A friend recommended Pearce Heating to us and the owner Brian quickly came to visit our place to give us a quote for Furnace and new AC. We are about to remodel the house, which requires relocating the air return. Brian was the first(and only) person we talked to and he was very helpful and really spent time and effort evaluating our relocation options. Although there are also some competitive quotes out there, I still went with Pearce because of their strong review, honesty, knowledge in products, great first impression, and quick response.

The installation was smooth and the installation team: Travis, James, Jacob, Peter did a good job finishing it. One of them walked me through everything in details and the following inspection passed easily. The installation team even fixed some other problem automatically when they spotted the wrong work left by old contractor, which really surprised me.

The admin team was always nice too! They help answering my questions via phone and scheduling the inspection.

My husband and I both feel really glad that we went with Pearce Heating. So I strongly recommend them!

I found Pearce heating in 2021 when my furnace stopped working in January. We called them in the morning and by afternoon Clair stopped by and fixed the furnace the same day. We were very happy with how quickly he showed up and fixed the furnace.

Last week my furnace gave up. I called on Friday morning and by afternoon Clair came over to give estimate for a new furnace and A/C. The next available appointment was Wednesday but they came over on Monday to install the new furnace. Clair introduced me to two stage furnace which I was not aware of and he helped me to select eco bee thermostat. Jacob, Travis and Mike worked hard to install the unit. The electrician team was great.They are highly professional and knowledgeable.

I feel truly blessed to have found Pearce heating. I highly recommend Pearce heating! They are the best!

Pearce replaced my old central AC a few months ago and so far it keeps me nice and chilly when it’s hot out. Bill was my first point of contact, and he was patient, informative, and focused on getting an appropriate solution, not upselling. Communication was great during the installation. There was a minor hiccup in the final walkthrough that they fixed instantly. The city inspector that signed off on the permits made an offhand comment about never seeing any issues with the work Pearce Heating does. I will be calling Pearce for all my future HVAC needs.

We purchased a new furnace and air conditioner from Pearce HVAC in 2021, and Pearce has serviced our equipment since installing the HVAC system. Bill has typically provided this maintenance and service support and has consistently been very timely, efficient, knowledgeable and helpful. He just completed our twice-yearly maintenance work, and as always he did a first-rate job. We are very pleased with the service and attention that we have received from Bill and Pearce.

Amazing experience from the initial discussion all the way to the installation.

The comfort level before and after are like 2 different houses all together. Now I never know when/if the system is doing something, it's just consistently pleasant inside of the house.

What was done: replaced a two-stage gas furnace with a variable rate heat pump. We went with Bryant Evolution series because its capable and silent, it varies power of the heat pump and adjusts the blower speed.

The project included adding ducts to a large addition, replacing return ducting with larger size, relocating the outdoor unit far from original location, providing adequate foundation for it, adding the fresh air intake system, Air Filtration system with UV light and of course, the installation of new indoor/outdoor units.

There was a lot of work done in a span of one week. The owner of the company Brian Pearce had to be involved from the start of the project due to it's complexity and he had been helping the team throughout the whole project.

I would like to thank the entire team, including Jacob, Tim, Dylan and especially their lead Travis for all the work they put into making it happen. It was a pleasure to have them in our home!

We had a complete loss of power on Wednesday, 11/23/2022 caused by a power surge from a PSE failed ground cable. Left us with burned out circuitry no heat in our furnace. On Monday, 11/28/2022 at 8:00 am I called Pearce Heating & AC and Claire Parker arrived at 9:00 am and diagnosed a burned out transformer and fan motor in our furnace. He was able to replace the transformer; but, had to locate a fan motor. He was able to replace our fan motor on Tuesday, 11/29/2022 at 3:30 pm and restored our heat. Overall service from Pearce Heating & AC was outstanding and Claire was exceptional. I would highly recommend both Pearce and Claire Parker for any future heating or air conditioning needs.

Pearce is amazing. Customer service is top notch and the quality of their installation work is great. I had a very detail oriented contractor in the house when they installed a furnace two years ago. The contractor is hard to please and was impressed with the install, as was I. This summer my 15 year old AC died on a Friday night. I texted Pearce and didn't expect anything back until Monday. They were at my house at noon on Saturday and fixed the AC. These guys are the best. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

Wonderful fast, friendly and professional service. Within 24 hours we had a new heater installed and tested. Thank you Bill, Mike and Peter!

I hired Pearce for my EV charger installation.they are one of the contractors listed on PSE rebate program. Service was great, only Pearce technician examined the panel before giving accurate quotes. Other 2 quotes that I got were online only. Technician clearly explained the work needed, price was good. They did good job during installation day. Overall 5 star experience. It has been more than 2 months since they did installation. I will definitely call them for any future electrical work.

Bill came out and was a joy to work with. I had a smoke switch installed and my inducer fan was failing so had that repaired. He was efficient, arrived both days as promised, explained everything, and I am very satisfied. I rarely write these reviews but Pearce Heating is worth it.

When we bought the house and were concerned about the old furnace, Clair came by and helped us learn about the HVAC. When the furnace finally gave up, Pearce did a great job installing a new furnace and it’s been a fantastic upgrade. We really appreciate their professionalism and helpfulness!

I’m lucky to have come across Pearce Heating & A/C. They were able to come out the day I called, then proceeded to diagnose my issues and put together an estimate in less than an hour. Then they provided me a convenient way to sign off on the desired work options and got straight to scheduling. Once the team was at my house, they were super friendly and clear about what their plan was. Execution was flawless and my new system is running great! The gear they installed will be saving me about half of the energy and natural gas that the previous system was consuming. They were able to do all of this around Thanksgiving time and did a great job communicating available time to work.

We had Pearce out to begin a twice per year maintenance program for our heating and A/C. They are one of the oldest and most respected private companies left of its kind. We had Clair out who looked everything over, gave us a clean bill of health and made some great suggestions. So far I like what I see.

Pearce installed a new A/C system and a high-efficiency air filtration system at our home. The installation team was lead by James and included Dillon, Pete and Tim. Everything went well, on time and with excellent workmanship. Our the jobsite was immaculate between the two days of the project. The teams were courteous and thoughtful Each of the systems function very well. We are quite pleased.

We contacted Pearce Heating and A/C for a checkup on our furnace. That was scheduled and completed expeditiously by Claire. He was knowledgeable so I asked questions about a replacement furnace and air condition. He quickly gave me a reasonable estimate so we decided to move forward. We were on their schedule quickly, the team, led by Travis who was super helpful arrived on time, were kind, polite and stated to their task. They cleaned up their work at the end of the day. Our home is now much more comfortable. We feel that we received a good value proposition for the work that was done and have been extremely happy with the team that did the installation.

Fantastic experience!! Pearce heating did a great job!

They installed a Bryant air to air heat pump with a central air handler as well as a ductless head in bedroom for a very reasonable price. We absolutely love it as we can keep our guests cool downstairs and have dedicated cooling upstairs.

They were very communicative, and the install was very cleanly done, in particular, the guttering installed looks like it's always been there as it blends in with the color scheme for our condo.

Very happy customer!!
