Constraction reviews in Renton, Washington

Loved the process and the final result. Kevin worked with us and exceeded expectations. Very efficient, but great craftsmanship. Great experience.

Kevin and his team were awesome. He is kind and walked us through the whole process and answered all our questions along the way. He completed every request we had. We can’t wait to use our patio.

Thank you Kevin for making an outdoor space for our home. We will be bringing him back in the future for other projects.

My replacement fence turned out great. There were a couple of things to be changed after the initial install, however the company came out immediately and addressed my concerns.

We had recently got the new mulch added to our front yard. The job was done in January and by March I could see weed growing through the mulch. There is already fabric in place. The mulch was so bad that it's practically sand (hence the weed growth). We paid 400$ for nothing. There is no mulch anymore on the yard and we have to do it all over again. When reached out to them, they said it's because there is no fabric (while the fabric is already in place). I strongly recommend NOT to use their services

Kevin and team are thorough professionals. They did a large drive way and swimming pool deck for us where they pulled out old concrete. They also extended the driveway, remove large stumps, and regraded it as it was too steep for majority of cars. They also integrated LEDs into driveway.
Overall, we are very pleased with quality, workmanship, timeliness and tidiness of crew. Price was also very competitive.
Work was completed on schedule and we could not be more pleased with how everything came along.
Scope:
- Remove and haul old concrete 4000 sqft
- Dig to additional depth, regrade and build the base for pavers
- Dig out old tree stump (while extending the driveway)
- Belgard pavers and integrated belgard lights (TruScapes LED lights)
- Poly sand and sealer (Techniseal products)
- Mulch/Topsoil as needed around driveway

Kevin and his crew did a nice job rebuilding our steps. They show up on time, clean after themself and does a great job. Highly recommended!

Kevin was fantastic to work with. Prompt, courteous, professional, and great communication. I couldn’t be any happier with the quality of his work.

I recently hired Kevals Pavers to work on my backyard, which included installing pavers, grass, and pathways. The contractor is very knowledgeable and clearly understands the craft. Throughout the project, they suggested practical alterations that improved the design and functionality. What impressed me most was their flexibility—these minor tweaks were implemented without any additional cost.
The quality of work is excellent, and everything was completed within the agreed budget. Communication was smooth, and the team maintained professionalism from start to finish. I’m very satisfied with the results and would highly recommend Pavers Contract for anyone looking for reliable and skilled landscaping services.

Kevin and his team did an outstanding job on our driveway, walkway, planters, and lighting installation. The quality of work, attention to detail, and professionalism were exceptional from start to finish.

We 100% recommend Kevals Pavers. Thank you for making our project a reality!

We recently completed a backyard landscaping project with pavers, artificial turf, gravel work, and pathway lighting, and we’re really happy with how everything turned out.
The pavers are clean, well-aligned, and give the space a polished look, and the turf looks lush and evenly installed.
The side-yard stepping stone pathway with gravel adds a modern and functional touch.
Communication was smooth throughout, and the work was completed as discussed.
I’ve already referred them to a neighbor, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to others looking for similar work.

Will update here after 6 months again.

Kevin and his team did a fantastic job rebuilding my fence. Communication was smooth throughout the entire project, and the quality of the work was outstanding. I highly recommend KEVALS PAVERS LLC!

We recently renovated our backyard by replacing the grass with artificial turf and adding pavers along one side, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. We worked with Kevan’s Pavers LLC, and Kevin was incredibly cooperative throughout the entire process. He was patient, took the time to listen to all our concerns, and made sure every detail was just right. His workmanship is outstanding, and he truly transformed our backyard into a beautiful outdoor space. Highly recommend!

Did amazing job on the kitchen remodel , highly recommended!!! Oleg did our job

Oleg, Sergiy and the whole team has been great to work with! They helped me remodel my entire home down to the studs, all new finishes, kitchen and bathrooms. Their knowledge and expertise helped navigate several bumps we ran into after demolition. I highly recommend them for any construction needs!

Very busy people and very nice over email — clearly a well-rated and professional team. That said, I can only give 2 stars because they committed to something but never followed up. Disappointing, especially given their otherwise strong reputation.
update- 100% genuine review. Check with Emma Adamova.

Top quality work; and the staff (Bohdan, Daniel, Sam, Igor, Sergiy, etc.) are nice and very professional. This is the 2nd time I've hired Wise Choice. They did flooring for us, and other miscellaneous work. Both times they did excellent jobs. They don't try to upsell you either. I've recommended them to my neighbors.

We’ve been doing few projects with Wise Construction company. Sergiy and his team care about the quality all the way down to the details. They take into account all the clients’ wishes.
Would like to mention that Wise team is attentive to the details and doesn’t start the project before discussing them over. Their work is neat and beautiful. Easy communication.
They are professional in their work.
Looking forward to have more great projects in the future.

Professional, communicative and easy to work with. Enjoyed working with Daniel and Sam on a time sensitive project. Very pleased with the experience from start to finish.

Great experience. Showed up on time and completed the work with no problems. Thank you!

Awesome team to work with. definitely the best in town I highly recommend

Svat was the first person we worked with, and he was outstanding. From the initial consultation, he listened carefully to our ideas, offered valuable insights, and made sure all of our questions were addressed. His experience and approachable manner set the tone for the entire project.
