Constraction reviews in Renton, Washington

ANK did a great job on our bathroom remodel. We chose them for our project because their estimate was thorough, accurate and competitively priced. They came in on time, on budget, and were easy to work with. The whole team is professional, responsive and friendly. They understood what we wanted and then built it, asking clarifying questions along the way and providing recommendations when we had choices to make. We are thrilled with the final result and will definitely use them again for future projects. Thanks ANK!

I would recommend ANK to anyone who’s looking for reasonable prices and reliable contractor service. My experience with ANK Construction was absolutely fantastic! They were not just reliable but downright punctual throughout my kitchen and laundry remodel. The attention to detail in their work, from the woodwork to the paint job and electrical installations, left me thoroughly impressed.

One standout thing for me was how they managed dust isolation during the project, keeping the place clean and hassle-free. And when a hiccup with my fridge's GFCI emerged, Andrey's team didn't miss a beat. They were back within days, creating an additional circuit at no extra charge. That level of commitment and service is hard to find.

What I truly appreciated was their dedication to customer satisfaction. They even helped with the installation of cabinet accessories shipped from China! All this, coupled with reasonable pricing, makes ANK Construction my go-to recommendation for friends. Choosing them was a stellar decision, and I'd happily engage their services again.

We have already completed multiple projects (house painting, strengthening load-bearing pillars, etc.) by ANK and have been satisfied with every aspect. From communications to the quality and timeliness of the work, we have been amazed by their professionalism. We were scared having heard many horrible stories about contractors, but went with ANK due to a friend's referral, and now we refer them to others and will be doing additional projects with them soon.

Fantastic people and very professional and timely. Andrey was very quick in his response to help get me scheduled for our bathroom remodel work. I would work with them again and strongly recommend using their services. Cheers to Andy, their project manager, who is patient and goes above and beyond in ensuring the quality of the project.

Did a remodel for bathroom, laundry room, bedroom and hallway with ANK. They’re very professional, pay attention to details, and delivered very high quality of work. I’m very impressed by their work ethic and problem solving skills, and I’m very happy with the results.

I had the pleasure of having ANK Construction bring my dream home to life, and I cannot express enough how satisfied I am with their exceptional work. From start to finish, the team demonstrated unwavering commitment to quality, integrity, and honesty, turning my vision into a reality.
ANK Construction not only met but exceeded my expectations in every aspect of the construction process. Their attention to detail and dedication to delivering top-notch craftsmanship truly set them apart. The team's commitment to integrity was evident in their transparent communication, ensuring that I was informed and involved at every step.
ANK Construction provided accurate timelines and cost estimates, and there were no hidden surprises or unexpected expenses. This level of transparency instilled confidence and trust in their professionalism.
The quality of workmanship is evident in every corner of my new home. From the sturdy foundation to the flawless finishing touches, ANK Construction's commitment to excellence shines through. I am not only a happy homeowner but also grateful to have chosen a construction company that values quality, integrity, and honesty as much as I do.
If you're looking for a construction company to build your dream home or remodel your current home, ANK Construction is the clear choice. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone seeking a positive and rewarding building experience.

They did a great job. Very happy with the work. See pics for yourself. They even had to improvise because our bathroom vanity had a cabinet corner that impeded the sink drain which happens a lot. They came up with a creative solution and it looked like the vanity was built that way. So if you plan on getting a new vanity especially if it is a single sink make sure that it will fit with the drain pipe coming from the wall. The project manager, wall specialist, tile specialist, demo/finisher team were all respectful. In other words, they took their shoes off, cleaned up after themselves, didn't bother my family when they worked, etc.. The money person was OK. You have to be a little assertive and aggressive if needed. There were some miscommunications but it all comes down to how it is handled and it was handled well. I would use them again and would also highly recommend them if you plan on getting your bathroom(s) remodeled.

ANK did a bathroom remodel for us and they were incredibly easy to work with and very responsive. They were flexible and let us purchase most of the materials which kept things within budget and it was done faster than expected. We’re very happy with the results and will definitely use them again for future projects.

ANK just finished our master bath remodel and they did an amazing job. Andrey was great to work with and was fair and upfront with all costs. Everyone was friendly and they all did great work. The tile guys are incredible- their work is perfection!

We bought a large 4,000+ sq ft house that needed a full remodel, mostly cosmetic, but still a huge job, new kitchen, four new bathrooms, new flooring throughout the house, new roof, some new electrical an a plumbing. Andrey was quick to respond and started our project early. They are all friendly and easy to work with and did an amazing job with the house, my only concern was that clean up was a little bit messy, there were stickers left on outside 2nd story windows so I had to go on the roof to pick those off, some paint scuffs here and there on the floor and drips of stuff on windows. However that wasn't a big deal we can clean that up, the pricing was very fair and the work looks great, and they kept the job rolling, even adding some stuff as we needed it for our home owners insurance. Highly recommend, would absolutely hire again.

I hired ANK for my Townhouse kitchen remodel. The job included tearing out and replacing both old laminated wood flooring and tile flooring with LVT, knocking out an existing L-shaped load bearing wall and installing an island in its place, adding a tile backsplash, and adding some additional cabinetry. We did run into some supply issues, not Andrey's fault. He did a good job working around and solving those issues. The cabinets ended up being the incorrect size (too tall at first) and the guys putting them in had to get very creative with the install, as the replacement cabinets were too short. I'm ok with the end result, but they aren't what I had envisioned. I would say that the crew Andrey has is great, very hard working, knowledgeable, and courteous. They cleaned up after themselves every day, which I really appreciated. My biggest issue is with the communication. Not knowing if/when people were showing up, having materials dropped off without warning, waiting for hours only to find out schedules had been changed or canceled. That was frustrating and difficult. Also, I would suggest making sure to purchase your own materials when at all possible. There was little benefit to having Andrey get them, and the prices ended up being much more than I wanted to spend. The actual cost was right on for what was estimated, but nearly $7000 more due to material cost. Overall, ANK did a nice job on my remodel.

We worked with ANK Construction on our main floor remodel, and the experience was fantastic. Andrey is super responsive, and his team is detail-oriented, professional, and finished the work beyond our expectations.

We had another company help with a different project, and the quality didn’t even come close to ANK’s standards. The difference was night and day.

We’ll definitely work with ANK Construction again for future projects. Highly recommend!

ANK Construction was a fantastic choice for our kitchen remodel. Their team was professional, kind, creative with their ideas and delivered a fantastic finished product. They completely transformed our entire first floor with the kitchen renovations that made our kitchen modern and helped our kitchen flow and connect with our living room and dining room. The ideas they gave us to maximize the space and new storage we had were better than our own, original ideas.

Fantastic company to work with, and would recommend them to friends and family. Will definitely use them for future renovations as well.

So happy to have found Ank Construction!

When I reached out to Andrey of Ank Construction, we got a response from him immediately. My experience with other construction companies has not been pleasant. Other construction companies whom we called either had a timeline that was three to six months in the future, were extremely expensive, or just never got back to us with an estimate. We were pleasangly surprised when Andrey told us the project could be started and completed in the next few months vs. six months into the future like other companies.
The price quoted by Andrey was good; there was some slight extra charges along the way, but it was mainly because we added some extra features. Andrey was very upfront about the charges so we weren’t surprised by it. All in all, the price really did not go up significantly, which we were happy about.
The quality of work of Ank construction was stellar and his whole team was very hardworking and honest and diligent. My husband even said he missed seeing the team on a daily basis after our bath was done since they were such wonderful guys. Their work is pristine and they were very detail oriented; we were extremely pleased with their work.
I was initially wondering why Ank was able to take us on as clients so soon. Andrey does have a lot of different projects going on at the same time and is very busy. I am still in awe of how Andrey is able to orchestrate his team and how he coordinates all the different projects and is able to complete them.
Another thing we really liked about Ank is that we already had a design that we created ourselves. Andrey was very flexible and insightful in helping our vision come to life. A lot of construction companies are very rigid and have required designers and their high prices definitely reflect that, even though you may not need a designer. Andrey and his team gave us creative solutions to some of our questions and problems, and made everything look even better than in our picture.
We are so happy to have our dream bathroom now, thanks to Ank Construction. We are for sure planning to do another project with Ank again in the very near future!

I wish there was a 10 star rating so I could give that rating to ANK. I got connected with them from referral from some of my colleagues at work. I was looking to renovate multiple bathrooms at my home. I got multiple quotes and Andrey’s quote was very detailed and much lower than most of the other quotes. I was a bit skeptical so I asked my colleagues more on the work ANK did and they all had great things to say. I pushed hard to see what did not go well and they had nothing but good things to say.
With that I decided to go with them and my experience was nothing but amazing. Andrey runs his crew very efficiently and Andy (project manager) is the nicest and friendliest person you can meet. My wife is also particular about who does work at our home as we have had some shady interactions with some contractors in the past and she was also very satisfied. The crew was clean, respectful and very professional. The quality of work is top notch.

The work was completed in a timely manner. Super reliable and professional. In particular huge shout out to tile crew. The tile work is so meticulous and done beautifully.

Attaching some pictures of finished bathrooms.
Highly recommended!!!!!!

Certainly! Here’s a glowing review you can use:
