We had All Climate Heating & Air remove our old gas furnace and water heater and replaced them with a new electric Bosch heat pump system / air handler and new 50-gallon electric hot water heater, which gives us A/C cooling as well.
The installation was done in a single day (on the day scheduled) and couldn't have gone any smoother. The new units are much quieter and cleaner than our old units and we now have a gas-free utility closet.
The installation included a new ecobee smart thermostat that should save our monthly heating bills. The All Client team also made sure the units we installed not only comfortably heat and cools our space but are also eligible for the federal tax rebates. -
The install team is great. I recently coordinated 2 seperate AC installs in the same building at the same time. Secure building, elevator restrictions, tight working quarters. The team was professional and efficient, getting the job done correct and on time. Big props to Ryan, Andrew, Brandon and EJ for their hard work.

WARNING: EXTREMELY INFLATED REPAIR COSTS – 2000% MARKUP!
A friend recently had his AC condenser unit (the outdoor component) repaired, and even though the service wasn't done for me personally, I feel compelled to share this experience due to how clearly he was taken advantage of.
The issue was a very common one — a failed capacitor. The technician diagnosed and replaced it in under 20 minutes. On top of that, he sold my friend something called a “rebuild kit,” which turned out to be just a capacitor, a relay, and some wires — components that cost around $50 total on Amazon.
The company charged him $750 for this kit, plus an additional $200 for the service call, bringing the total to $950 — nearly a 2000% markup. While a reasonable profit margin is expected, this price is extremely inflated and feels deliberately misleading. A fair price for the repair might have been around $300–$400, not almost $1,000.
After the fact, I encouraged him to call and speak to a manager. To their credit, the service manager was honest and explained that many of their service calls result in no revenue, so when they do get a repair job, they overcharge to make up for those "losses."
This kind of pricing model may help the company’s bottom line, but it’s deeply unfair to individual customers — especially those who may not fully understand the technical details. Please be cautious before hiring this company for HVAC service -
Our service tech was amazing!!!! Five stars all around. He was excellent. Great company to work with. Choice them you will not be sorry.

Nothing but fantastic experience with techs and staff.
Thomas and Eddie were able to address an emergency situation with incredible speed, professionalism, and cost effective strategy.

We just got a heat pump and some ductwork upgrades (new vents) done by All Climate Heating, and the whole experience was fantastic from start to finish.
From the very beginning, Cal (our sales rep) was incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and took the time to understand our house and what we actually needed. We live in a split-level home with not enough vents upstairs in the main living area, and Cal came up with a solid plan to add more supply vents and a return vent to balance the airflow with downstairs. While other companies quickly pushed us toward ductless mini-split systems without truly considering our setup, Cal carefully assessed what would work best for us and explained everything clearly and without any pressure.
The installation crew, led by Ryan, was also wonderful. They were professional, courteous, and very respectful of our home, even taking off their shoes every single time they came inside. That might not seem like a big deal, but they had to go in and out of the house (and up into the attic) many times during the install, and they still made the effort every time. We really appreciated that. Ryan, in particular, was a fantastic communicator and problem-solver. He kept us informed at every step and came up with creative solutions tailored to our setup. You could tell he genuinely cared about doing the job right.
On the second day of the install, things took much longer than expected due to several complications while adding the vents, but Ryan and EJ were incredibly patient and took the time to make sure everything was done properly.
Other staff (Eddie, Mike, Holly, and Katy) were also wonderful to work with. They were friendly, responsive, and made the scheduling and coordination smooth and stress-free.
Overall, we’re really happy with the system and the service. If you’re looking for a company that truly listens, communicates well, and takes pride in their work, we highly recommend All Climate Heating. -
Just what my recent repair: gas furnace, diagnosis $275+tax, and quoted for gas valve $764+tax replacement. Later I called my other company I did business with. The other company's number is $676 plus tax, including diagnosis $179, parts and labor.

Excellence in customer relationships... this is what everyone here strives for. I had a complete Heat and AC install, 5yrs later... bummer.. a number of failures due to manufacturing defects and the people at All Climate went way beyond to make sure i was taken care of. Sure issues cost money to solve, but the level of service that comes with it is what keeps me a valued customer... what keeps me doing all I can to bring more customers to them. They are not a huge conglomerate.. They are a large group of extremely talented and experienced professionals that are truly committed to providing the highest level of service. Troy, Anthony, and ALL the service crew deserve a big pat on the back.. Thank you all for all the great work. :)

Great experience with All Climate's team. The quote for replacing our gas furnace with ducted heat pump was reasonable, quick, and friendly. Price was roughly similar to many other local quotes we obtained. They could start work faster than some other local companies, which was appreciated. Their electrician was even able to add on some unrelated electrical work we wanted (car charger) for a modest fee at the same time, which was really appreciated.
Install was amazingly efficient - completing everything in one full day.
Install team was friendly, on-time, and respectful of our home, leaving the job site clean (I even saw one employee very gently move a toddler's toy out of the path of equipment, which was funny and kind of him). Great, fast communication.
I'm very glad we went with All Climate for such an extensive job, and have already recommended them to family.
We love our new heat pump: quiet, super efficient, much more evenly heating than gas. -
We had great service on our furnace from All Climate. Mac arrived on time, was very knowledgeable and gave great advice on how to keep our furnace working at its best.

They did really impressive work retrofitting our house in only 7 hours for central air conditioning, a new furnace, and new 220 V breaker switch and conduit to power the condenser!
Also, we got sick near the scheduled installation date, and they still installed the system with no contact and windows open while we stayed in our office room. Great!
From sending my first message to getting AC, it took less than 2 months. Their competitor Brennan through Costco took 9 months of communication back and forth and had a list of reasons why it was too tight and couldn't be done. All Climate just makes it happen, thank you! -
Had a fantastic experience with Thomas and the All Climate installation team with installation of a new air conditioning system and return vent. Thomas came out to my property and did a comprehensive estimate for two differently-sized AC solutions, and even suggested some alternate installation locations. Unfortunately when the install team arrived, they discovered that there was no space in the wall to install the return vent as originally planned - they took an entire morning to investigate with me to figure out alternatives. We settled on a return vent directly through the floor, through a very tight opening between the floor joists. The install team went above and beyond and worked out a way to get a sizeable 8x20 return vent installed in the second floor to prevent the upstairs from being thermally isolated in the summers. Overall 10/10 experience, given the old house and limitations, I couldn't imagine the process going any smoother. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to install air conditioning in their existing forced-air heated home.

We hired All Climate to move a gas line, we were referred to them my PSE as part of their recommended contractor network. I worked with Jason and his team, Jason was super helpful in getting a appointment scheduled and \ was proactive with some concerns he had with the size of gas line based on pics we sent and its ability to power the new gas range we bought, talking with Jason on the phone we concluded the pipeline would work and his crew came out. The crew were super professional and quickly moved the line to the specific location based on the gas range specs, they checked all the lines to make sure everything was a tight seal and even replaced another line to our tankless hot water heater than a previous contractor installed improperly. What i loved about the crew was their high attention to detail, superb pipework and friendliness.

Edit: After some back and forth (their service manager was NOT helpful) Jim over in sales got us mostly taken care of. They took a hundred or so off the invoice (their price for a service call) and send another guy to double check everything on the installation. He adjusted the angle on one of the exhaust pipes, and trimmed part of the door which had started sticking after our install. Jim also promised that they were also making changes to their on-call so our situation wouldn't repeat itself. Overall, seems like they (most of them, anyhow) are trying to do right by their customers, and we got unlucky.
Edit: 5 stars to 1 star. 6/23/2023: this afternoon, we discovered that our thermostat was off. I called them at 5, and their answering service notified their "on-call engineer". We hadn't heard back by 7:30, called again. It's now 9:45, and we still haven't heard back. I decided to open up the furnace, as they had done some wiring work, and discovered:
1. They could not fit the cover back on as manufactured, so they decided to drill new holes for the screws.
2. And this is EGREGIOUS - because they were unable to replace the cover properly, they decided to ELECTRICAL TAPE the safety shut-off switch down, which is supposed to disengage when you remove the cover, I assume to prevent you from ELETROCUTING YOURSELF.
Photos incoming once my wife is done haranguing the poor answering service employee.
We will be filing a complaint with the BBB.
All Climate (Alex and crew) performed an AC install for us on 6/22/23. Scheduling was a little over sold - when chatting with sales, they had a four day lead time for installations, but after signing, installations were four weeks out. Could be that I misheard.
Had a great experience with the installation; on time (early, actually), friendly, clean. Done in about 6 hours, we will see how the inspection goes! -
Recently had a water heater installed. Eddie the install manager was very professional and helpful getting me on the schedule quickly as my water heater had a bad leak. The installation went smoothly and I believe the guys names were Ryan, Micah, and Armando. They were professional, left the place clean, and explained every question i had.

Nathan is a very polite and personable person. He has a wonderful personality and is easy to talk. He does an excellent job and always gives us good information. He has done maintenance on our furnace and hot water tank for many years. If you had a scale of 1 to 10 he most definitely is a 10. Thanks Nathan.

Absolutely amazing customer service. The tech was wonderful and quick. Communicated clearly and let me know what work was needed. Restored heat for the night for our tenants. Will be my first call next time we have an HVAC need.

Did installation of a heat pump with a furnace replacement. Reasonably priced compared to competitors, and they promptly fixed an issue with the blower fan. Professional experience throughout the process - quoting, installation, service, and billing, and I would recommend them.
