If you want to feel like your friend is helping you through the confusing and complicated realm of HVAC, call on Wyatt. We had our heat pump fail at the beginning of the warm weather season, on a Tuesday. I called Washington Mechanical and was told that they could be down that day to diagnose the issue. Wyatt made the 90min drive and dove in. Ultimately it was decided that the heat pump had pumped it's last. Within 24hrs of losing our heat pump capability, we had a quote with three choices of equipment to choose from. On Friday, Wyatt picked up our new heat pump and coil and headed out way, on a Friday afternoon in 80°+ heat, hour hours later he arrived and finished the install around 10pm that night. They advertise 24hr service and they mean it. You won't regret choosing Washington Mechanical for your HVAC, water pump or handyman needs.

No transparent pricing, hourly rates are not disclosed upfront. Even to understand the hourly rate, I need to pay $129 in service fees for them to cover.

You don't need to look at my HVAC to tell me the standard hourly rate you guys charge. My electrician and plumber and my other HVAC tech charge me hourly for smaller jobs, and that helps me understand transparent pricing.

I recommend taking your business to places which have transparent pricing structures.

They installed a two-head mini split Heat Pump at my house in April 2025. Very reasonable price and top notch installation. Wyatt was awesome to work with. I highly recommend them.

Our system needed repair I called energy saver solutions and was told a technician would be at our home between 1 and 5 pm. At 1pm Ben was at our gate . He checked out the system and left it cooling again. He also explained to me the work that need to be done in and gave me estimates. I highly recommend this company.

Had problem with furnace, thankfully a quick response to schedule a quick diagnostic.
