We recently had to purchase a new home heating gas furnance. Before it was installed by Ballard Natural Gas we opted to have our air ducts cleaned again by Ballard Natural Gas. The Airduct cleaner tech named Raul came to our home to do the work. He was ontime, efficient and knowledgeable in the work he performed. He took extra time to explain to me how and what he was going to do. Raul was very respectful of our house. He takes care and pride in his work. I would rate his overall work performance as excellent. Thank you Raul.....we were lucky to have you come today....

We had Ballard replace our aging furnace with a heat pump. They were able to schedule the work immediately since the heater had failed. Humberto, Alex, and Otto did it all in a day and were great to work with. We’re super happy with the result.

Austin came to my house to inspect my furnace which was making a buzzing type noise in the last two days. Austin showed me a view of the heat exchanger which was cracked. The furnace is 17 years old and due for replacement. Austin helped me order a new furnace and schedule a replacement for tomorrow. Austin was very knowledgeable, polite and professional. I am very satisfied with the great service he provided.

Austin was spot on. Never had gas before, he was patient with my questions and found the mystery of our fireplace. Very professional and he’s a Hawk!
