He finished with a detailed HVAC Cleaning, sealed a few small leaks, and by the time he left the air felt lighter, cooler, and honestly cleaner than it’s ever been since we moved in.

I spoke with Jaron from Echo Quality Air and had a great experience. He was professional, patient, and very knowledgeable. He took the time to explain things clearly, answered all my questions, and made the conversation easy and comfortable. Really appreciated his transparency and customer-first approach.

He came to my home in Kent, handled the chimney cleaning like a true craftsman, and even noticed a small crack that needed immediate chimney repair. after noticing uneven airflow and that constant layer of dust no matter how much we cleaned, we finally scheduled an Air duct cleaning and full HVAC Cleaning. Halfway through, Mosses showed us photos of the debris trapped inside the vents — years of buildup quietly stealing our air quality. By the time he finished, the house smelled fresh, the air felt lighter, and the system ran smoother than it had in a decade.

Nate came out to my home in Redmond for chimney repair and chimney cleaning, I expected a quick job, but he treated it like a full restoration. He worked with precision and made sure every corner looked spotless and safe before leaving.

Very dodgy company. I asked them to fix the gasket on my wood fireplace. They sent an inexperienced tech who had no idea what they were doing. They first got the wrong size of the gasket and then unnecessarily removed the glass insert on the door. The came back the fix the gasket and did a terrible job, it has clear gaps and smoke started leaking out of the fireplace, so much that we had to call the fire department. In addition, because they played around with the glass, the glass now cracked because they were not put back the correct way. I called them and asked them to replace it at least 5 times, each time they said their “senior manager” would call me but I received no such call back. They have been dodging me since. Please take your money elsewhere if you don’t want to see it disappear overnight with damage to fix in your home.

A tech came to clean our dryer and heater vents, he was here alone for 2 hours and charged us $1600. My wife just paid it without asking questions, but I almost fell out of my chair when she told me how much it cost - that is highway robbery. The tech was friendly and looks like he did a good job, but certainly not worth that amount of money. I would not recommend them for vent cleaning given the astronomical cost.

He refused to clean the chimney from the roof because it was wet out. He took no precautions to contain dirt and dust. He removed the ceramic blanket saying it wasn’t needed. He got dust all around the fireplace. Soot from his hands left handprints on the white wall next to the fireplace. He tried to vacuum the area but left seeable soot around the fireplace. He charged $440 and asked for a tip. He was a pleasant tech but very dirty. I texted the company to get a receipt and invoice but after asking for my email, have not responded. They advertise they are Yelm Chimney Sweeper but the tech said Yelm was too busy so they passed the job to ECO Quality Air. Since they cleaned the chimney from inside the house, I don’t know if the entire chimney was cleaned because there’s a screen to keep the birds out he never checked. Would not recommend this place.

BEWARE SCAMMERS (15 Oct)—-they kept dodging our Calls and i finally I disputed the charge with the bank. And reported them to Venmo for operating as a business and not being authorized to do that.

If you want a huge mess and to be harassed in your home, choose Eco Quality Air to clean the vents in your home. I would NOT recommend anyone to them and let me explain why.

The man who came to my home to clean the vents told me he’d be there at 12pm Sunday. He texts me Sunday morning saying he’ll be there at 10:30am. I told him that wasn’t what we agreed to, and he proceeded to fight me on it. We went back and forth and finally decided on 11:30. He then proceeds to show up at 12pm…. When he entered my home, he started asking me invasive questions like how old I am and which country I originate from. He also commented on the personal photos on my wall. As a young woman who was home alone, he made me feel really uncomfortable, so I called for my sister to come over so I wouldn’t be there alone. The worst part was the mess he made in my home. I specifically asked him if I should move things around prior to him working, he said not to worry about it, but then proceeds to leave so much debris and dirt EVERYWHERE in each room. I had to clean my house after he supposedly cleaned the vents. He also left black finger marks on our white ceilings in every room.

When I called Eco Quality air to have someone come back and clean, they told me someone would come at Thursday from 9-11am. No one turned up. I also texted them several times without response. If you want a lack of professionalism and a huge mess to clean up, choose Eco Quality Air.

UPDATE (Oct 10): After a few weeks with no follow up, we called and spoke with Sean. He agreed that a 50% refund would be issued by end of day. No such refund was issued. We followed up with the 1-800 line on the website and I was connected to manager Ben who stated Sean has no authority to issue refunds and he would review the case. He also said “his tech was married and was not trying to be creepy at all”.

I had an outstanding experience from start to finish. The team was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to doing the job right. They explained everything clearly, worked efficiently, and treated my home with care. The difference in air quality was noticeable immediately cleaner, fresher, and healthier.

What impressed me most was their honesty and attention to detail. It’s rare to find a company that combines skill, integrity, and great customer service, but Eco Quality Air truly delivers. I’m grateful for their work and highly recommend them to anyone who wants reliable, high‑quality service.

SCAM!! These are the pictures of our chimney flue after they "cleaned" it. NO one will return calls or emails. Unfortunately we paid cash. Stay away!!

Update. Over 200 views so far and for those reaching out, I hope I've helped you stay away from this company. Still no response to my complaints of fraud.
