Extremely professional from the moment I sent an inquiry for a quote. I loved how they sent an email in advance with photos/bios of the technicians that came over. Their service includes dryer vents, which kost companies charge extra for. Friendly and informative techs bonus points for wearing booties and protecting my carpets and walls. I would recommend these guys again in a heartbeat and will be contacting them in the future for duct cleaning.

We are so grateful to have Simon from Star Ducts help us install a new apparatus for our dryer vent! We originally called Seattle Dryer Vent to do the cleaning and then they discovered our vent was connected to the wrong pipe that was capped off. They had to refer us to Simon from Star Ducts to troubleshoot our issue. Apparently, our builder didn’t install it properly. To fix the problem, he had to remove the existing capped pipe and install a new pipe with a rain hood and allow airflow from the dryer. Simon was very knowledgeable and we felt confident about the repair work he did for us. He was on time for both appointments and answered all of our questions and concerns in advising us on making the right decision for our house.

We will start using them from now on for annual cleaning. They are reasonably priced.
