This is a belated review for excellent service early last month for our furnace. Our thermostat burned out, the second time in a year (12 months apart), the prior company closed (owner retired) and this was the first time we have used Home Comfort Alliance. The assumption was an intermittent short between the furnace and thermostat. The house is 120 years old with the furnace in the basement and lathe and plaster walls up to the thermostat in the living room. Kevin was our technician. He had an electrician come out to confirm the voltage and wiring as best they could. The best option was to install an equipment interface module on our Carrier furnace that communicates wirelessly to the new thermostat. It also allows us the monitor/control the temperature remotely. I could not have possibly asked for better service than I got from Kevin. I will always ask for him if needed in the future.

The technician Matt is a well organized professional plumber. Knows what he was doing, and, very courteous and friendly. The hotwater tank replacement went very smoothly. Completed the task in roughly an hour.

We had our HVAC system installed by Home Comfort Alliance and they have been our service provider since then. Today their technician, Carter Owens did our annual service and he was just great! Carter arrived as scheduled, was very courteous and explained everything during the process in detail and provided some very useful recommendations, which we plan to follow-up on. He made sure everything was working as designed and was extremely thorough with the service. Thank you Carter!

Evan came to clean my dryer vent after my dryer was sending an error code due to a blockage. He arrived on time, explained the process, completed the cleaning, and left my laundry room cleaner than it was when he got there! Very personable guy, too. Highly recommend Home Comfort Alliance!

We had our tankless water heater serviced and the technician was courteous, friendly and professional. The service took about an hour and the area around the heater was left clean and orderly. Some time after the service was completed we noticed that the hot water at every faucet was extremely yellowish brown. We had to flush all the pipes connected to every faucet for over a half hour before the water coming out was clear. There was no mention that we would be required to perform this action and it would have been bad had we used the hot water for any cooking or preparing of food or laundry. This is something you should advise your customers that they need to do after the service is performed.

Consistent company for so many years, providing us with our annual maintenance (and past issues). Great follow up on appointmenting and really acceptable wait times (so different than so many service providers these days). The admin on the phone was great this season, and our tech, Kevin, was an all-star. He even showed the kids some of the cool parts of the furnace and the blue fire! It's really nice to have a dependable company on call, especially for something as important as heat!

Technician came the same day I called in for an appointment. Technician was very friendly and knowledgeable. Explained the problem with my furnace and shared how we can best keep it maintained. Price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend Home Comfort Alliance to my friends and family!

I got a referral from PSE and Home Comfort Alliance was one of the REP's. My technician was mike, he was polite, sociable, and informative. My quote/cost estimate was for a heat pump installation, and right next to the furnace was my leaking water heat.While he was here, he noticed the leaking water heater and said he could give a quote on that as well since they do water heaters too. And since the water heater and heat pump need electricity, they install electrical as well so I got some quotes for some electrical work. I like having to only call one place to get all my work done instead of multiple places to get the same work done. All in all it was a enjoyable experience.

We had a great experience getting an estimate for a whole-home generator. Robert was professional, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly. He showed up on time, answered all my questions, and made the process easy to understand. It’s rare to find a company that combines expertise with great customer service, but Home Comfort Alliance definitely did. Highly recommend!

Vincent Barry came over to give me a quote for my aging Furnace. He was very courteous and explained everything in detail. Very professional, called the earlier evening before our appointment the next day and explained the estimate and several models he recommended with pro's and con's. Clearly explained h Costco discount info too. The Office lady that scheduled my appointment also was very friendly and courteous. Great job guys.

Fabulous “emergency “ service! Our furnace died on a Sunday of a holiday weekend. We phoned Brandon, who we had used to get a new furnace in a rental, and he came on Monday and he helped us choose a new furnace which was installed within the week. We would highly recommend him!

This is a 5 star company with an outstanding team. I'm going to mention all the fabulous people who worked on my installation of a brand new Whole Home AC system. They all worked so hard. I want to give them individual credit for their great work. I would hire them again. Please consider them when making a major installation of an AC/Heat Pump or Furnance. They put in my water furnance in Nov 2023. The work was excellent so I went back for a ne AC and I highly recommend them for AC/Heat Pumps and Furnances. They passed inspection the first time.

Again they are 5 stars all the way! I had an excellent experience with a New Whole Home AC installation. It was not without trials, but the customer service, responsiveness, politeness, and genuine caring, they were fabulous. Issues happen, but its how you resolve them with outblame and step up to make things right. That is their superpower. I want to call out all the people who were outstanding and showed me respect and professionalism and delivered a great unit. First, Chris Biasch is a rock star, delivered value, creative solutions, a great unit that fit my needs, and professionalism. Chyanne Obie was the outstanding scheduler and is a great communicator. She always delivered on time. Next, Scott Tarbot, the lead installer, worked the issues and set up temp fixes as needed. Andrew Jordan did the HVAC and furnance. Gavin Charter assisted him with curtiusey, quiet patience, and quick support. Eduardo Chaver did the full electrical with Ubalde Munguia support on installation. It is a beautiful tiddy and clean electrical installation. Jeff Palm was the supervisor, and when a glitch happened. He came quickly and resolved what was urgent. He even came on a Saturday because of my health issue. THE EXPERT FIELD SUPERVISOR, methodically worked with the manufacture, resolved everything, and made sure I knew how to operate the system. I credit him and his high skill level woth making the job perfect. Brian Yapps Field Supervisor found the missing error and quickly resolved it. Justin and Jus came back to double-check and assure the outside unit was perfect. I passed both inspections ( first time). Lastly, I want to thank Stacy in billing, who worked thru everything and is a dream to work with. Service Techs Matt Willard & Tony Salabar were the awesome follow-up crew. My unit is a new design it took a team work and time to install and from this develop best practices can be found for future installs. Home Comfort delivered on their promise, the brand, and delivered outstanding customer service. Highly recommend them and their team.

Mike was positive, effective, and efficient from a time and cost perspective, at diagnosing our HVAC issues and providing a realistic fix when other companies said we'd need a whole new system. Was also able to get appointments (and parts) within a couple of days. Highly recommend!

Michael Alonzo was the service tech who performed our annual furnace inspection and servicing. He was on time, professional and thorough. I appreciated his communication the day of service and the report and receipt sent immediately after the service was completed. Excellent service and support!

The HomeComfort installation team of Ruslan and Tony was great. It was a 10-hour installation and Ruslan and Tony were detailed and hard working. I recommend this team. However, they showed up without enough gravel for the heat pump base, but luckily I had extra gravel and concrete blocks for them to use. But I still give this crew a 5-star rating for their professionalism.

I downgrade Home Comfort overall because their follow-up service on permit coordination is poor. They promised to provide details and scheduling for L&I and City of Bellevue permits. After an email to the salesman and three calls to the Retrofit and Installation Dispatch Department, I have yet to receive a return call or instructions for scheduling permit inspections.

I ended up talking to a new employee who answered the phone and she herself had to learn the general steps for permit inspections, which she then verbally relayed to me. But still…, no details received yet on how to contact L&I and City of Bellevue.

Follow up service after installation is questionable. Beware.

I requested for an AC installation consultation and Tom with Home Comfort Alliance came out for the home eval. He is very knowledgeable and gave professional opinions on different options that maybe suitable for the home. He was very efficient and sent the quote out within the same day!

Plamen Tzenkov returns this year Home Comfort Alliance to perform the annual preventative maintenance on our gas furnace. I was more than happy to see him and his smiling face. He is knowledgeable, efficient and easy to ask questions about the system. Or anything else for that matter. Home Comfort Alliance is easy to schedule in advance.

I recently had Home Comfort Alliance install a heat pump at my home. Both Gavin and Michael did a fantastic job. It was a tremendous amount of work and they worked tirelessly to make sure the system was installed properly. They kept me informed every step of the way, were very professional and made sure they cleaned up their mess. I would definitely hire this company again for any future work.

Professional and great service. He worked diligently and professionally diagnosing the problem with our heater and providing the needed parts timely manner. We appreciate his work for making our home warm again.
