Our office had a concern: overheating. They came for a diagnostic visit and changed the thermostat / pulley and charged $1500. Still doesn't work. Now they want to charge $3600 for a leak test. The improper diagnosis was done without a full scope of explanation and budget. Today they said I needed coolant, but it wasn't replaced The man providing the visit didn't explain what was going on, simply forced the receptionist to sign a form before leaving. Calling customer service is another story- the lady at front desk is incredibly rude and will talk over you. Highly unprofessional. Give me a refund and put back my old thermostat.

One of his wonderful techs saw the issue and immediately handled it for us. They took pics and showed me all of the holes. Our new unit now actually gives us so much more heat we are warm in winter. Technician didn't correctly diagnose the problem. My problem was my own mistake, not changing my furnace filter, the simplest of all things to fix. However this technician tried to sell me on needing to replace my entire machine.. a $30 fix quickly changed to a potential $7,000 fix. This provided me a lot of emotional stress over a super cold weekend until getting another opinion and learning the truth. They also forced me to sign up for a membership before I even met the person to establish trust. This cost me a lot of time and emotional band with. Look elsewhere for your HVAC solutions.

Very disappointed with this organization. I called to make an appointment for maintenance on my furnace, A/C, and Mini-split. The dispatch person told me yes, they could do this work, but tried to upsell me on a higher cost plan. I declined. Then, the HVAC technician called me the day of the appointment to clarify what I needed, and when he found out it was maintenance and not "an immediate problem," he told me his boss (the owner, I assume) was not allowing maintenance visits during the winter, period, and they were cancelling the visit.

I understand that HVAC companies do and should prioritize people with immediate heating concerns in the winter. However, this should have been communicated when I made the appointment. Also, once I've made a time commitment and adjusted my family's schedule to accommodate a technician, it's rude to just cancel because "other customers are more important." I will not be doing business with Drew in the future.

Am very happy with the service these guys offered me last month. Our AC had not been working for about two days and our house was unbearable. We looked for a company to help us repair it since we did not have enough funds for installing a new one, as recommended by all the companies we had sort help from. We finally came across Drew Heating And Cooling company when we were almost giving up and they sent Ted who worked on the unit to get us moving for athletes 3 months as we prepare for installation. We cannot hesitate recommending them to friends and relatives.

My attic was always stifling hot, making my upstairs unbearable. They installed a new attic fan and proper ventilation, and now the entire top floor is so much cooler and more comfortable. What a relief!
