Energy Saver in Redmond city is highly professional. Last month I had an AC installed by them. I waited for a month to write the review because I was checking that everything works perfectly or not. I am happy to say that the AC is working smoothly.

We had a routine furnace clean yesterday. Ben gave me updates as to when he would arrive during the agreed upon window for the appointment. He was efficient and very informative as to what needed attention on our furnace and what routine maintenance he had done. I've also wanted to know exactly how to turn off the gas coming into our house (in an event of an earthquake) and he patiently showed me how to shut it off and the tool I would need. He also informed me about a device that would shut it off automatically in the event of an earthquake but with absolutely no pressure to purchase. He was very helpful, efficient and informative and we plan to continue to use Energy Saver Solutions service.

Yesterday both my friend & I had furnace & A/C inspections scheduled with Energy Saver Solutions (one in the morning & one in the afternoon). My technician Mike, called in advance for my morning appointment, showed up on time, was flexible about adding in the A/C inspection, and was a pleasure to work with. Furthermore, He then realized I knew the person/home he was going to next, so we were able to coordinate timing & door codes, to keep the day rolling. A positive experience for sure, thanks Mike.

We had Energy Saver Solutions install a new furnace at my father's house. Sean promptly contacted us to arrange the initial service call and performed a thorough inspection. Sean provided us with a detailed, no pressure review and provided us with options to repair or replace the furnace. We decided to proceed with the replacement as the furnace was 40 years old. Sean returned a few days later to install the furnace along with a new thermostat and was very professional and diligent, meeting expectations for the project. Working with Ben was a pleasure, not too pushy, helped get a great value for our money. He answered all questions we threw at him and was able to get a quality product down to a price we could live with. The AC & Heat install is tomorrow. Will check back after that.
