Constraction reviews in Renton, Washington

Andy and his team are incredible. Recently, we had the master bathroom remodeled in my parents house, replace our flooring, and stone accent wall and interior painting millwork and walls. Andey took the time to understand our desires, design preferences, and our budget. In a few days he presented several ideas. Throughout the remodel process he was with us from start to finish. The finished bathroom is beyond our expectation, it is modern and beautiful. I couldn't have asked for more.

We were pleased with the job done by ANK when we renovated our three bathrooms. The crew is very professional, does good quality work and is very respectful too. Overall the projects were done per agreed upon schedule (more or less).

We had ANK perform a bathroom remodel for us recently. From the bid to the end of the project, Andrey and his team were friendly and respectful of our small space. As this was our first remodel, we really appreciated the team's patience with us as well as their input on design and practicality. They cleaned up at the end of every day and were considerate of our cats during the project. I also appreciated having a group text chat with Andrey and Andy, the project manager. They were always responsive to us during the project. We didn't always know who was coming by and when, so having a way to communicate throughout the project was really helpful. They checked in to discuss practical details and gave us options as they arose. They were also responsive to us when any issues came up along the way. All issues were resolved in a timely manner and by the end of the project.

I agree with another reviewer who suggested to go over your bid and make sure everything that was discussed is on there to make sure you get the most accurate estimate. Their bid was super reasonable and they are skilled at what they do.

We are enjoying our new bathroom and look forward to working with them again for help with our kitchen.

I got three quotes from different remodeling companies and his estimate was the best. They did a wonderful job with my kitchen project. Throughout the whole process they were very informing and knowledgeable. Highly recommend Andy and his team, as we have experienced terrible service from other contractors.

ANK have just finished a bathroom remodel for us that we had been planning to complete for years.

We appreciate how prompt and professional they were and we were impressed by their efficiency and workmanship. In light of the recent pandemic, they were always readily available, checked in with us and made us feel we were taken care of.

We will definitely be calling them again for our next project!

Andrey's crew are solid in skills and do quality works. The concerns are on the communication and scheduling, which can make the homeowner exhausted at times. Any crew member could literally show up at any time at my front door needing access to do work, without any prior notice from the gc. Our projects took 4x of time on average compared to their original estimates due to delays. I wish they do a better job on this front.

ANK built a sunroom/deck combination for us. Andrey was great to work with. He gave us a competitive bid and walked us through the many options before the project started. His team started quickly (much faster than our other bids were outlining). The workers did a good job keeping the job site clean. Email communication with Andrey for any updates/finalizing details/small changes was very convenient. His team worked smoothly with city inspectors.

We are super happy with the completed project and will absolutely hire Andrey and his team again!

We did a major remodel ( New flooring, Tile work,Bath room remodel, Stairs, Fire place) of our home in May 2019. Andrey and his team did a fantastic job on the Project. They have excellent team who knows their work and always had creative solutions to any road blocks along the way. Andrey lined up all people and work meticulously and was a able to finish with quality work and on time. Also I might add they are reasonable on the pricing as well. I would Hire them for any of my projects in future!

ANK remodeled our master bathroom and replaced the counters and tile backsplash in our kitchen. Andrey was extremely to responsive to my requests and questions. He even worked with me to keep our projects within our budget. His team showed up ready to work and get the job done. The quality of the work is great!

I've had the great pleasure of working with ANK Construction for a full condo flooring remodel and some cabinet fixes.
When I requested a quote they immediately had someone come over and take notes of all my requests and concerns. They continuously provided me with options and their professional opinion and offered their bid in a timely manner.
When it came to do the job, they accommodated my schedule and were mindful of neighbors and HOA requirements. I was happy that they continued to educate me on everything that goes into the work they are doing, material that is needed and their plan as to how they will do the job and the schedule they envisioned for it.
The job was finished on time and they had enough buffer left in case of unexpected hurdles along the way. I was very impressed with their attention to detail and the fact they are quality oriented. They didn't just install the flooring and leave, they made sure it looked awesome everywhere!
Totally recommend them for all your construction and remodeling needs, you'll definitely be pleased with your choice. Heck, I'm already considering hiring them again for a second job.

Andrey was very communicative regarding the status of our project (we had a finished basement that needed to be re-done after flooding damage) and our wishes for which materials to use, etc. His team was courteous, professional, and did excellent work. They were good about working with us during covid when they were allowed to and hooked our washer and dryer back up for us (it was disconnected prior to their start) before they had to take a week break due to stay at home orders. Would highly recommend them to others!

My husband and I were keen on purchasing a house that had a good sized backyard. We purchased an old house from the 70’s and wanted to remodel prior to moving-in. We hired ANK Construction to remodel our house (precisely 3400 sq.ft.), which included a massive renovation of the main floor, involving both structural and mechanical elements, including an expansion of the front porch to add additional square footage for an entry closet/landing etc. From the beginning to the end, Andrey and his team were outstanding in terms of their workmanship, flexibility and communication. We really couldn't have asked for a better group to be in our home for the three-month project. We were continuously impressed with their attention to detail and with the respect they showed our home.

Ivan, Peter and James grew close to our family. These guys are great to work with. Andrey brought creative ideas to the project and consulted us along the way to ensure we had no surprises with costs/scope. In the end, our experience was very smooth and we have a beautiful house to cherish for. We’ve received several compliments from our family, friends and neighbors. I highly recommend ANK Construction for anyone looking for a transformation. I would hire them again for any remodeling or renovations.

Thank you, Andrew and ANK Construction, for your outstanding work and for turning my house into a dream home I am genuinely proud of!

ANK did a GREAT job on our master bath remodel. The estimate was very reasonable and there were no surprises / increases (except the ones I initiated) in price. They were very flexible in working thru design changes and improvements. The quality of work is excellent and exceeded my expectations. Shout out to all the guys that came every day until the job was done - they were skilled, respectful, personable, helpful, neat and tidy and were just plain "good people"! They were very focused on making sure I was happy with the job.

My friends that have seen the bathroom are asking who did the work and for ANK contact info - I highly recommend them!

ANK construction inc did an excellent job with our bathroom and kitchen remodel. Andrey kept us informed on the progress of our projects and kept the work on schedule. He was flexible and worked around our schedule. His team professional and talented. I would like to THANK YOU Andrey and his amazing crew.

I've known the owner at ANK Construction for more than 20 years. They are the best you can find for building your new home, remodeling or painting. I would recommend them to everyone wanting to build their dream home. They truly care about helping families build their dream home, painting or remodeling. They make the whole process simple, answering every question. Everyone is super helpful and friendly! Highly recommend you check them out. Absolutely love this company! Everyone from the top down was professional, courteous, and detail-oriented. The level of customer service we received was wonderful and made us feel as if we were their only clients. Also, the attention to detail of everyone on the crew was exceptional, from the prep to the final touch-up. My family and I could not be happier with the process and final outcome and our experience with ANK Construction! Highly recommended! They will be our only referral and we will use them again in the future! Thank you Andrey and your professional team for your hard work!

ANK just gutted and rebuilt our main bathroom. We're really happy with them. The guys who did the various jobs (sheetrock, plumbing, electrical, tile) were professional, worked hard, and got done fast. The price was really right. Oh, and they cleaned up perfectly.

Highly recommended!

We have been doing work with Andrey at ANK Construction for well over a year now. Andrey and his team are very professional and always communicative. They have high quality workmanship and never cut corners on their client's projects. Budget Mirror & Glass appreciates our partnership and looks forward to future projects with ANK!

Andrey's crew at ANK is fantastic. They did a remodel of our kitchen and bathroom between June 2020 - July 2020 and did a great job. Starting from the bid, reasonably priced to being on schedule and treating my home like theirs. They did a good job towards the end with making suggestions on placement of cabinet handles, type of hardware choices for the bathroom as if this was their own home. Andrey is a great guy to work with, he listens and takes pain to research options and closes the loop. I heard horror stories from people about remodeling and was very skeptical, but working with Andrey and his crew was nothing like what I had heard. Hoping to work with his team on future remodels. Recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat!

I recently had the pleasure of working with Andrey for a repair project in my home, and I must say, I am thoroughly impressed. From the outset, Andrey demonstrated a high level of professionalism and transparency. They provided a clear and detailed quote, outlining all expected costs and timelines, and they adhered to this throughout the project.

What set ANK apart was their honesty. They communicated effectively and were always upfront about what was possible within my budget and timeframe. Any potential issues were discussed immediately, and they provided practical solutions that considered both quality and cost-efficiency.

The quality of work was exceptional. Every detail was handled with care, and the finished product exceeded my expectations. The team was respectful of my space, ensuring everything was clean and orderly at the end of each day.

I highly recommend ANK to anyone looking for a reliable and honest contractor. Their commitment to quality and transparency makes them a trustworthy choice for any home improvement project. You won't be disappointed with their work—it truly is worth hiring them.

I recently hired ANK construction to replace the flooring, shower and tile in two bathrooms after water damage. Andrey was quick to respond and come out to give a quote in just a couple days. They fit the project into their schedule before some other companies even bothered to return my call to schedule a time for an estimate. Andrey's team does quality work at a fair price. They are pros at what they do and kept the area clean and free of construction debris. I hopefully won't need any emergency repair work done again in the future but if I decide to do some remodeling I would definitely be calling on them again.
