Constraction reviews in Renton, Washington

I had a great experience with Mendoza Gutters. Our home needed new gutters after some damage, and Roberto came out when he said he would, gave us a proposal on the spot, and scheduled the install for two days later. His crew arrived on time and installed the new gutters, which look great. I would happily recommend Mendoza Gutters based on my experience.

Wow! Super impressed. We have needed our gutters cleaned for a long time and called Mendoza gutter in the morning and work was done the same day. Delivered photos after cleaning, awesome communication and a fair price. Will be working with them again for sure!

I had a phenomenal experience with Mendoza gutters. After trying for 3 weeks to get another company in Maple Valley to get me on their schedule, I called Mendoza Gutters. Francisco responded immediately and said he had a crew nearby and they could help me the same day. They performed the work well, at a reasonable price, and I received service the same day. I will continue to use Mendoza Gutters and highly recommend them, for quality work and excellent service

Mendoza Gutters did an excellent job replacing the gutters on our home. The team showed up on time, worked efficiently, and completed the full replacement in just one day. The quality of their work is outstanding. They took their time to spot check all the details and also recommend where gutter spouts were missing and could prevent future leaks. They were also very respectful of our property and left everything tidy when they finished. I recieved a phone when the job was complete to ensure I was happy with the work and that I could call back with any questions.

Highly recommend Mendoza Gutters if you need any gutter work done!

Hired Roberto and his crew to replace my in-laws gutters and they did a great job. Roberto explained everything up front, provided a reasonable quote and kept me informed every step of the way. Highly recommended!

Update 10/31/25: After my positive experience with Mendoza Gutters at my in-laws’ home, I hired them to replace the gutters on my own residence. This project was more complex, with multiple roof angles and details to work around, yet Roberto’s team once again delivered outstanding results. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and quality workmanship continue to impress. Highly recommended!

Outstanding Service and Reliable Maintenance! Mendoza Gutters has been amazing to work with. They installed gutter guards on my home a few years ago, and they’ve held up perfectly. Since then, their team has provided regular annual maintenance, keeping everything clean and in great shape. The crew that comes out to do the work is absolutely wonderful — friendly, respectful, and very thorough. They’re always professional and make sure everything is done right. It’s so nice to have a company I can count on year after year. Highly recommend Mendoza Gutters for anyone in the Seattle area looking for quality work and dependable service!

A great experience working with Roberto to replace my gutters.

I'm a DIY kind of guy, so I took care of removing my old gutters and replacing my rotting fascia boards. You can't really DIY seamless gutters, so I figured it would be worth it to do it up right.

Roberto came out and gave me a quote while I was working on prepping my house for a fresh paint job. It was a great price, and I felt very confident moving forward. He had a perfect color match, so that sealed the deal.

I painted the house and then let him know that I was ready to move forward - gutters were installed 2 days later. Flawless job, it really pulls everything together (I just need to finish some touch up paint and trim work and it will really pop!)

Thank you!

We needed a downspout added and some other repair issues on our gutter system that was installed by another company. Mr. Mendoza got back to us quickly, scheduled an almost immediate appointment to give a very fair estimate and had a great deal of flexibility with scheduling his crew. When they came out they were friendly, professional, and quickly completed the work with precision and skill.

It was under 6 days between initial contact and a completed repair, and most of that time was due to my phone not showing me a text and scheduling logistics on our end.

Highly recommended!

Roberto came out the morning after I called him and gave me the price to replace a section of my gutter that was failing. Work was done same day by nice young man named Manding. Looks wonderful. Kinda wish it would rain like it did yesterday to see the gutter do it's job. Wish more that I had the work done the day before the heavy rain fell. Price was what I had expected, reasonable to me anyway. Would recommend very highly. Thank you Roberto and Manding. Great Job.

I recently had my gutters replaced and had a great experience. The team was professional, on time and did excellent work. The new gutters look great and they cleaned everything up afterward.

The price was fair, and I appreciated that they didn’t charge for any extras or add surprise fees. Overall, excellent service! I would definitely recommend them.

The Mendoza team did a fabulous job on our gutters! It was a very small job but they worked in among their other jobs within just days of giving us our quote. They also gave us an amazing price. Communication, quality and pricing - all excellent! Highly recommend this company and their services!

We had a dynamic schedule for our remodel that depended on multiple trades and the weather. Mendoza Gutters worked with our changing schedule with no problems. They came out when they said they would, finished their job faster than I thought, and took the old gutters with them. They did an amazing install without a single scratch on our black gutters. With our black gutters and black trim, they even painted all the wedges behind the gutters black instead of keeping them brown. Will continue to use them!

Great experience with Mendoza Gutters. He and his team came out on short notice prior to a home going on the market. In one day completely removed old worn out gutters and installed new ones for the whole house. Would definitely hire again.

Very good work had cleaning done

Called them as they said 40 minute response. One week later, get notice to fill out forms online. Never heard back.

Great job cleaning the shake roof and recommending issues that need to be taken care of!

He does the best work and extremely professional. I'm very satisfied!!!

Prompt responses. Showed up on time, cleaned the roof, cleaned debris and washed surfaces. No fuss, excellent service. Will use again.

Brian did an excellent job of communicating. He is a very hard worker and committed to doing to job right. He did an excellent job at clean up. I would highly recommend Brian.

After seeing these guys in action and the detail of care they took in cleaning a residential roof, (plus the cleanup of the mess afterwards), I've decided to hire them for a bigger job in cleaning multiple roofs for an apartment complex where I work. Very satisfied with the quality of their work, with the consistency of their customer service and I would DEFINITELY recommend them! 😀

My neighbor had her roof cleaned and the man sprayed stuff in my walkway and on the side of my house. I called to complain and they assured me they'd clean it up. Well, they sprayed down my front door and got my very high window that's hard to reach all wet and left it that way. I had to go out and clean my whole front porch and door of water. I can't attest to the roof cleaning job they did for her but they should be professional and not mess other people's houses or do a good job cleaning AFTER being told it might happen. I just heard the noise of the truck and went outside to see what the commotion was. Definitely not professional in keeping their work "contained".
