Brendan did an outstanding job cleaning the ducts and dryer in my home. He was very thorough and made sure each duct was completely cleaned. He also took the time to teach me how to maintain everything on my own, which I really appreciated. Brendan went above and beyond, even doing work outside his original scope. I highly recommend him for his professionalism, quality work, and attention to detail.

I had my heating and air conditioner serviced, which I was past due for. The scheduling staff were nice and professional. Nathan the technician was very pleasant. His communication was clear and well mannered. He reviewed the process before and after with his recommendations.

A-C sold and installed a Bosch heat pump, exchanger & a separate air-filter unit in our home in 2023. All staff were thorough and professional throughout the process, easy to work with through the usual upgrading and site issues, and demonstrated consisting training, knowledge and customer service. Less than 3-yrs later, following the annual maintenance each year, A-C promptly responded to a service request during cold weather that resulted in A-C replacing the heat pump fan motor/blade unit, the compressor, and the compressor temperature sensor. These parts had failed under warranty. This entailed multiple hours by multiple techs and a subsequent follow-up requiring a second timely site visit. Though the parts were covered under warranty, the very substantial labor expense to replace them is not. Nonetheless, after quoting the labor costs, A-C’s Repair Manager waived the entire labor and service charges to complete the repairs and to extend the labor warranty. We are quite happy and content with A-C’s outstanding family-owned customer service – highly recommend!

I recently had a furnace breakdown in Redmond and needed a full heat pump replacement. After getting several quotes, I am so glad I chose this team because Thomas provided the most fair and competitive estimates for both traditional and new heat pump systems. His knowledge of the homes in our neighborhood was critical—he knew exactly what capacity we needed, whereas others were just guessing. Beyond the great price, their integrity is what really stood out: when the originally quoted equipment was delayed, they substituted a higher-end unit at no extra charge just to keep their promise and stay on schedule.

I worked with them in August, 2025 for installing a hybrid heat pump with my existing gas furnace, mainly for adding the cooling system. They had the most competitive package for the installing and maintenance.

Thomas served as the major contact. He communicated well. He provided a few options based on my home's spec and gave me fair suggestions.

I turned my detached garage into a livable space, and wanted to add a mini split to make the space comfortable. I found Morgan Mechanical on Thumbtack, and from the first interaction until install date, they were super to work with. Charlie was attentive and addressed all my concerns. Matt, the installer, was also a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend this company.

These guys are rockstars. Our water tank gave out at 9:30pm on a Friday and I was talking to their professional, friendly and agent Charlie first thing Saturday morning. We have an unusual tank/heating hybrid and he was quick to understand it and supply a tank that was compliant. The installation tech Brandon was also superb. Two other condo owners in our HOA also used Morgan Mechanical and were very pleased.

We selected Morgan Mechanical to replace our old gas furnace with a forced air heat pump system plus a ductless ceiling cassette unit. Their techs did a great job connecting the new air handler to the existing duct work (with a really well crafted & handy door for filter replacement), installing all the equipment and getting the system up and running. It worked perfectly. The techs were also great about wearing face masks (Covid-19 times) and keeping the interior of our house clean. I highly recommend them.
