficient, and gave me great information about my system.
Two days later noticed a little accumulated water under the water heater. Called the day before Thanksgiving and someone was out within an hour. A little more plumbers tape solved the problem - again excellent and friendly service all around. No charge for the call back.
It says a lot to me how companies deal with issues and Ballard really leaned in.

Ballard Heating, Air Conditioning, and Electrical did a great job replacing our gas furnace. We called on a Tuesday. They had a technician and an estimator at our house that same day and were able to replace our broken 19 year-old furnace just two days later. I called a long-time friend who is an independent HVAC contractor to comparison shop and he told me, “that’s good furnace they are recommending and a better price than I could do to supply and install it. Juan was the technician who performed the replacement in our inconvenient and uncomfortable crawl space. He was very polite and professional. He was very careful to keep our house clean and had us back up and running a few hours later. Couldn’t have asked for better service during the chilly days of February!

Brady, Cole and Alex, these guys were a great team, they all were very professional and respectful of our home, they also put down cloth tarps where they were working and cleaned up any mess, you would almost think that nothing happened in my house except it now has heat, great job guys and they were very pleasant, thank you again for a job well done.

Zach is amazing. He goes above and beyond to get the job done and do all the little things that make the experience painless and efficient. He left the premises looking better than when he arrived, with a smile!

Humberto did a great job replacing our furnace. Vents, gas and electric connections and thermostat were installed professionally neat and clean, easy access. Furnace and thermostat operation and our questions were answered by Humberto clearly and understood. We’re very pleased with the service provided.

Austin was the technician to do the work. He is calm, professional, friendly and patient with explanations. He also takes care to explain clearly what he sees and possible ways to move forward.

Raul, Alex, Nick, DJ, Tony and Clinton did a terrific job on a 2 day project at our home. We’re very happy with their work.

A recent annual inspection by Daniel, a technician from Ballard Heating, Air Conditioning and Electrical, of our gas furnace revealed that, through sheer bad luck, extensive and expensive repairs were necessary. Since our furnace was a decade old we decided to cut our losses and take the opportunity to get a replacement system. After carefully considering the options with Tyler of BHACE Sales Dept, we decided to go with the clean energy alternative of a heat pump. We were scheduled to go away on a trip but since there was some urgency, Tyler was able to arrange a very quick appointment to do the installation whilst we were away. Everything seems to have gone smoothly and are very pleased with the result.

In addition to Daniel, who spotted the issue with the furnace and who started the process for a replacement heating system, and Tyler who laid out the options clearly with no pressure and made the necessary arrangements, we are grateful to Juan the technician who installed the system, to Clinton who did the preliminary work and Zoe in Admin who was our communication link. It was a team effort for which we have nothing but high praise in a situation which started out with unexpectedly bad news.

I would add that BHACE also installed a new tankless hot water system earlier this year for which we also received exemplary service.

We had a new heat pump, HVAC system installed. The installation was very difficult to do, however Tyler our sales person promised that it could be done! Clinton, the manager came to our site to verify the install a few days before. Then Nick, Alex and Otto came out and spent the entire day doing the install. What a great job given the degree of difficulty! Zoey kept everything on schedule and running smoothly. Thanks for an excellent installation!

I really can't say enough nice things about Ballard's the recent instal of a Mitsubishi heat pump and mini splits system at my house: Humberto V., Juan G. and Daniel G. all did a great job with the installation everything looks neat, tidy and clean, no dust, and they were in and out in one day. Tony R. did a great job with the sales and system design; he wasn't pushy with sales and was very helpful in aiding me select the right system for the space.

A companies quality is shown through its employees, and all were excellent in their services provided. I wish I could hire Ballard for more than just HVAC because of the quality, skill and craftsmanship delivered.

Jay arrived on time to replace a refrigerant line for our heat pump. He explained the process and answered our questions in a way that was easy to understand. Jay checked in with us frequently. He did a fantastic job rerouting the line and left a very clean work space. We will ask for him for future visits.

All the people we interacted with at Ballard Heating and air were so helpful, knowledgeable and made our oil to heat pump conversion as smooth as possible. Thanks to Clinton and Zack for project managing, Jay, Aaron and Otto for a smooth installation process. Zoe for making all the arrangements and permitting easy and Tyler who did a great job helping us with all the decisions and options up front. A great team!

These guys are PROs. I shopped around for a lot of HVAC companies and these guys delivered for professionalism, affordability and a top notch job. They installed a ducted heat pump for me in my main house as well as a heat pump in my ADU. The team went above and beyond to ensure I get consistent heat in every room, including a one off duct for a room that did not extend to the rest of the attic, so they connected through the crawl space. Huge shout out to Tyler and Zoe who were very responsive and held my hand via text as I asked a million questions. Big ups to my installers Bert, Jay and Anthony who are top notch. The final install was so good, even the city inspector that came by was impressed. Thank you!!
