Sam provided great services when we were remodeling the bathroom in a very tight timeline!

In the end I give WCGC a 5, but during the process it was a 3, averging out to a 4. Overall they were on budget and the job itself was done well, however leading up to that it had some challenges.

The PM assigned was not the most responsive, often scheduling things the day of and notifying us with short notice that important things such as electrical, HVAC and other were scheduled. We had our garage expanded and were living in the house at the time of construction and they would cut the power without any notice, sever our internet line with working from home and often make decisions without consulting first. The PM also quoted me for additional things, that upon review, were already in the original quote and it wasn't until after I reviewed the quote again and pointed them out to which he relented and did the work without requesting any additional money. It was originally a 1 month job that turned into 3 months, with me frequently calling them that it was raining outside and rain was coming inside my house. To their credit, each time I called someone came immediately. The bright star in the entire thing was Oleg, who can literally do anything. He was knowlegable, thoughtful and had a skillset to take on any task.

The pain of interacting with the PM while trying to give my wife a schedule of what's to come was very troubling, but looking back now, they ended up doing a stellar job. The end was a bit difficult because the PM didn't keep a running tab of expenses, but certainly felt he needed to charge me more if anything even remotely fell out of scope. If they weren't on budget it would have been a painful reconciliation of what costs they actually incurred vs what they billed me. If they had a PM that knew how to proactively communicate, it would have been 5 stars all around.

They did a great job repairing the cabinet and flooring beneath my kitchen sink. I thought it might take several days but they were able to complete the work in one afternoon!

Wise Choice is a great builder. My project was challenging in both budget, quality required and schedule. Wise was amazing with structural and constructibility details. Their trades and laborers were men of various trades. They delivered a well constructed project. Highly recommended for best price and quality.

My wife and I wanted to upgrade the decking material on our deck and then extend the patio below it (on ground level). We also wanted to weather/rain proof underneath the decking so that that patio could be used in any weather. Wise Choice came out and provided a bid and was able to get materials ordered and started immediately. This included concrete for the patio, Timbertech for the decking, and all of the weatherproofing. Another part of this project was moving my AC unit around the corner and they were able to do this too! I always received immediate replies when I had any questions at all. No exceptions. And they workers were all fantastic! I highly recommend Wise Choice without any questions.

These guys gave me a truly pain-free and FAST contractor experience. I needed to replace a front patio area's support pillars + ponywall siding. Not a huge project, but one that needed some structural work + reframing.

Time from initial contact to project completion was ~3 weeks!

WC worked with me on methods to keep costs down:
- re-using as much material as possible
- skipping the paint (other than sealant!) without complaint

They were quick, professional, and didn't jerk me around throughout the whole process. Will definitely go to them again for different projects in the future.

We hired Wise Choice for a project involving both remodeling and addition of kitchen, bathroom and bedroom/office space. We were very happy with the experience. Here are the reasons we would recommend them:

- A project manager and a foreman was assigned to our project and they worked with us from start to finish. They took full responsibility for the project. They worked with their architect to create the plans. They worked with the city to schedule inspections and get the necessary permits. They brought the workers to do the work, sometimes from Wise Choice, sometimes from other companies. In either case they took responsibility for the work. Having a single point of contact to handle everything was a huge help.

- The workers were polite and treated our home with respect. They showed up regularly at the expected time, worked hard, and the work was of high quality.

- During the course of the project, we wanted some modifications or additions to the scope. They were very flexible in accommodating those.

- They provided good advice in choosing materials and accommodated our preferences whenever possible.

- Towards the end of the project, they paid good attention to detail and completed all the miscellaneous items that were pending across various aspects of the project. They also cleaned up very well and left the home in a good state.

Overall, they were very professional and skillful and they provided great customer service throughout.

Have worked with Wise Choice on two projects now. They are affordable, efficient, have been able to start the work within 2 weeks each tine, and their craftsmanship is excellent- my fireplace repairman even asked for their name he was so impressed with their tile work. Highly recommend, they are now my go to shop for home projects.

The very first project we did moving into our new house was replacing a dated backsplash in our kitchen with an updated one. These guys had competitive pricing and did great work!

Wise Choice rocks! They have done quite a lot of work on my >100 yr old house over the last couple years, everything from new siding to fixing a moisture problem in the basement. Wise Choice helped us with a bathroom repair following a leak. They worked with our insurance which we really appreciate. Communication was good overall. We did have requests for the work to continue until 8pm at night so if you are an early riser be prepared and discuss this prior. The tiling work was excellent. And the consideration of our home was also taken into account (preventing dust etc.) We had some concerns with detail paint and edge work (it wasn’t a compete bathroom remodel so appreciate that isn’t ideal) but our concerns were corrected.

Wise Choice Construction did a remodel of our large master bathroom. The workmanship was high quality and the end result looks great! The team were respectful and pleasant to work with. The project manager, Sam, was helpful in sourcing materials for the project and usually responded promptly to my questions. However, most of the workers spoke very little English, so communication was a sometimes a little difficult. I would certainly recommend Wise Choice for this type of remodel.

We have used them on multiple properties and can't say enough about their quality of service, their systems and the overall correspondence/customer service we've had during the projects. I had Sam come out and repair a leaky skylight in my kitchen. The work was fairly priced and he got it done quickly. It looks new! No problems after a season of heavy rain.

We just had our second project finished using wise choice construction and as usual they did an outstanding job. Specifically I prepared a pretty challenging schedule and they beat every element completing ahead of time. And as far as price was concerned they had the fairest price of the contractors we looked at. So they just completed our deck that was 10 ft x 20 ft approximately and the craftsmanship could not have been any better it was amazing. Sergi, Alex, and Sasha were all just great to work with. We had felt going into this project that they were probably the people we wanted given that they did such a wonderful job on a bathroom remodel 2 years ago. We weren't disappointed.
